The QUAKE of Harborside ripples through out San Jose at the cost of the patients. How do I know this? I was there. I was feeling the emotional turbulence of a rough week. I was going to try out Harborside-for something new. The only thing I got out of Harborside was REGRET. The staff was cold just like the interior of the club. A deep chill ran throughout my body. Staff was not knowledgeable as claimed on the youtube videos. I asked for help, the bud-tender just randomly picked out a strain and said "here". It was dry, noneffective and not worth it.

People are super nice and knowledgeable about their products. They even try to help you save on items, especially when a sale is going on. Very helpful and awesome people.

Poor customer service. I purchased a quarter ounce of top shelf flowers, but when I got home (40 miles away in Livermore), the container was EMPTY. I called and they said bring the container in. I brought the container in and they replaced it. I asked about receiving store credit for compensation for making the extra 80 mile round-trip. They declined to compensate me for my lost time and gasoline. They made a mistake, and I paid for it. I will NEVER go back to Harborside.

Same decent place as before 1/1/2018. The missing star is because you can't always find knowledgeable people to help with choices.

Top notch! A cut above the rest in my opinion. Harborside has been an industry leader for a long time. Visiting the San Jose store was a real treat. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and the product is notable. I recommend this place for genetics and the excellent flower that is consistent. Love this place!!

Nice variety of babies, took a little longer than it should have .

Super disappointed. A large sign boasts "best dispensary in the bay area" or some silliness like that. There was a long slow line to get to the counter. Once there, there was nothing to see, all green was packaged. There was only one topshelf tier, $50-$60 plus tax, despite the greens ranging in content from 17% to 28%.

Just not a good club, especially for people who actually use cannabis.

Nice place never been there before. Informative of what we were needing.

This was a lovely, upscale store with a happy, relaxed vibe. Open, airy and lots of light. It had clones for sale and really cool ganja-themed art on the walls that should totally be for sale as well! I gave it 4 stars only because I felt the selection was limited, and since there are so many stores around with a wide selection, this was a drawback.

I have been too most Dispensaries even Oakland harborside needs to take lessons from parking attendants to the clean organized shop they might not be perfect but they are the best.

It's a nice place. I took a friend as they don't drive. It seemed a little pricy to me, but he thought it was better than some of the other stores stuff. Budtender was very professional. My friend asked about shake.... She didn't know the term. But it was refreshing because the lingo for things over the years... Well wow they charge. :). Check it out. It's a nice place.

Horrible taxes and water down product that will make this industry go back underground.

The location is clean and well maintained with a selection of product samples clearly displayed for viewing convenience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Staff seem knowledgeable with helpful suggestions for uncertain clientele.

This is my one and only shop. They carry a large variety of edibles as well as the usual. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and work within my budget to get me the best medicinal choices.

It was out of 2 of the strains they had showing but otherwise it good. People are good and polight and helpfull.

The best in the business. Been going to Harborside since the first location in Oakland. So happy we have one in San Jose right off the freeway. No long lines, great products. Super friendly and chill security and budtenders. Joseph is my go to guy and all the greeters are welcoming without the "power Trip" that some security guards have. Do not go to Airfield supply. or elemental.. Long lines and pitbulls with attitude for security. Anyway long story short go to Harborside baby.

The workers there are totally rude. They seem to prejudge you while you are in line. When I went to ask about a certain strain, most of the time they don't seem to know about the products they are carrying nor did they give me the information I needed. The medicine isn't great. The fact that they can even charge $55-70 dollars an 8th PLUS TAX is ridiculous! The only reason I can think of is that they must have high overhead cost, because frankly, their meds suck. That is the reason for my one star. This is definitely my last resort but I try to avoid them at all cost. Poor location, sucky staff and overpriced meds.

Very friendly staff. But I've had 4 times I've gone in to get something they have listed as available online and they didn't have the product in store. Did an online order one of those times and they were out of it but it let me order online anyways. Got a text it was ready for pick up. Went in and the lady told me I didn't have an order.

A truly disgusting place that does not have customer needs in mind. They hide behind the medical curtain but are selling mediocre weed and ridiculous prices. They claim "lab tested" however the lab is also owned by them, which makes one wonder. . .

Usually when I go here I get the service I need driven excited happy bartenders. Well I went in on the 28th of that evening night. I haven't walked into one of these dispensary's in a long time. So I choose some thc oil then I choose some bud and a PAX cartridge. Guess what i wasnt satisfied at all nothing. They didnt tell me that the PAX came in different size for different size pen. The bud is dry and not fresh. So apparently it wad from the flower farm. Raspberry kush dont get it. Its nastey and gives you migrains. Not medical bud at all.

Wonderful place to come get product. Sales or every few months and they're pretty good. Great parking they have an ATM on saying no credit cards I would recommend bringing cash nice chill atmosphere better than most.

I had never visited a medical marijuana dispensary before. It was an amazing experience. A place is super classy and everyone working there was very polite and professional and helpful. I went into find out if I could use CBD products to help with rheumatoid arthritis pain. Not only did I learn about products that may help me, but I learned about lots of other health benefits I could treat other common conditions like anxiety, sleep issues, and others that many of my friends suffer from.

I bought three products and I haven't tried them yet but I am looking forward to seeing if they can ease my pain. I will post an update once I've tried the products. I bought a CBD 3:1 oil, dark chocolate blueberries THC, and some peppermints.

Absolutely overrated Oakland Harborside is a way better facility if you are looking for large varieties and better customer service

It's definitely a nice place to get your meds but the prices are threw the roof and mite have to start going to the events and shopping direct with no taxes added or high mark ups. Besides that an awesome place

I loved this place. The atmosphere was professional, welcoming, and happy. Everyone was friendly and genuine. Also, they accepted my out of state drivers license - a lot of dispensaries require a CA ID even though this is not mandated by law.

Talk about a very well put together and professional dispensary. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable about the products on hand. Make sure you check out the website for all the current specials and deals! They also have a veterans discount as well

It was clean .well displayed but there prices were a little hi..plus I wish they had staff around to explain what things are and prices are there but sometimes it's nice to have someone to ask questions too.

This place suffers from a severe case of Norcal syndrome just like most other dispensaries in the area. The quality is great but the prices are just way too high. Most of their concentrate menu is $60 half grams? Seriously? Nobody should be paying over $60 for a WHOLE gram of any concentrate, and even that is pushing it. I can get perscription meds from a doctor for less, I thought the whole point was having better options for the patients. If these prices stay where they are when Rec sales start, good luck is all I can say
