I have been working with property rate for the last 8 + years and I have nothing but love for this hard working team! We all have to deal with the cards we are dealt and not every appraiser is perfect but they do a great job in selecting the appraisers on the panal and if we ever have an issue they are quick to assist in any rebuttal if necessary.
