In my opinion Property Guys may be cheaper than a realtor but you definitely get what you pay for. I would never again consider using Property Guys, a complete waste of money in my opinion.
Very bad experience. I signed an offer with the seller using property guys offer form and the following day seller has moved away with the other person who has offered higher than what we signed the deal. Very unprofessional. I sent a message to Property guys too but they didn't take any action. A very disappointed.
The only way to sell your house. Puts a ton of extra cash in your jeans.
