These guys do it right. The shirts are great quality, and they fit the same way - every time, which is not the case with all custom shirts. Great fabrics, and the customization options are great. And the prices are great - stop buying off the rack and go custom for under $100.

I used to buy from Nordstrom, Express, Macy, Neiman Marcus, as well as more pronounced designers but this is the place can beat any low cost or so called "high quality" that any of these stores try to promote.

I love this company. I have ordered custom shirts in the past from other custom clothiers and have been disappointed with fit and especially shrinkage. Ever since my first shirts arrived and I wore them and washed them a few times, I have literally replaced all of my work and casual shirts with Proper Cloth shirts. I booked a fitting at the Soho location and was very happy with the precision and attention to detail my consultant displayed with regard to options, measurements, and fabrics. I also love that I never felt I was being pressured into any upselling. I was impressed by the Proper Cloth guarantee of a perfect fit or your money back. I also love the website and all the explanations about collars, plackets, yokes and buttons. I am so pleased with my shirts, the online ordering process, the website, and the overall customer service. The shirts are all of great quality and I never needed one alteration. They also make sure that there is shrinkage allowance in your measurements and give you great advice on how to best launder your shirts to avoid excessive shrinkage. I highly recommend Proper Cloth.

I have ordered many shirts from Proper Cloth and each time received excellent customer service. The shirts feel very high end at a very reasonable cost for a custom shirt. Having the ability to browse through such a large selection of shirts is awesome. With my body type (broad shoulders/narrow waist) I have a hard time finding shirts in department stores. Whenever I need an extra dress/casual shirt, I order from Proper Cloth.

Great Experience. I am sure I will echo what most people say but I have not bought a shirt off the rack since I started ordering from Proper Cloth and got my size dialed in. Be sure to be diligent about getting your first shirt altered if it is not perfect, then order as your budget allows!

I've ordered close to a dozen shirts from Proper Cloth and love them. Some of the highest attention to detail with pattern matching. Shirts come quickly and are packaged with as much case as what they put into the shirts themselves.

This is simply the best online custom made shirt service! Having searched high and low for many years for decent shirts that actually fit, I am so pleased I found Proper Cloth last year. Taking the time to measure up properly, which takes only a few minutes repays huge dividends. The fabrics I have purchased are all excellent quality and unlike many websites, the colour and texture are accurately represented in the numerous photos on the site. Customer service, when I have needed it, has been second to none - helpful and prompt. While the $AUD exchange rate has not been my friend in the past few months making the shirts fairly pricey for anyone not spending $USD, I will definitely be back for more.

These shirts are amazing! I've been buying off the rack most of my life and though I'm lucky enough to fit pretty well into a specific brand; nothing compares to a custom shirt. I first ordered a tuxedo shirt for my wedding and it fit perfectly. Since then I am slowly trying to switch all my dress shirts because they can be a bit pricey but I'm so happy I have. I now dread having to wear my older shirts when I'm behind on laundry. Hopefully by the end of the year, all my shirts will be Proper Cloth!

Once I got the hang of my own measurements, I prefer to get my shirts from Proper Cloth. I have tailored to fit shirts at a reasonable cost. I don't like it when I have to wear one of my remaining off the rack shirts, just because I have taken my Proper Cloth shirts to the cleaners! I guess I need a few more Proper Cloth shirts . Oh well, if I must.... I must!

I *highly* recommend these guys. I've been thinking about custom shirts for years and I'm glad I settled on Proper Cloth. Their shirts are very high-quality and they absolutely win in customer service. Friendly staff, great advice on measurements and the shirts always arrive promptly.

I definitely suggest people follow their instructions to wash the first shirt a few times (cold water wash & hang dry!) and then come in for a second measuring. Once I did that, I hit a sweet spot where I could just pick colors/fabrics/styles online and get a new shirt in two weeks.

Great place for high quality custom dress shirts. It took me a while to get the fit right (I should have gone to get professionally measured) but now that I do I will buy more dress shirts from Proper Cloth. I live in a warm weather city so I like their light weight cotton for its style and comfort.

I have a large neck,18.5, and with my Proper Cloth shirt I no longer look like Omar the tent maker around the middle. Very nice fabric and perfect fit.

I have had nothing but great service from them. Stating with my fitting I had in New York to the last 3 shirts I just received. This company is first class all the way.

Quality masks. Covers the face well. The large option is perfect for bigger heads. I would recommend the masks with the upper and lower band than the over the ears if you plan to wear it for more than 4 hours like I do for work.

I didn't get the measurements quite right the first time and the friendly staff in the store were very helpful in fixing the measurements and altering the shirt. First remake and alternation is free, so do the shipping back to PC. Price is reasonable, and service (online chat) is nice and responsive. Only thing I would recommend is to have more colorful and exotic fabric to choose from.

I have been a long time customer and the service and fit continues to improve. I have lost weight and dialed in a fit over the past 16 months and the shirts are consistent in size and fit. The colors, patterns, and fabrics are great. I highly recommend using proper cloth.

The masks are a great fit, the small fits close around my face and the large fits great around my husbands face. The only issue I have is that the elastic is too thin. After a few washings it gets twisted, it still works well,. We got the behind the head elastics and like that fit best. I hope the elastic does not give out quickly.

This is the way shirt ordering should be done. A great first experience, and I'll be ordering again today.

I've been ordering their shirts for a couple of years now. Once you go MTM, any off the rack shirt is going to look like garbage to you. Customer service is above and beyond what I'd expect.

The buying experience has been great as advertised. Made adjustments to my first set of measurements, returned the shirt and received the modified shirt... it fits great. All with no hassles, had great follow up from them. It was painless. For a guy who has problems buying of the rack, I would definitely have no worries about buying future shirts from Proper Cloth knowing that they will fit.

I finally found a mask that I feel confident walking around in. High quality, nice fabric, and it doesn't look like I have a pair of rubber pants draped over my face. it also fits great!

I am completely, 110% sold on ProperCloth for my shirts and now my pants. I haven't tried the other tailored clothing but I certainly will and I suspect every item will be great.

Nice fabrics, but staff seems slow to help and strained to offer advice and input. did not seem very welcoming.

As an engineer, I really appreciate products that are well thought out, put together, present themselves well, and of course exceed expectations in performance. Although I only bought just a mask (I have bought shirts before) - Proper Cloth products succeed in all previously mentioned categories. After using a few surgical/homemade/gaiter masks - this one is (no pun intended) a breath of fresh air. It covers my face and seals comfortably (including a beard), doesn't smother, looks professional, and the behind the head straps are much more comfortable than the around the ear types. I am always nervous about clothing fit when I buy online - but I have never had to need to return with Proper Cloth.

I have ordered 11 shirts over the past four years and I cannot complain. Why anyone would purchase off the rack for a similar price point and bad fit is beyond me. One shirt fabric I have frayed on the cuff after six months of light duty. I thought why not mention it to Proper Cloth and to my great surprise they came through quite unexpectedly with flying colors. They immediately apologized and informed me the fabric I had was no longer available and suggested another more expensive, fabric. Replaced the shirt with the more expensive fabric and shipped it out for free. They also did not require me to return the first shirt, just simply send some photos of the problem.

For the money and what you get, you can't beat Proper Cloth. I was in the clothing business years ago and PC reminds me of the kind of quality you got at a reasonable price.

Department stores charge almost twice as much for a comparable shirt of lesser quality. Try buying a shirt there and having any fit problems resolved free of charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was my first foray into the world of MTM clothing and was not disappointed. While it was a bit intimidating to select the various tyle options for my first two shirts, it was worth the nitpicking over the details. My first two shirts are absolutely perfect in fit and construction. As a tall guy with long arms, it is very hard to get off the shelf shirts that fit without the sleeves being bunched at the wrist. Proper Cloth solved that problem and now my wardrobe is starting to look a lot nicer and I look a lot more squared away. What's even better is the fact that starting at around $100 per shirt, I can get quality comparable to high end, $200+ shirts at "fine" clothing companies.

I haven t bought a shirt at a retail store since I started shopping here ! Once you have your size figured out it s fun ordering and knowing it fits perfect. I ve always bought tailored shirts and these fit as good as the best shops and the quality is excellent.

Came in to get measured for a custom shirt for my wedding. Being athletic and muscular it has been hard to find a shirt that will fit me correctly. Buying athletic or modern fit just didn't cut it. A lot of those are made for European body types which aren't my body type.

I scheduled a fitting appointment online which was very easy. Came in later that day and was measured in just a few minutes. The options of fabric, texture and details are almost countless. There are options for things I didn't know was an option. They even took into account shrinkage and made my left wrist a little larger to fit my watch.

The shirts arrived earlier than the estimated delivery. The quality is very good and I couldn't be happier about the shirts. I was originally going to purchase multiple shirts but was advised by them to get the shirt washed and pressed at the dry cleaner then try the shirt on to make sure it fit. I was also allowed to bring it back in for alteration if I needed it after the dry cleaning. I did not need any alterations as the shirts fit perfectly.

The best fitting masks around...
They have a head strap which is much more comfortable than behind the ear and enables a better fit. The fact that it comes in different sizes is huge because the one-size fits all approach doesn't work for people with small faces. From now on I will only buy and wear Proper Cloth Masks.

At first I thought it strange, but when the shirt came, it fit perfectly, and continues to do so after 8 months of wearing and washing.
