I have ordered 11 shirts over the past four years and I cannot complain. Why anyone would purchase off the rack for a similar price point and bad fit is beyond me. One shirt fabric I have frayed on the cuff after six months of light duty. I thought why not mention it to Proper Cloth and to my great surprise they came through quite unexpectedly with flying colors. They immediately apologized and informed me the fabric I had was no longer available and suggested another more expensive, fabric. Replaced the shirt with the more expensive fabric and shipped it out for free. They also did not require me to return the first shirt, just simply send some photos of the problem.
