ProMaster Group - Fire Protection Review

I strongly advise you do not use this company.
3 years we have used them and each time we stupidly gave them another go.. Never again.
Every single time we had a treatment we needed a 'follow up' respray under warranty. To which we were told at the last respray 'the contractor probably waters down his tank to save money'.
The phone calls from this company are ridiculous as well.. Calling a month after the last spray advising it was due.. What a joke!
Oh and the 230 dollar "special price" termite inspection that took 10 minutes and didn't even go into every room.
The final straw was getting a call about booking the next inspection and when we mentioned all of the above we get an apology then 2 weeks later someone else calls back and tries to book us in again... Then another 2 weeks... STAY WELL AWAY!

I had been using these guys regularly but over the past couple of years have continued to call every 3 - 6 weeks to get a booking after their warranty period had expired. I started to keep notes on these calls and after repeated requests for them to make note the timing I found these continued to be ignored. Unfortunately, the calls were verging on harassment and I've had to move on to another organisation.

I had them over a month ago to get rid of a specific pest problem. Problem did not get solved.
Poor after sales service.
Never use them again!

Same issue but one of their alternative business names "Ninja Pest Management" - horrible service and refusing to rightly honour their warranty to respray inside and outside our house - after almost 3 months we still have roaches of various sizes. Not even sure if the chemicals they are using works. Takes less than half hour to spray a large two floor, five room house. We always get our house sprayed yearly and usually takes close to one and a half hours with every other pest controller we have had in over the past 10 years! Had a quick look on ASIC and there are 8 different business names registered under Promaster Group - I'd suggest staying away from them based on my experience with ninja pest management! I am absolutely disappointed with their service.
I can not understand how poor their service is.
I had them coming to spray our unit..they told us the german cocroaches wil disappear in few weeks.
Nope! They did not.
Called for a recall... same again.
Called them again.. same thing again!
I rang them again to organise another recall. They told me that i called outside their watranty time!!!!!
The supervisor Joanne offered me a 'discounted ' price at $130!
I could not afford it and guess what. She did not care.
She was rude. And yes. She hang up on me as apparently she has done everything she could!
There goes my time and money!
Please do not go for them. They will waste your money.

What had this company called out to get rid of our German cockroach they told us that there products will get rid of them. But they had sprayed our house and they told us that it will take 2 weeks for this to work.after two weeks the cockroach were still coming out we called them again so they came out again and sprayed then 2 mnths went by and they were still coming out we called them again and they we still coming out we had called them and they had advised us that our warranty was over and they had said that they can't get rid of German cockroaches.i was very un happy with there service I recommend to anybody to shop around before servicing from these guys.

Have been using the services of Promaster since we moved to the Coast almost 5 years ago. Everyone has always been polite, friendly and helpful, both on the phone and the technicians who come to do the pest control service. The technicians have always shown up as scheduled and have always been very nice. We haven't had a *need* to call them back during the warranty period for any recurring issues. Great staff and great service. Very happy customer :-)

Not happy with their job ...their man sprayed around the house outside too ..I don't know what chemical they use but it was'nt effective at all... no change roach still crawling the kitchen the worst part i miss place their receipt and could'nt call within the warranty period by time i found it I've passed the warranty period ...they don't even courtesy to check their record to see that the property just had only one treatment for $220 it's not worthit ....But i will go further with fair trading...

My mother in law came over the day after the pests were apparently killed, she would only come over if we got the house fumigated you see, as she has intense arachnophobia, whilst sitting on the lounge enjoying a cup of tea, a dinner plate sized huntsman spider crawled up onto our lounge from behind her and sat on her shoulder, I assume he also wanted some tea. My mother in law proceeded to scream and then defecate on my nice poop free lounge.

She wont be visiting again.

Loved the effect of the false security this company has provided us, would highly recommend if you hate your family and friends and just all of mankind in general, and don't mind dry cleaning bills for previously poop free lounges.

Friendly and efficient staff. We have been using them for years and never had any problems. Treatment is effective for us (we get cockroaches and ants).

Dont suggest it .They did 3 times in our small unit and not even single cockroach died

Receptionist lacks customer service, rude and arrogant. Secondly, they keep pushing with their calls about inspections etc, however when it was time for a respray due to ants within the warranty period nobody bothered to come out despite 3 confirmations that they would. They take your money but do not care about services.

Found them to be very reliable and even if there was an issue they re-attended with no questions asked.

Pro Master are the worst company ever! Had used them to do our pest control on our home pest control product worked ok, wasn't the best and not the worst. The company will be your biggest pest, once you use them you are guaranteed to constantly receive phone calls, we were receiving anywhere from 3-10 calls a week, they have difficulties in understanding what "DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN" means. It wasn't until I threatened to take legal action against them for harassment and made complaints to ACMA who followed up my complaint within a hour to let me that Pro Master was on their watch list and had been warned about their harassing phone calls than I stopped receiving calls. I encourage everyone who receives calls from this pathetic company to make formal complaints to ACMA.
This company really needs to fumigate itself as its a bigger pest problem than mice, cockroaches etc

I wish for nothing less than for this pathetic company to close down forever. The owner can rot in hell

Absolute garbage. Compared to the last company I had spray my home this guy didn't do much at all and neither did their pest control. No effect or change what so ever. They called me not long after trying to sell another fumigation and I told them it was terrible and they said I had 6 months warranty someone will contact you Monday. 3 months later same thing again and no one bothered to come out. Then this morning another person called asking if I am ready to re book. I told him no chance you may as well sprayed my home with water as it was useless. He replies well you had a 6 month warranty you should of used it. So i said in that case as your clearly saying your not gonna fix it I would never use or recommend this pest control to anyone. He replies bye and hangs up on me. Steer clear of this pest control they sprayed the entire double story home and yards in approx 15 minutes and it didn't kill any pests at all. Complete waste of money. Not to mention flat out marketing calls as if they don't keep records the idiots

Absolutely disgusting company misleading information refuse to change a time for inspection more than 21 days out from.
To be laughed at through the phone and called a f##kwit buy a bloke called Jim is absolutely disgusting. All I was asking was to change the time by half and hour.

7 weeks ago I used Promaster to do a post control on my home with special attention to rodent control.
2 weeks. After it was done, the mice started running around my house.
I immediately informed Promaster & they said, it still needs more time for this treatment to work.
After 5 weeks after my last call . I again contacted them & complained about the reoccurrence of mice in my home.
I rand them 3 times & they said they were going to return my call. My last call wasn't answered.
This company is now directly fobbing me off & I don't think they are going to honor their 6 month warranty. In my case it's only 7 weeks & still the rodents haven't disappeared.
This is ridiculous & very dishonest in their not even acting on a legitimate complaint.
I'm very stressed at the way I'm living.

This company has been harassing me for literally YEARS, calling regularly and telling me I used them last year - LIE - and trying to trick me into using them again.
Every time they call, I tell them I didn't use them, (they insist I did) and ask them not to contact me again - which they ignore.
I stopped using them initially because I fas far from happy with their 'inspection'.
Run a mile from this company!

STOP CALLING ME. I have reported you already and I will continue to report you for harrassment. 6 calls in 4 days. I refuse to take your calls so STOP. Don't use these guys or you will be harrassed constantly!!

Terrible. Will never use them again. Had insects back at the home within a few months after a treatment, thought it best to use somebody else. AND even after I ask them not to call of harass me and my wife they still to this day continue to call us...

The serviceman came within the agreed time and was very courteous and efficient. He described the treatment that he was going to do and made suggestions about key areas that should be treated for cockroaches, which were my main problem. In the following days I could see the effectiveness of the treatment.

Horrible experience. Had to tell technical to stop due to over zealous spraying, all over my washing, myself (because so much was in the air) my herbs - BEWARE!

Disgusting service, used them once 4 years ago had to get them back to do job agian. i now receive phone call after phone call, i keep telling them to leave me alone and delete my number they keep calling. I will be raising a complaint today over the constant abuse.

I've used their services several times and always had such friendly and efficient service - and totally dog safe!!!

Never had business with them but they won't stop calling me. Asked nicely the first few times to take me off their list but after 6 months I am over it. Filed a complaint to the Do Not Call Register today.

From the phone calls its clearly a outsourced telemarketing with some of the calls being silent (except for the sound of breathing).

Have used them in the past. Service OK, but despite being open 24 hours, there is no answer outside of business hours when I try to phone. Ladies in office very friendly though.

Don't ever use these guys they are a waste of time. We took them to court and won our case. They didn't even show up because they knew they were in the wrong and would loose.

The man came to my restaurant where he finished his food, put a cockroach inside deliberately, and complained. He said it was fine until he called a month later harassing us and trying to get us to call him. We found out he already came to us before and he said if we wont allow him to come, He'll sue us.

I have been using Promaster for years. We use them for pest sprays as well as for inspections. I've never had a problem with the service, or quality of the sprays and the men who come and do the work are very thoughtful and thorough in their work. I have tried another company that was fractionally cheaper but they just weren't as dependable and I need people who turn up and get the job done. It's great that it is done with a professional approach,

Promaster pest control were fantastic, I called on the Monday and they were able to squeeze me in that week for our house to be sprayed.
Then on the day I requested a call 30 mins before they came and they did that.
They were on time and very professional and very friendly.
I would definitely recommend Promaster!

Expensive - and they constantly harass you to make another appointment - the man that did the work was nice

I am extremely annoyed with this inept company. They have called me three times this year to make an appointment to undertake my pest control. Each time they have failed to keep the appointment. When they called today to arrange another appointment I was so curt that a senior staff member was brought in to deal with me. I was then informed that, due to insurance issues, they were no longer working in my area. He couldn't answer when I asked why they kept soliciting my business and making appointments with me. Does anyone know a reliable pest control company?

one of the best service I have ever used ,I tried many other companies to rid of german cockroaches but they couldn't .Thank you promaster

They continue to call for booking. I tell them to call me after two months. they still call 2-3 times a week. Sometimes different people and sometimes same person. for example I told the same person to call me after two months , she said ok. She called me again after two days. I have received 30 calls since January and even when I am overseas. I complained and ask for the manager Michael to call me. Never got any call. They just harass me all the time

We have used Promaster for many years as they assured us that they use environmentally (frogs breeding in pond on endangered list & ferns/palms on rare list) friendly spray and no secondary kill baits for mice/rats so as not to kill owls, raptors, farm cats, chickens.
It would have been nice if the company had informed us of a name change. Also our service technician came down from Gosford, was very knowledgeable and had all equipment we needed at a reasonable price
Today we had a service technician that we could not get pest advise from. The office told us to ask the service technician and he asked us to ask the office. PROMASTER BEFORE TAKE OVER BY NINJA WAS EXCELLENT. $600+. Spray etc in wet weather, no climbing under house or the roof to check for termites. Most disappointed.
