Same issue but one of their alternative business names "Ninja Pest Management" - horrible service and refusing to rightly honour their warranty to respray inside and outside our house - after almost 3 months we still have roaches of various sizes. Not even sure if the chemicals they are using works. Takes less than half hour to spray a large two floor, five room house. We always get our house sprayed yearly and usually takes close to one and a half hours with every other pest controller we have had in over the past 10 years! Had a quick look on ASIC and there are 8 different business names registered under Promaster Group - I'd suggest staying away from them based on my experience with ninja pest management! Most of them do not have reviews or pages, and do not come up. Here is a full list from the ASIC page:
