Family and I usual guests of Holiday Inn hotels and are used to their standards. But I have been in an event in Mar/2018 in this hotel and I personally did not like it. At least around the events area...just not to be too long the bathrooms were completely dirty after only 1 hour the event have started. And it continued like that for the entire event. Very bad first time in there.

Hotel was nice and clean and has a very good location, it is not very close to the sea not as what i expected. Staff if friendly, haven't tried the food.
Definetly will back again.

Pros: The place is explained and beautiful and the reception is one of the best .. The bed is very comfortable as if you are sleeping on a cloud .. The place is very suitable for families, especially children .. The swimming pool is for children .. The location is very beautiful, close to everything.
The negatives: the bathroom and the furniture need to be renewed .. the house is kicking, jittering at times slowly and banging the door many times and loudly calling in the Seeb .. I never liked the food and coffee .. Also the sounds of the children playing the morning and afternoon are very annoying .. The card every year they cancel it and I have to go to the reception they renew it ..I have twice for maintenance, once the coffee machine does not work and once there is water leaking into the bathroom.

The place is very excellent and comfortable and the service is outstanding
The buffet is sweet and multiple dishes, but the desserts are not delicious at all and the prices are somewhat overpriced
No comment is a wonderful, elegant, excellent and distinctive hotel in every sense of the word
I think 1 stars are high enough for this dirty room which does not belong to holiday inn altitudes, even WiFi does not match family name and they can not solve it.
Front disk are not cooperative unfortunately.

There should be a place to make Wudu. Wash basins are not suitable for wudu. Make Musallah room separate.
I came to the hotel at around 12 am when my friends asked for a cappuccino from the coffee shop next to the hotel reception and said that now I have tea with milk and I agreed to come to the account and found it almost 17 riyals. It is amazing that the Starbucks International Cafe costs a small cup of cappuccino for 14 riyals and the regular milk tea at the Holiday Inn B 17 SR ?? !!

It is such a wonderful place and and the food is also very nice although it's a bit expensive but worth it nearby there is a compound named as as sea view compound which is really amazing I have never seen such a great atmosphere within this compound overall the atmosphere in and around holiday Inn Al Khobar is fantastic and fascinating
The previous external base was better than the current one. Please, Al-Hollandi administration, return the projector and the matches to the previous place. Thank you.
Try it at its restaurant at the Oban Buffet .... one of the best buffet restaurants in Al Khobar
A typical hotel for business travelers. Nothing fancy. Excellent breakfast buffet
The place is beautiful. I went to the cafe to the back of the outside buffet. Once it was elegant, but I wish they prevented smoking. The employee, Mr. Sudani, has morals and speed of response and more than wonderful service.

Reasonable hotel. A bit dated. Refused my reservation even though it was confirmed several weeks ago (corporate travel). The same thing happened to 3 other people who reached the same time but unrelated to me.
