I could have spent a fortune at this store because of the many tasteful items to choose from.

To avoid the crowds and enjoy free parking
I prefer to shop at the white plains location
And the service and goods offered are comparable to the city

I have always loved Bloomingdale' s. Some of the sales associates are not friendly, refuse to speak, or offer assistance. In my opinion, they probably require additional training prior to working in any department.

The store had a nice selection of mens clothes and a great place to get some yogurt for lunch!

Always a good place to shop. A little pricey but you can get good sales. Parking is a benefit.

You just cant help but love to come to Bloomingdale's there are always great things that I have to have with great service and an amazing bloomies card im good to go.

Nice selection, most of the people I encountered that worked there were helpful and friendly, not all however. I did get a nice dress for my son's wedding

Still one of the originals, classics, timeless store that will always have the very best of the best. The size of the location alone is enough for you to want to set aside at least half of your day to give it justice.

Nice organization and layout of items. Bought a $200 dress for $50 after sale.

Huge Bloomingdale , they literally have a huge women department and excellent prices. I usually go to the discounted products.

the restaurant on the top floor is it very good restaurant it's perfect for a break while you're shopping

Larger department store, very limited mens pallet. Decent service excellent parking.

Horrible customer service. Called to talk to one of the department and my calls were transfered more than five time but the worst thing is never been connected to the right department and took me 12 mins on hold. . This was my third try.

Bloomingdale if you dont know, its a classy, organized place to shop. The food is great too.

Very horrible customer assistance. I was stared down, faces were made at me and my mother. I was looked down because I am a full figure woman. My mother was stared down because her skin tone is a little darker then mine. I've purchased handbags and perfume before at this location, but never again.

I don t care for over prices and rude stuck up employees. You think we were in Beverly Hills with the rich and famous.

soooo expensive. but you get what you pay for. bloomingdales is high quality, great store with lots of options for clothes shoes and even accessories to make sure you are looking great. prefer it over macys if you have money

Update: The Bloomingdale's Twitter account told me that someone from this store location would be contacting me (not sure why it wouldn't be someone from corporate) and they haven't. I guess this is why God created lawyers.

My wife and I arrived at Bloomingdale's at 8pm on Friday January 19th. As we walked into the women's shoe department we noticed that the sales clerk was preoccupied with trying not to make eye contact. My wife then picked the shoes she wanted to try on. The sales clerk then walked away and made sure that she was unavailable although we were the only customer in the section. My wife decided to try on the displays and the sales clerk yelled across the floor to her associate that she was closing her register even though it was 8:15pm. To help, my wife then put back the shoes that she wasn't purchasing on the racks and brought the 3 pairs that she was buying to the register. At that point the sales clerk snatched the shoes while complaining and only returned with one pair. She then slammed the one pair down and yelled that she's going home. After she left her associate would only ring up the 1 pair and when my wife asked for the prices he turned his back, sucked his teeth, and slammed the shoes down. At that point I had it, left the premises, and returned to a car with a flat tire. I don't know what we're supposed to think as an African American couple being serviced by Caucasian salespeople who act this way in this political climate.

Large selection of merchandise..not quite as much as NYC

Parking is free. A great thing in White plains NY. Staff was eager to serve and take care of your shopping needs.

One of the stores! Benn coming to do my shopping at Bloomingdale for so many years now, and it is time to review their services. Store is big, staff usually know what they talk about, and will help if they can. Hoping for the next big sale to come back here.

Huge selection of products .This is one of the biggest Bloomingdale's corporation. Excellent services and greetings from all the staff.

Nice selections of merchandise, this store has good sales. This is a good store to purchase winter coats in February. Staff is courteous.

Maggie in the shoe department always takes care of me! Was in and out in a flash while purchasing and ordering items not in stock.

It s the closest store to us so we usually go here. Most purchases have been good and returns usually have no issues. They can maybe be better organized sometimes during the holidays really and some other seasons

Sometimes the service is very slow and they always seem not to happy

What a great location and a HUGE selection of stuff! There's 3+ floors of mens clothing, womens clothing, home goods, perfume/colone, furniture and carpeting. Oh and an ENTIRE RESTAURANT that serves incredible popover rolls. Also they have a small Nescafe hub in there with a great selection of pod flavors.

I dont think there is a place to shop that is more amazing than Bloomingdales. From the clothes to the service to always having great deals if you can catch them. Best of the Best.

Came to return something, fool on the first floor told me this isn t a rental company. She looks exactly as a Karen would.

Fab lady at the Bobbie Brown counter saw past my color unlike some others in the store and helped me. Now she's my go too

We loved a couch we saw labor day.
Went back the next day after measurements were confirmed.
They would not honor the holiday sale one day after, even though they acknowledged that we were there just the day before.
After some back and forth they offered a discount. We left and on the ride home the salesperson called to lower the price further.
When we got home we called to confirm and he said he made a mistake.
This pushed us to look at Restoration hardware.
Needless to say we will be buying the couch at Restoration hardware.
Bloomingdale's has lost another long time customer.

I do not go to Bloomingdale's because I'm enthralled. I go because I am dragged along by my mother every now and then. Here's what it's like for the guy in the husband chair for 70 minutes, whose been waiting for someone who promised to be done 50 minutes ago.
-They have a free coffee bar on the first floor.
-You will awkwardly wander around the cologne section until you get bored
-You will wander in the Louis Vuitton pavilion and walk out confused
-You will find solace walking into the appliance section on the bottom floor
-You will feel a sense of shame as you walk to the bathroom on the 3rd floor. For some reason, they decided to put the washroom in the langerie section
-You will spend the last few minutes in purgatory, wondering if you will ever escape
-When you are finally free, you eyes will swell with tears. You've been given a second chance. Embrace life

Extremely disrespectful associate, going back to Amazon.

I always find lots of sales at this Bloomingdale's.

Prices are extremely high. Overrated.The whole place feels like a con game. You will be wasting both your time and money.

I love Bloomingdales. Today they had a one day only flash sale. Great bargains to be had.
