It isn't the atmosphere or fellow clientele. No, the only reason one comes here is the food. They have a fantastic salad bar that comes standard with any entree, giving any order a huge increase in "bang for buck" value. Likewise, the food itself is just amazing. My go to is the orchard chicken wrap. This delicious concoction comes with everything you could possibly want in a wrap, from hearty bits of chicken to fresh avocado and cranberries. But of course, the best item on the menu is their frozen yogurt. It is some of the best yogurt you will ever have (albeit a little pricey).

Nice department store with a large selection. I really like that it is not connected to the mall.

When a customer asks what to do, does what they were told by an employee and then finds out that the employee lied and the company will do nothing to make the situation better. This is a company that is too big to have good customer service and will probably go out of business soon because of it. liars and thieves.

Very professional staff here. I believe her name was Bethany, she was so helpful in assisting me with finding pants the right size and style the other day. Though I did not purchase anything, I likely will next time. They even got a pair off of the display which was very hard for them to get to. I have never been to Bloomingdales before but I look forward to going back.

My wife every time we visit this place always buys at least one piece of clothing and that is very demanding in every item of clothing she buys

Trying to get a pair of ugg at Bloomingdales in white plains, the lady kept telling me the one on the display is completely new when there are obvious pen marks everywhere on the surface. Then she keep stress althoug thr one has pen makes the other one is completely new. It makes no sense, because people buy shoes in PAIR!!! When I asked her to help me find the same pair in another color (because online it shows it s available in store), she walked away and start chatting to another customer who s buying a pair of more expensive shoes. Eventually a nice lady from the register helped me in the end. Just when we thought this nonsense is over, while we are paying, the lady who ignored us walked over and said that we can only stick with one person for help... ridiculous

I have been to many Bloomingdales, and this is by far the worst experience ever. I m really disappointed that Bloomingdales actually hires people like this. It s worst than shopping at Walmart on Black Friday.

I had a great shopping experience last week while visiting NY, was assisted by sale associate Kimberline, she was very helpful, I had an event to attend and she helped me with choosing the right outfit, she was pleasant, great personality and she had patience, thanks Kimberline.

Beautiful selection & much smaller than flagship store so more manageable.

Horrible customer service. The sales associates in the beauty department must be trained to be rude to customers. If I could give zero stars, I would. Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Ave, treat their customers much better!

For a branch store, the White Plains store is a pleasure to shop in. It is well stocked and the salespeople are helpful. It is easy to order a different size from another store if you need it.
It is also dog-friendly so I can bring my doggie with me.

Service has gone down. No one to help you or even price chevk an item. I was told to return to where I found it and the cashier will price check my item. Really??!! If someone was there! I wouldn't have asked you!!!

A major department store in New York where you can find everything from cosmetics to clothing and home furnishings. Excellent quality and prices for all levels.

The staffs at men's section gave me a really bad custom experience today by being impatient and rude. I have a return which only take 5 mins and they sant me back and forward between different registers because no one wants deal with it.

One of the few retailers left where the sales people make a real effort to be helpful & your visit enjoyable.

It doesn't hurt that there's a solid selection of merchandise and lots of sales.

Writing a review for their furniture department. If you're looking for furniture, this is the place in Westchester if you want high quality. They run good promos. Ask for Frank Mariella, he knows his furniture and will get you what you're looking for. Honest guy. All of the departments at this Bloomingdale's location don't have great service, but their luggage and furniture departments are excellent.

Returned an unused item bought long time ago, no problem at all. Spacious parking lot is big plus for me.

This place is huge. They have really good brands, the prices are kind of tricky . Some items are higher than normal but they also have some really good discounted items.

Bloomingdales furniture is great quality and affordable. I was just testing out the sectional sofa. Oooooh.

Been going to lunch there for years. Food,staff are wonderful. Just a lovely place for a leisurely lunch. Even if it's crowded you never feel rushed. Don't miss the popovers and they're fantastic yogurt!

A Tall slender young miss by the name of Kimberline I think, she is Awesome! I try on a bunch of items and she had so much patience, she didn t get annoyed 1 bit, and thanks to her I will be participating in this weeks sale to get a better bargain on my favorite Designers.

I love the merchandise selection of the store, but I went today to buy for first time Chanel makeup and even tho I was by the counter nobody acknowledged me, so I left the store...

I usually go to the flagship store so I may be bias in my review. This Bloomingdales location lacks a few designers that I was searching for from the flagship location. Otherwise, they have an immense amount to offer. I do wish that there are a bigger selection of home goods here. If you are in the area looking for good quality, here is a store for you to shop in.

Always my go to. Love the dress department. Love the Makeup department. Love the people who there and have never had a negative experience. Sale days are crowded- to say the least... men's section does not have a big and tall - so larger men (xxl+) forget shopping here for yourself.
I've been shopping and eating in the restaurant since I'm a little girl and I like it better than L&T, NM, and Nordstrom's (except their shoe department). I cannot speak poorly of the others bc they are all amazing, as well. It is my preference to shop here.

Had an excellent experience in the men's suit department today. Sales Rep (Max) is very knowledgeable and focused on customer satisfaction. Department was well organized and I found it easy to find items/sizes.

I love coming to Bloomingdale's with my mom. If you come during their Friends & Family sale, you can get extra savings $$

Don't forget to visit their 2 restaurants on the 3rd floor! Their yogurt is delicious!

Kind friendly efficient service delicious food huge portions it's surprising how delicious and high-quality the food is in this little restaurant inside a department store. totally unexpected. the ambience is lovely, the food is always fresh. when we were there last week one of the chefs actually came out and discussed with a client what she wanted to eat because it was no longer on the menu. he then prepared it to order! it just blew my mind! this is a perennial favorite of mine. I highly recommend it.

2 days ago I called Bloomingdales White Plains to inquire abt their credit card and benefits. I specifically asked and mentioned abt using the card inside LV boutique and the Bloomingdales Customer Rep I spoke to confirmed there is a $250 incentive to be deducted from opening brand new Bloomingdales credit card and once more I asked the same question if that includes LV. The Customer Rep said Yes! But it is capped at $250. Today I applied for and got approved right away for a new credit card. Marched over to LV and ordered the one I like. At the parking lot, I called Bloomingdales the 2nd time to confirm the $250 incentive still applies and to my dismay, apparently I was misinformed!!!! I explained the reason for signing up blah blah blah but at this point, after being put on hold for a while, Bloomingdales wont hear me out. So, I am going to return the LV bag using that darn credit card which I didnt need in the first place. I wont pay a single penny for being misinformed...retail apocalypse? Not so far behind if your customer service continues to be nasty. I aint going back thats for sure.

When you have money to burn...I mean spend, engagement gifts to return, and of course, women's clothing and make up, she'll/you'll happy here. There must be men's stuff somewhere. Tip: If you're sensitive to light, wear sunglasses. ( Or purchase a pair here).
