nice clean room, good service, wish they had a complimentary breakfast

I was not an overnight guest here, but I loved the decor in the common areas!

Some of the best updated rooms I've encountered. Smart TV's and much more. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very dirty but at least the staff did not care.
Had to request that my sheets be changed - they kept making the bed with the same linens. Front desk not staffed. No answer when calling the front desk. I cannot believe that Marriott allows its name to remain on this hotel.
Stay at the Fairfield - much cleaner and the staff is eager to help.

The lobby was very clean and very nice. The room was ok and clean. It was a nice room, but things that I'd expect in a room (mini fridge, microwave, etc) weren't included. The plugs by the bed stand were loose. They worked, but the plug could (and would) fall out at any second. For the purpose of the business trip I was on, the hotel was fine.

We came to this hotel with a block of rooms booked for a soccer tournament at Grand Park. The front desk staff was very friendly and personable. One of the employees got a luggage cart for me and even offered to push it to my SUV and help load it.

The lobby is exquisitely beautiful. It is large with plenty of natural lighting. The restaurant and bar overlook a giant pond. There's also outdoor seating by the pond where you can take your drinks and watch the sunset.

The rooms were pristine and the decor was modern. Smart TVs are in each room, so you can watch Netflix and Youtube as well as cable. I really appreciated the use of the space. Usually a room with 1 King and a pullout couch are difficult to walk around in because of the bulky furniture. The layout of this room combined with the shelving and credenza, plus the sliding door on the bathroom maximized the space. We got 2 adults, a preteen, and a toddler comfortably in the room and never once felt like we were too close.

Lastly, the location is ideal. You're walking distance from shopping and food, but also far enough away from the traffic that your stay will be peaceful.

I have no qualms or anything I wish were different about this place. I'd definitely recommend it!

My day here was fantastic. The room was beautiful and some had a balcony with a stunning view. Breakfast was also very good. Overall, a great place to stay.

We celebrated a friend's wedding at the Indianapolis Marriott and the accommodation were great. The ballrooms were gorgeous, and the staff were awesome. Great job all around

Very nice place to stay close to shopping and resturants

I went to easter brunch event. the food was great and they had a huge selection of food from seafood to a waffle bar. they also had an Easter bunny handing out easter eggs to the kids and a guy making balloon animals for the kids. the service was great.

Very nice looking room, but it didn't have essentials like a fridge in your room. Also paying for WiFi is unnecessary when the hotel price is more expensive.

Would have given 5 stars if a few staff members were courteous, I am Marriott Ambassador, expect a lot more based the amount I spent on my stays. Two of my worst experiences, when a corrective action was not taken. Found spider and mosquitos in room, SO NOT EXPECTED!

Otherwise, love the location, views and food options around. A few high end shopping place, 10 mins drive to Carmel.

Rooms are nice and modern. The staff is very kind and friendly. The front desk staff actually remembered my name! Parking lot is big, but still can be hard to find parking of an event is going on at the same time.

Hotel is extremely dated. All furniture, bed, and bathrooms are at least a couple decades old. Service however is fine. Great location and many restaurants nearby.

Not as nice on the inside as it appears on the outside. Hallways had wierd smell, carpets in the room were lumpy every where, and you could see where the bathroom door was cut and not sanded to get to it to fit at the top. Overall not terrible but definitely disappointed.

We had a catered conference. The food was exquisite and service on top of things. There was parking available and enough bathrooms with clean towels.

I stayed at this hotel 2 days due to a conference I attended. The service from all employees is amazing. Rooms are clean and really modern. The gym is well equipped and easily accessed. The atmosphere at the lobby is great since the bar/restaurant is right in front, but very quiet in the rooms area.

The banquet provided by the hotel for the conference was excellent. A large variety of food was offered and the staff was always attentive. I was glad to see the amount of Hispanic employees and the excellent service they provided. The spaces for the conferences were well organized and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you re traveling for business or if you want to put together a conference for your institution.

Conference space was nice and bathrooms had been recently upgraded. Staff were great to work with.

Do not trust the terms told to you on the reservation line. If that person is wrong, they will keep you money and refuse all possible refund opportunities and will be rude in the process.

Very nice hotel. Everyone was very friendly, rooms were well-appointed. Lobby was recently redone and had lots of places to sit and relax.

It loses a star for being a bit too man-centric for me. The art in the bathroom is a macro photo of a tire? And the shower has nowhere to shave your legs. There is one shelf above hip height for me (and I'm 5'7) and no tub. It's very pretty, but very non-functional for most women.

Nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Did not stay in hotels much. Morning breakfast was nice and the gentleman operating the omelet bar went above and beyond (stay date 6/11/2016)

Hotel rooms are dated and need a refresh, but service was excellent all around from check in to breakfast. Nice Christmas decorations!

Stayed here for a business conference and the conference was nicely catered, but the bed was awful and the bathrooms dingy. If I wanted to sleep on a rock hard bed, I could have pitched a tent in the parking lot and been just as comfortable. Next year I would rather pay for an alternative hotel than the room here my company offers.

I had a wonderful experience staying here! Staff was amazing, from the front desk to the bar and everyone in between. Truly, all staff bent over backwards to give me a wonderful stay.

Every year this convention goes on and every year this hotel does very well. I feel like the area is very clear and I personally enjoy the silver-and-black remodel theme they got going on.

Bathroom door arrangement is strange. However since renovations, everything else has been great. Rooms are up to date and feel very modern. Facilities (dining, fitness room, etc) are very well keep.
