Trying to get a pair of ugg at Bloomingdales in white plains, the lady kept telling me the one on the display is completely new when there are obvious pen marks everywhere on the surface. Then she keep stress althoug thr one has pen makes the other one is completely new. It makes no sense, because people buy shoes in PAIR!!! When I asked her to help me find the same pair in another color (because online it shows it s available in store), she walked away and start chatting to another customer who s buying a pair of more expensive shoes. Eventually a nice lady from the register helped me in the end. Just when we thought this nonsense is over, while we are paying, the lady who ignored us walked over and said that we can only stick with one person for help... ridiculous

I have been to many Bloomingdales, and this is by far the worst experience ever. I m really disappointed that Bloomingdales actually hires people like this. It s worst than shopping at Walmart on Black Friday.
