The dealership I used work for used Proactive. It was a joke. It left the employees feeling like they had no power to help the customer. You never give the customers answers that they need. Proactive hands you a script and assures you it will work and not to stray from it. Then when the script did not work it was picked apart on how you delivered. You were required a minimum of 100 calls a day along with texts and email and I can assure you it bordered harrassmant. They would comb over your numbers and listen to your calls with useless feed back.
We called the week Proactive came to the dealership hell week. You could be sure it would stressful and something would likely go wrong. There is so much more, but I will not leave it all here.
I would never reccomend this company. They want to come in and insert themselves in to every aspect of your business. In the end it will run off your customers and generate little profit.

Very unprofessional, lies Matt and Lisa will promise one thing and not deliever.

Incredible training taught me how to get out on front of Our Customers

Matt Lowery was great. He gives a new meaning to the phrase This is not rocket science! He keeps you interested and shows you how this can really work. You just have to be consistent with the change and you will see the changes in your dealerships money. Thanks for everything Matt Lowery

My favorite coaches were Nick and Michelle,these guys made my 3 days amazing!Nicholas did an amazing job getting my confidence were I wanted it to be,Michelle was the best at Objections not Rejections!lol Overall had the best time with everyone thank you all so much

Tiffany Peeler took the time to handle our account the proper way , very pleased with her approach , her understanding as well as her ability to listen to clients valid concerns.
In the end, doing the right thing is the approach she took and for that I say thank you Tiffany!

While I a proponent of ProActive Dealer Solutions, I must ask why there are no African-American in leadership positions in this company? I realize that the automobile industry is predominately white, yet the vast majority of sale persons are not. It seems to me that this company is stuck in the archaic and participates in the antiquated. Please correct me if I am incorrect.

Highly recommend working with PROACTIVE as we have recognized the Internet and Sales Department is the backbone of the dealership with the continuous coaching and evaluations we are able to master the skills needed to appoint customers and help generate more business for the dealership. Our first year with PROACTIVE was incredible and 2020 will be our second year ( first full year) and we are excited to exceed our goals ! Thank you PROACTIVE !
