Providing Service to our Business for over 4 years now. Technician was great at set up. Screw up on our end had Police Callout to respond which is expensive. Got that changed to Security Company callout for much more reasonable rate. Overall good value and nice people to deal with.

I used ADT security system in my old house but product(price) and service is not that great. Now, when I switched to use Polyway security system for my new house, I feel it is much more worth than before...
1) Product - it is a simple and reliable system.
2) Cost - it is much more affordable than before,
3) Service - Last but not the least, Technician and Support are great and very helpful (For example, I talked to the Support rep (Aries) and she is very patient and knowledgeable to answer any questions that me and my family having in our mind). .
I will definitely tell my friends to use Polyway if they need to buy a home security system !!
EXCELLENT !!! I purchase a new house in Markham, sales come to my house give me professional advance. I install alarm system in my house and purchase a high definition camera. Camera quality amazing! CUSTOMER SERVICE also good, they help set up the remote view in my smart phone and computer, I can see my home remotely now. RECOMMEND!!!

The customer service rep doesn't speak English, and was reluctant to send inspection personnel when alarm is triggered while we were away from home. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! Very glad we are finally done with it! (Even then they still tried to scam us one more month of payment when cancelling service without providing the last month's service)
I regret to admit that the customer service we have been receiving from Polyway in the last 3-5 yrs is a stark contrast to what initially enticed us to sign on with them (10 yrs ago). It took us a while to notice, but it eventually became obvious that we were being charged for products/services above our needs. In addition, they are not transparent with their contract terms, and made a feeble attempt at forcing us to renew for 2 yrs. Dishonest would be an understatement, as on multiple occasions, their technicians caused damage to our hardware but denied any responsibility. Buyer beware.
