I went here to attend an interview but the people are very lazy they don't even provide a chair to sit here.

Madhees Techno Consulting provides excellent placement service through primary level filtering of candidates by conducting preliminary interviews online with job requirements before forwarding that candidate profile to actual client. Recently, couple of my friends visited for Fresher's interview on US IT Staffing.
They are fresher's plus some other than IT background in Engineering.
They prepared on some points of US Staffing terms.

But the Manager/HR who interview them was asking them the questions outside the resume. When they dint answered, she aggressively mentioned that why did you applied for this job also you are from Non-IT background!!

My suggestions:
1. Dear HR, before you schedule the interview, take notes from the Manager on what kind of Educational background the manager is looking for.
2. Dear HR, please make sure your manager gives the candidate a chance to prove themselves. If the candidate do not get chance to prove himself then they will like bullied in the interview.
3. Dear Interviewer, please focus the resume and ask questions accordingly, then update the candidate that whether you satisfied or not. And then asks the questions outside the resume. Since everyone knows a Fresher might not have 100% knowledge on the field he is applying for.
4. Please be polite to the candidates who appear for the interview otherwise you are kinda spoiling your company image.

Very worrest...his collidal company cms edge ..giving 3000 to freshers and expecting a lot from students...don't go for interview..one of the worrest person I saw that owner of cms edge company...he want to become rich by putting software company...but his employees are to be like treat as slaves...like that he is giving salaries..Chandra Babu Naidu valla father laga unaru vellu...don't go for interviews only for Cms edge...I don't know abt madhees...students blood tagiii valla meda batiki kotlu sampadichudam ane vallalo vellu first....
