The dealership I used work for used Proactive. It was a joke. It left the employees feeling like they had no power to help the customer. You never give the customers answers that they need. Proactive hands you a script and assures you it will work and not to stray from it. Then when the script did not work it was picked apart on how you delivered. You were required a minimum of 100 calls a day along with texts and email and I can assure you it bordered harrassmant. They would comb over your numbers and listen to your calls with useless feed back.
We called the week Proactive came to the dealership hell week. You could be sure it would stressful and something would likely go wrong. There is so much more, but I will not leave it all here.
I would never reccomend this company. They want to come in and insert themselves in to every aspect of your business. In the end it will run off your customers and generate little profit.
