Real bargain. Nice room and friendly staff. It is not the most modern hotel but it is very good value. Food is good and they sell Caffreys beer.

Did a First Aid course help. Beth, the instructor from British Red Cross was lovely and very informative and the hotel is also very nice. You could definitely get a lovely night sleep or two here.

The quality was there maybe when Queen was young... Floor creaks, window is leaky and all sounds from outside go inside (noisy road)... And the bathroom... clean, but mold on the ceiling... Everything is wet when you take a bath.

Nice enough hotel, clean and tidy. Although lacking quality of service from a few of the staff.. bar staff charging different prices every round. No prices displayed. Staff getting through a crowded dining room with trays of hot water and food. Health and safety hazard

Excellent quality rooms the only problem is that the rooms are too warm! Plenty of hot water in the refurbished bathrooms. The hotel has very friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Food is hot and adequate
