I just spoke to you about your customer service me...

I just spoke to you about your customer service member John about this driver of yours that was inexcusably unprofessional today. He was blocking my parking space. I asked him to move he refused and tried to make me wait for him to hold a lengthy conservation with a woman. I had to pull up on the side of him and ask him to move a second time. He then started screaming at me and punched on the gas petal so hard he almost hit me. I'm so upset!! This happend today at 11:20 am at the Harbor Village Apartments in Costa Mesa, California. He is a Middle Aged African American Male with an additional diver in the truck. If this is the kind of business your running I am disgusted. No one should have to inconvenienced like this and almost killed when trying to enter their own home. If i could give you zero starts I would.
