I can't say I entirely understand the unbroken 5-star status of this company. We booked them for a move from Huntington Beach to Pasadena in April 2017, and we felt the service was thoroughly mediocre. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't 5 star. We were left with the distinct feeling that we wasted money, not least because they required us to book three movers for a 1 bedroom apt. when two would have sufficed (it's particularly annoying to have to pay three guys to sit in a truck in traffic). Again, it wasn't horrible-- Nothing bad happened, the movers were polite. It was just mediocre. Our move was just as stressful, only it cost more money.
