If it was possible to give no starts... this would be a no start review... went in about 40 min before closing and there must have been 3 dozen employees standing around admiring themselves, laughing and loudly talking about their little millenial evening they were going to have... I had CASH IN HAND, prepared to drop several hundred dollars for two helmets but alas... it was far too important to look at themselves in the mirror and ignore customers... No wonder why ONLINE sales are thriving... CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SELECTION Mike Drop!!!

Jake did a good job and was easy to work with. No pressure sales and no pressure to upgrade warranties etc. The Can-am SPYDER RT is a fabulous bike and they had a nice selection. Deal was done within an hour, and I went on a busy Sat afternoon. Great dealership.

So today I picked up my first BMW motorcycle, a 2020 R 1250 GSA. Eli and the rest of the staff did a great job getting the bike prepped and ready, even after I moved the pickup date UP two days.

When I took delivery of the bike, Eli did a great job walking through the bikes features and answering all of my questions. In my opinion they went out of their way to resolve a break issue and get things to 100% upon delivery.

I just purchased my third bike in four years from Pro-Cal. As always, the customer service the best around. Brian Baker has handled my financing each time I ve been here. He always makes the process smooth and efficient. When the time comes for me to trade out of this one, I ll be back to buy my fourth bike from them.

I went in to see about a trade in of my Indian scout for an r-6. The sales associate Jake was very helpful in answering all my questions, and I left with all the answers I needed to make an informed decision. The best thing was there was no pressure, it was like talking with one of your buddies.

Outstanding would be the word of choice to discribe my experience. They just have it nailed at ProCaliber of Vancouver.
I started off with driving my BMW R1200RT in for its appt for full check out.
I am first pleasantly greeted by Ben in the service department who takes total care of explaining to me on what's going to be taken care of and how long it's gonna take roughly. Then he lets me know that there is a bikers lounge (yeah..... a bikers lounge) area located in the building that has free coffee as well as snacks to hang out if I'd like. Nice area btw.
However, there is such a large choice of motorcycles, jet skis, ATVs, riding apparel, etc, etc., etc., to check out, that it takes up a considerable amount of time checking it all out, while waiting. Which was a ton of fun! It's the kid in a candy store feeling kind of a thing!
And I have to say, while doing this, every person was wonderful to talk to and very helpful.
Next, what caught my eye, was a brand new 2018 BMW R nine T Urban G/S with black spoke rims and street tires. Just the way I would want this bike fitted. This bike is a totally awesome looking bike in my book! What a knock out of the park for BMW!
The price was so right and Karen, the BMW sales associate, was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of the questions that I had, and I had plenty. My questions ranged from the bike itself, as well as other BMW bikes, to pricing, financing and possible options if wanted or needed.
I want to start off by saying, that there was never at any point, from any associate here, any pressure or times that one would feel uncomfortable with the situation of pressure sales. Just simply there for you if you needed.
The time felt right and with the combination of the great looking bike, the price that they were selling it at, the atmosphere and all of the help that I needed from Karen, I did it. I went through with adding a bike to my garage and purchased a new BMW R nine T Urban G/S.
While waiting for all of the incidentals to finish up with the paperwork and what needed to be taken care of with the financing department. Which by the way, Justin was an outstanding help in this department. I was greeted by the YouTube sensation Sean from TheSmoaksVlogs. Who, get this, was the tech that worked on my 1200RT and gave it a full workover for its checkout. How cool is that! One knowledgeable tech for sure and one down to earth person to talk with.
He explained everything that was done and looked at and went over what's in store for possible future events if needed.
Ben, the service writer, finished me up and set things up in the books for future checks and I then moved back to Karen to finish up my new purchase.
I know that I'm being winded here but words just can't explain how I was properly, genuinely treated by everyone and how everyone treated me like a part of the family there.
Karen was awesome!
The bike ride home........... a constant smile that couldn't be removed from my face!
Thanks guys for a wonderful experience. You have my business from here on out. Great job!!!

2 weeks later......
Okay, bought 2nd bike from Pro Caliber!
After having a great conversation about liter bikes with Karen from the BMW side and having gushed over her BMW 1000RR, it brought back great memories of my past super sport riding years.
Which lead me to the very shiny and striking red Honda CBR1000RR on the floor. Again, the price was Right , thanks Travis! And thanks again for the hard work from Justin who made it work in financing!
I ve added a new member to my garage!
I ll be back for another Karen, thanks for the inspiration!

So updating my review, the guys at Pro Caliber have been pro-activley reaching out to me and I finally got to ride the Challenger (Thanks Ozz) really nice bike but going to have to try the chieftain as well before I decide. May end up with a 116 chieftain this year and a challenger in a couple years after they work out any first model year bugs. (and there are more aftermarket parts available)

Jake made the process of finding, buying and delivering our new Polaris a breeze. We weren't completely sure of what we wanted and he was very patient and accommodating. Thank you

I have worked here two different times now over the past few years. Not only is this an awesome place to get almost any brand of onroad/offroad vehicle, but, the management, the people that run the store are great. I was apart of a family here. I can walk in to this day and people still look at me like family. Even though I am a customer now, I am still family, and, this is something that is rare now days. Everybody here rides something, so, you get true emotion, not just another sale. They listen to you, they learn what you really want, not just what they want you to buy. They have invested in this place so much that its like a Macy's for bikes. The last time I went in, I noticed they took on another brand, BMW, and, wow. One place and you could be riding on the water, street, dirt, snow, and, who knows what in the future. The parts dept also has just about any accessory, OEM and aftermarket you could want. I noticed high end gear, budget gear, something for everyone. You can find a ride group here if you are a first timer, which is very cool. They allow you to test ride bikes usually, which is amazing. I really love this place.

Pro caliber and there staff was great. Jason helped me find the bike that best fit my needs. Jason was alos very knowledgeable of the new bike and all the new features that came with the new 2013 zx6r ninja. landon was a great help with the finacing, also a ninja guy. He assured me that there techs at pro caliber are the best and wouldnt take his bike any where els. i felt that i had made the right choice choosing pro caliber. So big thanks to all at pro caliber especially Jason an Landon.

I m happy with the the way Jake & Jason treated me throughout. They were extremely busy. Here is my personal experience... I purchased a quad along with 2 jetskis, and a trailer- pretty huge purchase! Unfortunately, someone did not conduct a quality check on my brand new 2020 Jetski s the batteries were not installed appropriately causing my daughter and I to get stuck on the Columbia. Scary experience, when my husband called Procaliber the manager seemed very apathetic.
Please, if you purchase anything have them conduct a full quality inspection for the safety of you and your family.

Kind regards,

Irma

Pro caliber where do I start. I have been unfortunately a customer of pro caliber for so many years I can't even count I have probably purchased 10 vehicles from them the last one was a brand new 2014 polaris rzr xp 1000. What is so funny and ironic is every single time I purchase something from them when it's all done I tell myself these guys suck and I am never going back rip me off once shame on them rip me off twice shame on me. I believe every single one of their finance managers are a bunch of lying unethical people with no morals. Fact is I haven't been back since my last purchase due to the fact they screwed me again. After the purchase was complete I was toldThat I did not have to pay for my 1st service in oil change it was included in the purchase I had him clarify that at least 5 times during the process of purchase. Well wouldn't you know it the 1st time I bring it in for its 1st oil change and service I went to go pick it up and I had to pay like $500. I told the service department that I had already paid for the 1st oil change in service and they told me that they had no idea what I was talking about that they don't do that. Wouldn't you know it the sales man and/or finance manager that did my sale had transferred to another pro caliber assuming the one in Longview. It seems to me that pro caliber is more worried about putting a dollar in their pocket then I'll get to it soon right to Thanksgiving OLN Los Angeles I don't have to go now we only 12 Peter ram and and this is good enough for a it will be the how's my buddy dollar store yeah yeah a rude but if what we got and it's got it's a 4 bedroom with a sauna with a camper and ship in their yeah there is seen to be old early all over walk around looking in a draw people with Harvey's and helping out the consumer and just being honest and straightforward.

Owen was a great help and super friendly! Had a great experience dealing with him and got all my questions answered no problem. I ll definitely being going back here for all my motorcycle needs.

About two or three months ago I went in and talked to one of the sales reps about motorcycles, what would be a good starter bike and how to go about getting my endorsement. After a bit of talk I had a better idea of what I might want, and what to do for the endorsement. Skip forward to 11/10, my Wife and I are in there, talking with a different sales rep to pick out my bike and fill out paperwork. Later that day, we got approved and the next day (11/11) I went in to get my new bike (a lovely Kawasaki Vulcan Classic 900 in black, pearl and emerald trim).
These folk were all awesome, very knowledgeable and did everything they could to make it happen. When it comes time to get my Wife her bike, this is where we are going. If, for any reason, I ever need another bike (and I will, because I would like more than just my cruiser style for recreational purposes), this is where I am going. This is where I am telling people to go if they ask about where to get a bike.

They have a very nice selection of bikes. However, the first person we tried to talk to, just walked away like they did not have time for us. And after 30 minutes of walking around. Not one person came to see if we needed help. I am looking at buying a new bike. But I doubt that I will buy one here. Very sad with the selection they have. Now it's time to drive around looking for some good service. It's nice to know you got good people behind the sale.

Just bought a yz 250 fx. Kendall helped me out with my purchase and was very conscientious about what I would need for riding and maintaining the bike. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would recommend pro caliber for anybody who is interested in buying a motorcycle.

It was a great experience! There is no hard sales there! You can just go in and look around but if you have questions they are all very happy to help and if they don't know about a certain bike they will ask someone. Jeff is the person who helped me and he was terrific! I firmly recommend that if you are looking for a bike, go into Pro Caliber. I have been a motorcycle rider for many years and have own several bikes, they are very competitively priced. I actually think I got a better deal then I should have.

This is the best place to find anything you're looking for. They have great customer service and friendly people that work with you to find what you're looking for. I would definitely recommend buying from Pro Caliber to any of my friends and family!

I purchased an ATV trailer from Pro Caliber Vancouver. The trailer was just what I wanted, but the pickup experience was unacceptable. I purchased the trailer on a Saturday, but logistically would not be able to pick the trailer up until the following Friday. Upon arrival my trailer was nowhere to be found. Turns out it was being used personally and was in Longview. I ended up having to wait an additional 3hrs to get the trailer with nobody trying to make it right. In fact, the sales manager was so rude that he made me feel as if it was my job to pay him money and be happy about it. Horrible experience.

This had to be the fastest and easiest purchase I have made in a long time. Got the bike for the price I wanted. Had problems getting the bike started, but was able to have it up and running before I picked it up 2 days later. Great bunch of people to work with, will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a bike.

Bought a used Enduro from pro caliber few years ago. My first dirt bike...ridin street for many years). I had to negotiate pretty hard but got the deal I wanted on a Sunday!!! The bike lasted until I had Bent Lever motorsports fix the fork seals.. they SCREWED ME as the forks continued to leak. Bent lever told me too bad so sad. so had to sell as is... i would recommend pro caliber they aim to please.. i only gave 3 stars because they are in bed with dick hannah who doesnt really believe in NICE.

I walked in to buy an Indian. I saw what I liked and since there's no price tags on the bikes, I asked the salesman "How much?" He told me "About $22,000". I began doing some math and asking questions about the price and financing, so there was no doubt that I was working based on a $22,000 price plus tax and fees. I went so far as to use a financial calculator to determine payments at the OAC rate etc. There was nothing ambiguous or in question regarding the amounts we were discussing. While it was more than I wanted to pay, it was something I could live with... until the numbers came back and the actual price was "about $23,000".

The salesman tried to explain it away as him thinking that with my Veterans discount it would be $22k... that would be reasonable except for the two or three times he told me that the Vet discount doesn't stack when you use the $1500 trade credit.

This was nothing more than an attempt to get it written up and hope that I'd miraculously accept a $33 per month payment bump.

Avoid this business.

Craig greeted us as we walked in and also when we walked out with a brand new can am ryker. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Sean knows his stuff and gave us great information. Justin in finance was also amazing. Know it s time to have fun and ride like the wind.

Passed thru Portland on my way to Alaska, and rear tire tread was getting thin. They had the tire in stock, and squeezed me in since I was on the road. Friendly staff, good service, and reasonable prices. Thanks guys.

Jon Wolfe, Shawn & Kelly Smoak, it is the people that make this a great place to do business. Want your bike taken care of by people who care? Come here! My 2003 BMW F650 CS is running on new rubber, taking knee dragging curves on New Michelin Power RS tires. These folks are great! Polite. Knowledgeable. Helpful. Communicators. I cannot recommend them more highly!

I have had the opportunity to work with the service department and was blown away by their professionalism, knowledge and customer service. They made my experience enjoyable and easy. They communicated with me every step of the way. I will absolutely be a customer for life and would recommend everyone take their bikes, ATV's, watercraft, and snow machines there, they will not be disappointed!

Terrible customer service. Sold a bad bike then blamed me for the problems it had. Changed their ator and contradicted themselves when I explained why it couldn't have been my fault. Refused to help whatsoever. Will never buy from them again and have told all my friends the same.

Buying and trading my old bike was fairly painless...

Buying and trading my old bike was fairly painless and the only reason I gave them any stars at all. Pro-Caliber neglected to run my bike through a VIN inspection before sale. I received a call from them a month later telling me I needed to take my bike to DMV "Immediately" and have this done so I could receive my license plates. Not only that, I would have to take the paperwork to them! This is not a short / quick drive for me. They would not issue me new temporary tags for the inconvenience either. This is very frustrating and will require me to take time off work to take care of this. If you're an Oregon resident buying there, make sure they take care of ALL the DMV paperwork before you buy.

Bought my 4th bike from Pro Caliber recently, worked with Matt Reynolds on 2 of the purchases. He's a great guy who knows what he's doing. Great customer service. I recently had some problems with paperwork during my 4th bike purchase, and Matt worked hard to ensure I wasn't left feeling confused or like I got stiffed. He explained everything in simple English, and made sure all other parties were on the same page about what happened.

Great guy, make sure you see him if you're serious about buying a bike here. He'll make sure everything works out.

Miles and Gordon are also really solid guys who will get you the best deals on parts (even special orders).

Jeff was the one that helped me. He was literally at the front door to say hi when I walked in. I already knew what bike I wanted to buy, but I took a look around anyways. They all let me do my thing until I approached them with questions, which was great. I happened to approach big Jeff.

Jeff knows how to work fast and keep it casual. His awesome big red beard helps a little. Haha He didnt try to push any other bike on me or any accessories. He answered every question I had with complete ease. And he knew I knew exactly what I wanted and he left it at that. Those are all sign's of professionalism.

Pro Caliber didn't try to be sneaky in any way with the price or the quality of the slightly used bike. The 8 hour round trip (Seattle traffic) was worth going to that store in Vancouver to get it.

People are happy because they just got a new toy, hence the good reviews. I watched a salesmen completely ignore someone after they asked how it was going, we exchanged glances as we were both in disbelief of the blatant rudeness of the salesmen. People don't call you back, multiple inquiries on credit, which I'll be disputing. Much less hassle to drive over the bridge. If you insist on coming here, see Karen she was cool.

Stopped in last weekend looking for gloves and thinking about buying a helmet and communicator. Gloves were so poorly merchandised I didn't even try. I tried on probably 8 helmets which was cool that they had them all out. Did not have a single person approach me. We were in the shop for nearly an hour. Yess they were busy, but there was a lot of staff talking to each other not customers.

Jeff Hilker got me set up with a 2016 FZ 09 with zero miles - easy to work with and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. The information was accurate and consistent with what he told me on the phone. Stop by, they have a great selection here and the rest of the staff are also very friendly and gave their experiences with their FZ 09s as well.

I come into this shop often. Everyone and I literally mean everyone are welcoming and knowledgeable. The shop regularly hosts events and demo days to bring the community together. They have a huge variety of brands so you can really look for your dream bike! Would not go anywhere else!

My experience with Pro Caliber was really excellent. I called early in the week about a bike I saw on their site. Norm was very nice and offered to hold the bike until I could get up there the upcoming weekend. When I got up there late that week, Craig helped me out to arrange a test ride and with pricing. The price I got for the SV1000 was outstanding! Justin in finance has worked there 15+ years and knows his stuff inside and out. Would definitely recommend doing business with there's guys if possible.

Owen at Pro Caliber sold us the brand new Ryker Rally Edition. It was such a pleasure to deal with him. He is extremely personable and there is NO hard sell. He answers all of your questions and if he doesn't know them, he finds them out. He was very communicative and always returned phone calls and texts. Although he was extremely busy, he really went the extra mile to make sure he got our deal finished. This is our 2nd purchase from Pro Caliber and they are just wonderful to deal with. Thank you Owen for making our purchase AWESOME!!!

Great place to go and see ATV bikes and all cicle machines. Staff were helpful, patient with my newbee questions. Help me out with picking out the safety gear, even gave me a discount- not a big deal but sure is nice. I came in few mins before closing and sales and parts guys stayed late till I was set. I would buy from there again and would recommend to friend.

What a greedy place. They (Jake) sure go out of their way to sell you something but once they get your money they don t give a damn about you and your purchase not even a thank you or good luck. I feel so sorry for my friend, who i drove 4 1/2 hr each way to pick up a side by side that he drop 25k on. They just said ok sign here and here are your keys. My friend has no idea how to even start the thing. The sales person drove the side by side on to the trailer and said he has to go help another customer and just left us there. Never acknowledged us again We tried to tell him bye but he acted like he couldn t hear us or see us. I completely understand his reason. Why would he make sure we didn t have questions he already had what he wanted from us.

I purchased my first new bike from pro caliber a few years ago. When I took delivery, no one went through the bike with me & didn't talk with me about it.heres the key, see ya.
Shortly after taking possession of the bike, the digital fuel gauge stopped working and I was told it was out if warranty and it would cost about 200$ to fix.
A year later, I took it to a place in Portland off of airport way for a safety check before a long ride. They found that the handle bar was not attached correctly, 3 of the four bolts were not tightened correctly and the fuel gauge was not connected correctly. They plugged the gauge in correctly and it works fine.
To say the least, I am very disappointed with pro caliber. It seems they give great customer service when you want to buy something, but when you leave, the good customer service ends there. I would really like to get a new Indian MC, but I will not be purchasing from pro caliber.

This should be 5 stars Karen and Justin they did a great job really enjoyed working with them. I am very disappointed in the service department I excepted delivery of my Polaris drove home to find that half of the top was missing it along with the back panel of the roof were never screwed down. Called Karen she has ordered a new one for me. As I was unloading the Polaris off of the trailer I noticed the back tire was low checked the pressure to find out it only had 4psi in it. Checked the remaining tires found that they had between 6 & 8psi. Decided I had better check the fluids found the radiator only had liquid at the very bottom of the reservoir. Even though these items were checked off on the pre delivery inspection sheet, makes me wonder what else they did not do.

Horrible place. Tried lying to our face about our sled that was snow checked and tried up charging a ridiculous amount. We snow checked a sled and they tried telling us they "didnt have it." Our sled was sitting on the showroom floor and then they tried telling us it was WAY more than what the agreed upon price was. Complete BS. I will never suggest this place to anyone EVER again. ZERO stars if I could. I highly suggest not working with them.

All I can say is watch your wallet, I initally came into the store looking to buy a 2015 Can Am Outlander Max 1000 XT around $14K salesman was nice but their prices were about $1,800 higher than all the other dealers I called. I wound up buying it at Pro-Caliber Bend Craig was great to work with. I've have been having great fun with my new toy, and got to my first 10hrs of use which requires it's first service, called the Bend store they said the charge would be $325.00 but I didn't really want to drive 3 hrs for the service call, so I called the Vancouver Pro-Caliber and spoke with James in service on Tuesday to bring it in on Thursday, set the appointment he said the 10hr check would be $350.00 little higher than Bend but what the heck it was cheaper considering the drive to Bend. So I rented a trailer hauled the Quad into Vancouver Pro Caliber dropped it off signed paperwork at $350.00, and went home. About 45 minutes later I get a call from James telling me the 10Hr service was going to be $450.00, and he was very brisk and condescending about it. After haggling back and forth for 10 minutes he agreed to honor his original price of $350.00, but after hanging up I just didn't even want them to work on it so I called James and told him that I didn't want them to work on it and I went in and picked it up. Terrible customer service would not even let them mount a tire for me. To bad to since I'm looking at a Renegade 2015 XXC 1000 but it will not be bought there. Just be aware when I looked originally at the Google reviews total they were 4.5 but after actually reading the reviews they were terrible learned my lesson on that one.

I thought they had a lot to choose from stock wise but prices are better elsewhere. I've been mis informed on several specs over the years that I knew were incorrect by sales staff. Have to constantly bug service dept to get things finished.

I dealt with Mike McGuire. He was very informative. This was my first experience both financing a vehicle and buying a bike. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was really relaxed. He didn't have that "salesman" vibe at all. I verified everything he told me from outside sources and everything checked out. I'd definitely recommend going through him if you visit Pro Caliber.

Specifically Norm Buhler who helped from start to finish. I would definitely recommend new buyer to stop by especially if your in the market for an Indian motorcycle.

Jake was awesome! I told him my price range and what type of bike I was looking for over the phone and he got back to me with 4 great options with pricing details, photos, and specs on some after market additions on one of the bikes all within an hour! Very knowledgeable of the inventory and very helpful, I will always suggest Jake and the rest of the crew over at Pro Caliber to anybody in the market for a new bike.

I would highly recommend Pro Caliber to anyone wanting a motorcycle, three wheeler, or a recreational vehicle. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and not at all into pressuring you. I had a problem after buying a 2004 Harley Road King which they very reasonably took prompt care of. Not many places would do the same. There are many great reviews for Pro Caliber mentioned here, and a few sour reviews, but as you can see most people love Pro Caliber as much as I do. This being said, when I go through reviews I take note of how many good reviews vs bad ones, and that is the gage to judge a company's good character in my opinion.

Just purchased another bike from Pro Caliber Vancouver. My experiences there have always been good and today was no different.

The last sales person I had worked with moved on and I was put in contact with Karen. She was super low pressure, very kind, and had a great personality.

Made the whole process a breeze and got me in and out quickly.

Not much more you can ask for.

Thank you Karen!
