Pro Caliber has always been our go-to-place to check what's new! We've purchased a 50cc dirt bike years ago, bought many parts from the parts department and we just purchased a 110 dirt bike! Matt is also our go-to guy to purchase from, he's a great salesman! We plan to purchase again in the near future!

I just purchased my first Honda motorcycle from Pro Caliber. From coming in the door to leaving with the bike took about 2ish hours. They work with a third party company for financing, which is what takes sort of a while. Their staff is friendly and acknowledgable, and offer decent suggestions/ideas for your bike. You also get a 10% discount on the gear shop and repairs if you buy from there. Overall good experience :)
Pro caliber had the motorcycle I wanted in stock and ready to go. Mike did great and pulled out a dozen motorcycles for me to sit on. To confirm the motorcycle I had picked would be the best fit for me and my needs. Mike was very knowledgeable about all the product lines. Financing was smooth and good interest rate on my loan. I will definitely go back if I ever want another motorcycle. Or motorcycle gear. All the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about all products. Took the time to answer all my questions.

Every time I walk into this place, I find staff who are knowledgeable and know way more than me, and usually have the thing I need. Which is about all you can ask.
My buddies and I love jet skiing on the Columbia River but unfortunately we lost the fast key to our jet ski. We called Pro Caliber Motorsports in Vancouver Washington to see if they had a spare fast key. After calling them they said they would call us back within an hour. Eventually we got a call back 6 hours later. They found a key in their inventory and set it aside for us and scheduled an appointment for the next day at 9 AM. We towed the jet skis 45 minutes to the appointment. When we arrived not only was the staff disorganized when they searched for our part that they specifically set aside for us, they didn t even have the part. This was a horrendous experience and I will never ever go back here. There was no apology for this inconvenience. This a complete and utter failure and shows their capability of working as a team is a disaster at best. If you are going to service anything take your money elsewhere.

Service department has terrible customer service. Was tossed around between cashiers for a recall on our RZR. Jon was not welcoming when we got there.
We both ride Indians, and it's kind of a thing to visit Indian dealer's. They treated us very well, we got a couple of t-shirts, and my wife found a pair of riding jeans.
They're now swapping shirts with our dealer in NY.

Won't go back to try to buy a bike from Pro Caliber The salesman was really nice and great to deal with but that is not the same I can say when it comes to the finance manager we had all cash for the bike and wasn't treated very good so to make a long story short the sales manager never sold my family the new bike so the next day we went to another shop and was treated amazing and we bought my daughter her new bike. Save yourself the headache and hassle go to a shop that don't judge and treat you good its your money don't let them treat you bad shop elsewhere. They should get a zero star but lowest is 1 star.

Use to have better customer service. Needed a key made for a street bike last month and they gave me the run around. Got it made at a locksmith faster in Hazel Dell...and way cheaper! The place is clean and most prices not too bad.
Wont mount motorcycle tires unless you buy them there! Wont be using facility again! If you're looking for an all service establishment this is not for you! They do a have a huge selection of new bikes and quads! Go look here for selection! But I'd purchase elsewhere!
I wish I could say that I have had a great interaction with them so far, but unfortunately I have not. I sent in an online inquiry and I got an email back from a Sales Rep (Name not Important). I immediately emailed him back letting him know exactly what I was looking for, but did not get a reply the rest of the day.
The next morning I emailed him, waited several hours, but heard nothing. So when I was not busy at work, I picked up the phone and called. I was informed that this Sales Rep was out of the office on his Day Off, and that they would have his counter part give me a call. Unfortunately I heard nothing.
So I called back today and spoke with someone who seemingly wanted to help me. He said he would work on putting together a package deal for us and get back to me with a text and email very soon. Its not the end of the day and I have heard nothing.
I would love the opportunity to be proven wrong and that this is just a unfortunate mishap. Lets see If I ever hear from them.

My husband had a blowout on his truck over the weekend. We were having trouble with our car jack when one of the guys from Pro Caliber drove by. Luckily, we were just down the street from the shop. We unfortunately didn't catch his name, but he very willingly went back to the shop and returned with a professional floor jack. He helped my husband raise up the truck and successfully change out the blown out tire. We are so thankful for him for being a Good Samaritan and giving up his time to help us out. Craig was an awesome salesperson but we didn t have such a great experience with having to hound for a purchase order and then after finally getting one they dropped the trade in almost 400$ on paper. Going somewhere else....... not getting my sale
I thought Pro Caliber really made a great attempt to help me. I also went to Bob Lampheres Beaverton Motorcycles and was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and sales departments. Pro Caliber was very clear on what they needed and their offer was also stated well initially. Beaverton Motorcycles was playing too many games with me in terms of financing and customer service. I was able to speak with real people trying to work with me.Being co-owned by Dick Hannah Dealerships they maintain the great reputation I've always found helpful and supportive when buying vehicles. I would highly recommend Pro Caliber for motorcycle or ATV purchases.
Waited a week to get service . at this point they realize they had not ordered the and it was going to take 2 more . then close to a month they " busted it out" and finished in one day. Not cool to be out my daily driver over the summer for close to a month
I went in here to purchase a new side by side. No one asked if I needed help or seemed the least bit interested. They were fairly busy, so I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt. I did leave and went to another dealer that same day, and ended up with a Wildcat XX.

Sadly these guys had me waiting over a week for two forks seals....when they had two in stock the entire time. I missed out on valuable riding time. I even stopped in 4 different times to see if my part had arrived they said they had none in stock.... So they have lost my business and my fellow riders business.
The people at Procaliber were excellent. Jake and Rees really went to bat for me as the customer and worked diligently to try and get the deal that I wanted most. Happy to have found my new go to dealership.

Mike Thyken was my salesman very professional, since he lived in my general area he delivered my Honda rancher. It had a bad oxygen sensor, unheard of on a honda, so he came back took it to service for me and re delivered it. you just don't get service like that anymore. Highly recommend.

Honesty and Integrity is back in Motocross sales again. Pro Caliber could have made a sale the easy way, but instead they were honest and helped us make a decision to NOT make a purchase on a used unit. My wife and I decided to purchase a new Motocross bike AND a different used unit. That is service and Integrity!! I will send all my friends and family here for all there off road needs.
I have had an interesting time at Pro Caliber this week. I purchased a Polaris 500 and went to pick it up today, but unfortunately it was not ready. Apparently one of the parts was not in stock. Everyone there was very nice to me and kept me informed to what was going on. Bradon, not sure if thats spelled right Devon and Brian were all helpful. If I left anyone out I am sorry. I am bad with names, but all of the three men who helped me were great!! I am looking forward to taking possession of my new toy this week when the part comes available. Thank you Pro Caliber!

Told me I needed a new tire when I went to get a valve stem replaced. Refused to let me pay them to mount and balance a tire unless I bought it directly from them for almost 2x what the tire normally goes for.
On Monday 5/23/16 I had walked into Pro Caliber Vancouver and was greeted buy a great guy. Jeff Hiller. He seen that I was interested in a bike we picked one out and I had the best experience there. Jeff and his team did a great job for me. I believe I had the best experience at Pro Caliber buying any vehicle. Thank you Jeff Hiller.

Great team Pro Caliber Vancouver!!! I went in to pick up my 2004 Honda CBR600F4i, and found a great deal on a 2016 Honda CBR600RR. Great service from everyone. I work in Vancouver, and took a ride over to check out the shop during a lunch break, as I'd never been there before. I was one of 2? other patrons in the store. Walked through the entire place, looking at tags, seeing what was in stock. Made eye contact with someone that looked like they might work there as they walked by me. Was never greeted, nor approached. Stood outside looking at a bike in the used area. Again, no one came near me. Got back on my potential trade-in, and rode away. Won't return.
Routinely go above and beyond to make sure the customer is well-informed and well taken care of. I have had multiple very good experiences with them and am very happy to give them more.

Great service. Easy process for me because I knew exactly what I wanted already but they made sure everything went as smooth as possible, including quick fox on a little check issue. Overall very happy and would gladly come back for my next bike.
If you want to be nickled and dimed by a service department, this is the place to go! Trust in the highly skilled technicians to be incompetent and unreliable. Service Manager's level of flawed communication is second to none!
On 6/28 we brought our 1 year old side-by-side (that we had purchased from them, along with an additional warranty) to their shop because the EPS and check engine lights had come on and the speedometer wasn't working. We were told the speed sensor had 13 fault codes coming up but it was just dirty so they cleaned it off and also highly recommended us doing the 100 hour service for an an additional $550 while we were there. Because neither my husband nor I are mechanics, we trusted their opinion.
5 days later, (we were out of town for a funeral) we got it back home and drove it no more than 500 feet to see the lights come back on and notice that the speedometer still wasn't working. I called them back to notify them of the ongoing issue and was told to bring it back in. Well, after arranging to borrow a trailer, nearly an hour and a half round trip and a quarter tank of gas each way to get it there and back the first time, that was the last thing I wanted to do again so, after some Googling to find out where the speed sensor was it didn't take five minutes for my husband, who isn't a mechanic, to clearly see that the speed sensor was completely broken, hanging on by a few wires. I called them back again to tell them what we found and all I got was a condescending, "I'm sorry ma'am, that wasn't our intention, you need to bring it back in". I asked to speak with the service manager, who I was told was on vacation, so I was told that I would have to wait until he got back in 6 days. In the meantime, I sent pictures to the service writer that I had been speaking too who said he would forward them to his manager and would contact me when he got an answer.
I waited a week with no answer so I called again and both the service manager and service writer were both gone for the day so I left a message for them to call me. I called the next morning at 9:22 but the manager was busy so I left a message. I called again at 10:30 and he was busy. I finally got a call from another service employee an hour later who told me to bring it in. I told her that we had ordered the $20 part and had already fixed it ourselves and that I was extremely disappointed in the service, questioning how well, if at all the $550, 100 mile service had been done and also questioning the quality of service we would receive if we had to use the additional warranty that we had purchased and that I'm considering asking for a refund for the warranty I bought. She told me she would tell the service manager my concerns and would call me right back. An hour later, I'm still sitting here.
My receipt says they had the machine in service for 4.5 hours and no one noticed the broken sensor but my husband who, (did I mention isn't a mechanic?) with the help of Google, noticed it in 5 minutes. Maybe the service techs should learn to use Google. We never really liked the service received at Pro Caliber so we didn't want to go to them in the first place but their selection of machines is great. I'm sorry to say, lesson learned.
Update - an hour and a half later I got a call back from someone in the service department saying that they'll refund our $66 diagnostic charge and they'll refund my warranty but I'll have to come in. I never did get to speak with the service manager and there was no remorse, sincere apology or acknowledgement from then they they screwed up.
Update #2 - Travis, the GM, saw my review and called me right away. He said that he had talked with everyone involved and in the end offered to refund my whole service. I would like to thank Travis for his efforts in wanting to make things right and for making us feel like a valuable customer.
Never will I go to this professional overpriced shop. Place is full of young girls that dont know a bolt from a wheel.
The employees are helpful in every way possible and I have told many people that your company is the only place I would shop for a motorcycle or riding gear thanks for your getting me exactly what I wanted and more!!!
