Literally one of the worst service experiences I ve ever had. Drove an hour for our appointment and they didn t even have the part that they said they had. Save yourself a lot of pain and go sks nw.

I would greatly appreciate it if a manager of this company would contact me about the horrible customer service i have been receiving from this place over the last week. I'm tired of being talked down to and rude at by the people who answer the phone. All im attempting to do is spend money here. I feel like i have been spit in the face.

All of the staff are highly knowledgable and eager to help you pick the right ride for your personal style, taste, and needs. Richard made our buying experience fast, insightful, and unique. He went out of his way to ensure we were completely satisfied with the bike we chose and walked us through the manual and bike before we even left the floor.

Fine place, really friendly. Didn't realize how long I was there and the store had actually been closed for something like 20 minutes when a salesperson came up and asked if I needed any help. He helped me find the right helmet and only while talking with him about another product I was looking for that wasn't in his store I said I may check cycle gear after leaving, he had then informed me that cycle gear had the same closing time as pro caliber did which WAS at 6 PM. We had a good laugh and he said it's kind of normal and not to worry about it.

I have been in twice, once to purchase a couple polaris outlaws and once to get a bike fixed. Both times they lost my business. I was passed around between three sales people and then left at a table alone for half hour before I walked out. If that wasn't enough a sign of the terrible service, I took a bike in to get the drain plug removed and replaced and the mechanics didn't have the right parts, I had to buy them from a different store, they didn't have the right tools, AND they drilled in to the motor and tried to convince me that I needed a new motor because of something I did. I ended up taking my bike to a KTM dealership and was told that it was pro calibers mechanics that screwed up my bike. $350 later, one of their mechanics fixed pro calibers mistake.

Went in the other day to check out a new side by side. Guy named Norm "tried" helping me . Nice guy but I ended up going elsewhere to get my side by side because I was so turned off by this guy telling me about his entire life story. No offense, I feel sorry for the guy but when I am trying to purchase a new ride or a new toy, the last thing I want to hear is someones sympathy story. I just think staff needs to review their customer service in their sales team. I also wanted to look at their BMW selection, however, I am actually just scared I will be dealing with someone else telling me about their life story.

Motorcycles are fun, side by sides are fun, it is a mood killer to hear negative things while trying to shop for fun products. My wife and I like the parts staff, the service staff, however, will not deal with the sales staff any longer.

Once again, no disrespect to the guy who helped me, I am sorry about your situation guy but work is not the place to vent!!!

The process was very time consuming. More time than I thought it should be. While taking some much time there was no place to sit.

I scheduled an appointment to buy a bike. I came in with cash but they wanted to finance me instead. I reluctantly did the credit app but when it went to financing, the sales rep literally asked me to leave and that he'd call me back tomorrow.

Surprise - he never called me back nor did he show me other bikes or anything.

I ended up driving out to Bob Lanphere's in Beaverton (I'm in Vancouver) and bought my CB500X there instead (you can see my review on my profile).

Pro Caliber literally lost a sale because of this. I don't know if the sales rep or finance guy didn't take me seriously (I'm a younger guy so maybe they thought I was joking?) but I had cash in hand and they turned me away to a competitor. But it's fine because I got a better deal at Bob's anyway.

After this experience, I will never visit Pro Caliber again and I certainly won't recommend it to any of my friends or family.

My dad bought his Indian at Pro Caliber so when I decided to buy one, I did the same. My first impressions were awful. I waited for over two hours to speak with someone about buying a bike only to be told that the giant sale tag on my bike was incorrect and that they would not honor the price. After some yelling, they ended up calling their GM and the price was approved. The Indian specialist, Owen did his best to salvage the experience from there. Overall, once we got past the initial issue, the remainder of the transaction went smoothly. Owen was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend anyone looking to buy an Indian go straight to him.

Gordon did a fantastic job of showing us the new rides they had in stock and I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise. He made buying my dream motorcycle effortless and fun. If you re looking for your next big purchase this is the guy to talk to and show you around.

Bought a motorcycle at a great price. Process took longer than expected. Also need more staff cross trained on various models since once the person was busy with a customer no one else was available to answer questions.

I had a great experience working with Miles. He went above and beyond to help me get a larger windscreen while on a west coast motorcycle tour. And when the manufacturer didn't send it on time he helped me get free shipping from them. I would definitely work with Pro Caliber and Miles again

Purchased a 4 Seater RZR. Showed up at 915 am on a Saturday. Was done out the door with accessories by 1135. Very fast quite knowledgeable. Couldn t be happier.

I traded my 2011 Can Am Spyder RT-S for a 2017 F3 Limited that was on sale. I worked with Rees as my salesman. He did a great job ensuring I received a price I was comfortable with, and arranged for parts and service for a couple of add-ons I wanted. I felt like he was working for me. He was very conscientious throughout the process. The only ding I will give him was after the sale when I ve tried to reach out to him he hasn t responded. That was a little disappointing; otherwise he did a fantastic job!

Jeff was very informative and helpful in our decision of purchasing the Honda Pioneer deluxe 1000. Did not feel pressure and they were acceptable to our offer. Overall experience was great. Would recommend.

A little disappointed in the lack of selection of smaller cc bikes (250s, etc) but lots of gear, lots of other bikes and machines to ogle. Employees were nice, though they seemed too busy with bigger customers for more than a greeting with me, which was fine since I was just browsing.

Great experience, nice guys, very prepared and all was as promised.

Took my RZR in for recall work. They had it done a day early if this is how they take care of their customer, I will be happy to do business with them again. Keep up the good work

Picked up my first motorcycle there. No push, no shove, walked in and Craig Bladow helped me through the buying process to pick up my WR250R!

Probably the best dealership experience anyone could ask for. I was a window shopper for a long time and decided today to pull the trigger on a beautiful white 2020 Indian Scout they custom ordered for me. The process was simple, hassle free, and I walked out with a good deal I'm happy with. Big ups to Norm and the Pro Caliber crew!

My sales representative Norm Buhler was great to work with and made it a pleasurable experience.
There are only a couple things I would suggest would be to spend a little more time going over the vehicles systems and the options to ensure that the customer knows how to operate the vehicle Correctly and safely.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone if they want a easy and pleasurable experience with without all the BS that you might get from other places. Plus they have lots of Financing options as well.

Brian and Norm were amazing! There is so much to choose from at Procaliber. I drove away with a new bike and could not be happier. It was worth the drive from Canby to buy a bike. Thanks guys and keep up the great work.

The parts guys are great. If you call in and they're busy, they don't leave you on hold. The take your number and call you back when they have time. You're not left hanging and they can focus on the customer standing right in front of them. EXCELLENT!

I give a five starter rating solely based off of Elijah Graf's customer service. He was friendly knowledgeable and very personable, he not only represented the business extremely well but himself also. I highly recommend that if you visit this location that you asked for him by name. Although he appeared young in age it was evident that he had put the time in to learn the product while meeting the needs of his customers. He would be a great addition to any sales and service organization. Thanks Elijah Graf the son I never had.

Best purchasing experience! Ozz was great at listening to what I wanted in a motorcycle, diligently following up with me, and making sure I was taken care of. No empty promises like some dealers. Owen helped to get the bike set up quickly so I could ride out the moment I signed the sales contract. Great team. I will only go to them for all my motorcycle needs in the future and will send friends their way.

I received a price quote last week, verified that it was for the model I wanted, borrowed a truck and drove 3 hours round trip to pick it up, only to be told that it was a mistake and that they would not honor the quote. The manager, Matt, then told me there was nothing they could do, and if I reached out to upper management, it would only result in a firing to try and dissuade me to do so. A mistake is understandable, but a poor management reaction and lack of care is what makes me not want to do business with this company. The General Manager has since reached out and offered me a good deal which I probably would've accepted on location, but it is not worth the second trip when there are plenty of other dealers closer.

I was filling out paper work to purchase a seadoo. I was informed I would have to go to SK Motorsports (separate dealership from procal) to get the front storage compartment. Since I was going to drive their anyways I might as well buy the seadoo from them and not procaliber due to them not having addons in stock. I told the sales guy and he said "I'm very disappointed your deciding to do this now" tried to guilt trip me and proceeded to tell me "this is a waste of paper and time".. I won't recommend going here at all..
RESPONSE TO OWNER: I was never given that option during the process or I would have purchased the seadoo from your team. I typically never leave low star (2 and below) or negative reviews because I'm considered a local guide. I would recommend talking with this individual about his approach and to be more positive if someone wants to walk away from the deal.

I've purchased several bikes from Pro Caliber. I've always gotten a good deal, and their service department is top notch. Also, their accessories shop is well stocked with tons of goodies. There's something for everyone, and their parts department is also kick ass.

I have bought multiple UTV's from Craig at Pro Caliber. I have referred friends and he has taken car of my friend and I very well.

They have gone out of there way to teach me about each bike and show me the best options for what I m looking for when picking a bike. Financing and buying couldn t have been any easier.

Bought a quad and a 4 seat ATV. Had a great experience. Mark Mcgill, the sales guy, was great to work with. He knows his stuff. Chris Hertz was quick and detailed with the closing paperwork. Definitely would recommend to others. Plus lots of goodies in the Pro Shop to look at.

Walked around the whole place for 15 minutes and not a single person came and asked if I needed help. They were all sitting on the computers bullshi**ng. I do not plan on coming back here.

Jacob is astounding as a salesman. In and out. Ricky tick quick. The one I wanted was there and waiting. However, it wasn't ready. No person's fault. Stuff happens. While packaging to load up on the truck, the vehicle wouldn't start. The gas was left on while sitting on showroom floor. Carb needed cleaning. Wasn't able to take it home that day. Only one service team member working that day. No worries. The issue was compensated appropriately. I've bought a few different toys from here before and the people there are phenomenal. I'll be back once the bank account fills back up!

Not sure who thinks their customer service is great. It has been nothing but horrible for the last several years. Nobody seems to know what is going on and frankly there seems to be too much staff. We have always brought our quads here for general servicing each year, but we are going to find a new service dealer.

Great experience, arranged everything from 300 miles away and rode the trade in to make the deal. Everything was as stated and road home on new bike.

We just had another great experience with Pro Caliber, we scheduled a service and repair for a Saturday due to being 300 miles away time was of the essence. When we got there the Service writer got us in touch with the technician so we could explain the issue directly. The same service writer also got our bike in ealry to try and save us from having to spend money on a hotel. The bike was actually completed the same day, and done well as always. If you own a Can Am Spyder, don't risk it, take the time to have the best work on it right the first time...it is much cheaper in the long run.

The staff at this business are truly awesome in how they treat customers, they actually listen and care about the customer being happy...they have another very happy customer...again.

The salesman was very knowledgeable on motorcycle and gear. Transition made in timely manner. Helped out with getting accessories. Pars/services did great job helping pick out accessories that fit me and the bike. Great experience overall.

Terrible service, I encountered not one but three extremely rude employees during my time here.

This is a public service message from me. I feel that even making mention of this will only further worsen their quality of service for me. I bought a new 2014 RZR xp4 1000 from them. The sale went just fine but the service is horrible. They can't get anything dealt with under warranty with Polaris. And I think Polaris is partly to blame for this by not making things easy. I started having issues with the vehicle after 3 days use. It left me stranded in the sand dunes. Not fun. It didn't get any better trying to get service to get the vehicle working properly. They basically threw their hands in the air and gave up. Now the transfer case has blown up after 100 hours of use. Just a few days after the 6 month warranty. Polaris is smiling that it's past warranty and the extended warranty I got is better but not by much. It's been in the shop now 3 weeks for this transfer case. It was in there for about 3 weeks earlier this year with clutch problems. So I've owned it about 7 months and it's spent over a month in the shop. It's never been wrecked, or rolled, or used outside the normal expected envelope for such a vehicle. Now the last straw bringing out this review. I put a very expensive winch on there - a polaris one. (big mistake) - it's been used about 4 or 5 times and it failed. Internal gear or clutch issue or whatever. It has a 1 year warranty. Pro Caliber told me they spoke with polaris and they say I have to buy a new winch. It was nearly 1000 bucks and failed after 4 or 5 pulls. You've gotta be kidding me. then on top of that - it's not under warranty they're saying... That's just crazy stuff there.
AVOID PRO CALIBER, and if you can AVOID POLARIS RZR XP4-1000

FOLLOW UP: Originally this was a 1 star review since zero stars wasn't an option. After making the original review I further commented though the Pro Caliber website of my frustration. I knew that with this terrible review I didn't expect to go back. But.. I got the attention of their manager and he graciously asked for another try and he got the ball rolling. They stepped it up and got things taken care of mostly. I think it's fair to upgrade this review so I have. There were still a couple loose ends that weren't taken care of thus we can't make it to 5 stars.

Since this interaction I've gone in for another service and they did much better. So overall, I think they are averaging a 3.5 to 4 star rating. We've rounded up to 4 stars here. I will go back.

I bought a Kymco scooter for my wife about six months ago. When we got it home we found a stress crack in the plastic. I spoke to The sales manager, Parts, and Service and they agreed to order the part. It never seemed to happen after numerous call. I was in the Vancouver store about a month ago and was expressing my frustration to Ryan Lyle one of the parts associates. He called the Kymco factory and got the part number then called Longview where we bought the scooter and ask Emily to get the part on order and he would follow up the next day to make sure it happened. I received a call from Emily the next day. She said I would receive the part in the mail in 4 days which I did. Ryan called me in 5 days and ask if the part had arrived. I am sure if Ryan had not gotten involved I would still be waiting for the part. I am a retired Honda Car Dealer and wished I could have had Ryan work for me. Customer satisfaction doesn't get any better than my experience with Ryan. He is a "standup" guy and you are lucky to have him on your team...Thanks Ryan

I tried to have them put new tires on my motorcycle, I purchased from there, and they wouldn't do it because I didn't buy the tires there.

Very knowledgeable about everything. If you have a question about motorcycles they can answer it.

Great deal on a Yamaha 2019 250XT. Bike was in perfect condition and ready to go when I arrived. Craig was awesome to work with and very helpful. 5 Stars!!

I'm a new rider. I got my first bike here and all my gear here and the staff are friendly.

My most recent experience was when I got my new riding jacket. I came in 10 mins before closing and got greeting by miles mueller. I felt horrible about coming in during closing, but miles had no issues helping me find the perfect jacket. I was on a tight budget due to having to buy a bike, helmet, gloves and other accessories.

So I told miles my budget and what kind of bike I had and he showed me two jackets in my price range. I settled on one, but miles insisted I try on the armor jackets, he said "You're a new rider and I want to make sure you get a jacket you're happy with, don't worry about what time we close"

He had me try on 8 different jackets, then I found one that was perfect on every way.. but the price tag. Miles knocked so much off of it while stating "Your safety is a top priority and you've been an awesome costumer. You bought the bike and all your gear here, we can help you out with the price"

I'm throughly happy with my experience. I'll be coming back

Absolutely awful I will never go back absolutely no customer service.

Easy deal, Nice selection of bikes so I bought 2 . Owen was great, easy going on his first day back from a summer adventure and got me in and out quickly. Looking forward to my next adventure and a ride with buddies down the coast a bit in a few weeks.

I ve purchased several motorcycles and for various dealerships and have always found them lacking in some way. I imagine being a well rounded dealership is difficult, but Pro Caliber has accomplished that. From the service department to the sales staff Pro Caliber provides everything a customer needs in a friendly low stress manner. The parts and service department is where Pro Caliber really excels. Pro Caliber has an extensive assortment of gear at reasonable prices. This allows for customers to be able to fulfill all of there needs in one place and keeps the customer in the business without the need to shop other competitors.

Set on hold for over 25 minutes, ended up hanging up on me.

Michael thyken really took his time to help me pick a bike out . I came in about 6 times in a two week period. I made my decision on one of those days off he came in to help me finish the process I really appreciate his service.
