I just want to thank everyone at Pro Caliber in Vancouver. They are the best! A special thanks goes to Jeff Hilker and Justin Huff for making the purchase of my first bike a great experience. Both of them went above and beyond to make the purchase seamless process and as quick as possible to get my on the road. Our family is a Pro Caliber family and are customers for life.

The staff was committed to making sure they understood our budget and what we wanted in a product. After exploring all the options they continued to have the same attitude with meeting our goals with the financing and close out documents. Pro Calibers Team could of sold us more machine than was in our target budget, however they explored all options, the net result was everything we wanted in the vehicle and with in our budget. We will be back!
Pleasant buying experience with Jake, he answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed or was pushy. Looking forward to getting my new Honda!
This is an A+ operation. I ordered side-by-side parts from Pro Caliber because their price was the best I could find in the internet. I opened multiple pages and compared three or four different reputable websites to Pro Caliber. Their price was 25% cheaper and I did not have to pay for shipping which I would have from the other sites. Free shippong alone saved me $19. I am in New England and the parts arrived exactly when the website said that they would be here (10 days). If I wanted to pay $120 more and have them in three days, I could have driven to the dealer six miles from my house. The savings was worth the wait. Also, a live person answers the phone and she is really nice. Oh yeah, the side-by-side I cracked up and had to fix was not mine. Hopefully I never have to order parts for it again. If I need anything in the future I will be ordering from here.
Oregon buyers go to Pro Caliber Vancouver! Worked with Jeff (salesman) and Justin (manager). Jeff honestly wanted you to take home something that made you happy; he didn't try to push any rig or un-needed options. He was personable and appreciated your business. Justin and Jeff worked on the price of my rig until the price was mutually acceptable. Only tip before buying is doing your homework on shipping costs and set up cost. Highly recommended for a first time buyer that has done a little homework.
I was in there today for about 20 minutes and no one walked up to me to give me help as I was looking at helmets. All the employees we're at there counters with nobody in line. Faces in the computer monitors, but not looking out on the floor to see if anybody needed help. I won't go back there again they could have probably sold a helmet and some gloves. Because that's what I was after.
Great selection and super nice people. I will be buying my next bike from ProCaliber. If the management reads these then thanks guys.... Keep up the good work!
I have purchased a lot of bikes in my life, but this was one of the easier ones. I was debating between a Harley Road Glide Special and an Indian Chieftain Limited and after visiting both dealerships, it wasn't too hard of a choice. The salesman at Harley was not pushy by any means, but it was the typical sales gimmicks about how "this is the best March we have ever had and I will take a loss on this bike just to build my numbers," which is obviously not true. Pro Caliber didn't try any games which I respect and the salesman (Norm) along with the gentleman in the finance department made sure to stay an hour and a half after closing to get me out the door that evening. Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision.
Owen is an amazing sales person. Everybody at Pro Caliber is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and respectful. We had an amazing experience while purchasing our new ride. They worked with our needs and made sure we left happy and satisfied. I will always be recommending this place to everybody for their motorcycle needs. And whenever I am ready to upgrade my ride, I will make sure to come to this location (even though it s a bit far away for me). The extra drive time is soooo worth it. If you live in the area, this is the place to go for all your motorcycle/scooter/quads/atv needs!
I just got a 2020 scout 60 from proclaimed and it was awesome i worked with Ozz and he was great and helping get the bike i wanted their finance staff worked with me to get a great deal and Owen did amazing showing me how everything on the bike worked! Great experience will definitely buy from them again.
We had the best experience buying a razor! Devin Dyer is amazing and will go back to him for all out our ATV needs! He went above and beyond to be so helpful! Go to pro caliber to see Devin, you will not be disappointed! Thanks Devin your awesome!
Great looking dealership. Friendly and competent sales staff. Very good trade-in value for my previous bike combined with zero interest loan from BMW for my new bike. I love my new F750GS which will be ready for its first service in another day or two.
Karen and Brian at Pro Caliber made finding and purchasing my bike a painless and trouble-free experience. I would recommend them and the staff at Pro Caliber to anyone.
Great experience. Worked with Devin and he was very helpful and full of info. Went mostly to look around, but ended up bringing home a 2020 Polaris Sportsman 1000 XP. Super knowledgeable staff and good overall buying experience. Eli did my closing paperwork on the sale and he was also very friendly. It was Sunday, my debit card wouldn t allow me to purchase because it was over my daily limit. My bank s telephone system was closed and I could not get ahold of anybody to temporarily extend my daily limit, so Eli waited for me (past their closing time) to go home and grab a check so I could bring the quad home that day!
My husband and I had a great experience with Procaliber and our salesman, Jake. He was very patient and knowledgable with the various model's we were interested in. He was able to give us a great price, and he was completely upfront with the condition of the bike (being used) and any maintenance we may need in the near future. The store itself was clean and well organized and everyone was super kind. Will definitely be returning to Procaliber for any new toys!!
Kendell and the rest of the Pro Caliber staff were awesome. They got me into the bike I wanted at the payments I needed. They were patient and knowledgeable and complete professionals. As a first time motorcycle buyer, the experience was excellent.
Do not let these guys work on your bike. I brought it in due to a recall on some parts in my bike that I've had for years. When I came to pick it up, it had a minor electrical issue that didn't exist before. I left the bike there, demanding they fix the problem, which they claimed was not their fault. The second time I came to pick up my bike (a few days later) the problem had not been fixed (no surprise). At this point I said screw it, I'll just take it home and fix it myself. The rep asked if I could pull my trailer up, to which I said I intend to ride it home. He continues to tell me that in addition to the first issue, my battery was now dead. Once again, they claimed it was not their doing. In disbelief I say "you didn't have it connected to a battery tender?" We did, it just "won't hold a charge." While these jokers had my bike for less than a week, 2 things electrically related went out (after they messed with my wiring just days before). They claimed no responsibility for it. I will never return here. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the rep literally turned his back on me. I told him "I will never bring another bike here" to which he said "sounds good" and walked off. I'm telling you, these guys are clowns.
Edit: Great to know the owner enjoys calling their clients liars. The only "facts" I was given was "The electrical issues you are experiencing are not correlated to the electrical work we preformed." Thanks for your business!! JOKE.
These guys especially Matt and Brian are amazing they answer all your questions and have a great respect for there customers if people say no to financing these guys can get it done not to mention they are helpful in finding you a bike that will work for your finances I fully recommend them to anyone that needs a bike
My wife and I purchased a Kawasaki Z1000 and from the first time we walked in the door one of the reps known as Jake, greeted us and helped us massively every question we had he had an answer and everything we needed he was on it. If it was sent for Jake I wouldent of got a bike. Thanks again Jake we will be back to get my wife's bike soon.
Nice place, but l dont like that he only carrys certain parts for just the stuff he sell, doesnt sell other parts pretty weird oh well, give some one else my dime, chow
Has got to be the worst place on the plane for motorcycle anything! This place has had a bad reputation that follows them as far north as Seattle. Poor customer service, a parts counter staff that barely knows what a motorcycle is and a service department that has got no clue and charges way too much. It is also know that every review on this page that has more than 2 stars is written by a web reputation company that will give you good reviews every time you get a bad one.
Think about it, how many people go home and review a place when they get goo customer service? Rarley anyone does. But when you get poor customer service you will let everyone know and have a loud mouth about it.
Why this place is still even is business is beyond me. I wont walk in this place any more nor will anyone else I know. Do your research and ask any rider around the area about Pro Caliber and you may be shocked to hear about the horror stories this place has.
Excellent selection. The sales staff doesnt pressure you into a purchase just to make commission. Their finance department found financing for me, even with my less than decent credit. The interest rate I got was not quite desirable however that is my fault not theirs. Overall I am very happy with the experiance.
Daniel was very hard working ! Had no inventory when I came in but took down my number and 3 days later while I was still in bed, called me with exactly what I was looking for! Once I came in to pick it up he was on top of his game everything ready to go for me! I was in and out in no time! If you go to pro caliber and you want a good experience, ask for Daniel!
Awesome experience, they had exactly what I wanted and the service was exceptional! Everyone I was in contact with was great! Devin, Terry, and Eli were all kind, prompt, and professional!
Karen worked with me to purchase a used bike. She is the most upbeat kind and knowledgeable sale people I have ever dealt with. If you buy new or used make sure to ask for her!!!
I called twice about changing a front tire on my sports bike, both times I called they were pretty easy to talk to. When I rode in to drop my bike off to get my front tire changed he asked me where I got my tire, when I told him I didn't buy it from there shop he told me they wouldn't change it and pointed at a sign on the wall. They won't change any tire unless it is bought from the pro caliber shop, you would have thought some one would have mentioned that on the phone when I called those 2 times and made an appointment, I had to ride back home in the rain. By the way I just moved to wa and had never been there before. So not a good experience the very first time at pro caliber. I think I'm going to another bike shop from now on
My sales representative Matt Reynolds was a pure pleasure to work with. all in all this was as great as experience as purchasing a new motorcycle could be in my mind. All of the staff from Finance, parts to front counter ladies were all very friendly and were paying attention to the target. Move the ball and have great customer service!! Way to go Caliber team. You have won a lifetime customer in one session. I am not longer dreading looking for a shop for purchasing and servicing my motorcycle.
I love coming to procaliber, all the staff are great ,And friendly people. I mostly interact with parts and service, both are awesome and very knowledgeable. Keep it up!
Could not have been happier with the experience. Other stores in the franchise, including the one just 50 miles from home, had soured me. This will be my go to store for both sales and service.
I got an estimate for my motorcycle to be fixed (for my insurance). They took about a week and a half to give the estimate to the insurance company, then three weeks to give them pictures of the motorcycle (which they need in order to complete the review)! All of this is with over twenty calls from me where they promise to do it that day and another ten from the insurance company!
I have been going to pro caliber for years and always got what I needed. Great shop. Definitely recommend for everybody; Recently I had a bad experience with my tire being torn up while being dismounted, I did not know what direction to go to. I went to talk with Chris Malone the service desk manager, truly a generous guy who made sure I was a satisfied customer and I can say this, I ll be coming back to Pro Caliber for years to come. He made it possible for me to go celebrate my 1000th day being sober at the dunes with my quad. :) Truly want to thank you Mr. Malone and everybody at Vancouver Pro Caliber!
I purchased my bike a couple days ago. This was my first big purchase and I ll admit I was a bit unprepared, but Jake Morris was my sales representative and he helped me through it all with over the top generosity and the most patience I ve ever seen anyone have. He took his time and explained everything to me, he was beyond informative. The purchase process was so quick and I thought I was going to have to wait a long while for it. After the purchase the services were suppose to take a day or two and my bike was ready that same exact day to my surprise. They were so helpful, quick, and efficient. I highly recommend Pro Caliber and if you go ask for Jake Morris!
Purchased two motorcycles from there so far and nothing but great service from them. Always around asking if I needed help and answered any and all questions I had for them.
Great experience, in and out in no time, Mike T and the sales staff did a fantastic job. Like to give a shout out to Miles and his team in parts for helping find and get fitted into a new helmet. And one last shout out to the mechanics who are always are there for me when I have a mechanical issue and are always glad to answer my questions. Thanks again Pro Caliber.
Large inventory, very friendly staff. Purchased a used motorcycle there yesterday and extremely happy with the service. No pressure sales, set up and went on a test ride through a variety of road conditions, no rush.
I've purchased two Honda CRF110's and my experience both times has been great. Jeff Hilker, my sales accociate very helpful answering all my questions. Both purchases were and quick and efficient.
Worst parts department i have ever dealt with. Very arrogant and unwilling to ask for help. They think they know everything!! Then when a mistake on their part happens (which is often), the blame is placed on someone else or some other entity thats not there to defend themselves> Just admit you screwed up for petes sake!! Ill order sight unseen off of Ebay before i buy something from Pro Caliber again!
I drove 3.5 hours one way to see and purchase from these guys. They quoted a great price the first time and had my quad was there for me when I arrived. I was loading it and through the purchase in efficient time. They also had a great selection of accessories.
Great buying experience. I purchased my first Rzr 900 here a little over a month ago. The salesman was Mike. He was extremely helpful and felt like "one of the guys". The transaction was painless and the finance guy even worked for me to get a lower interest rate! I left a satisfied customer.
I took it out a few times and was not impressed with the lack of power, so I searched around for prices on the new 1000 and found a dealer that was selling them for quite a bit less than MSRP.
I called Mike back and told him I wanted to trade in the 900. He said they would match the price from the other dealer on the 1000. I brought it in without an appointment and he fit me in nicely. They ended up price matching just like they said they would as well as giving me more on my trade in than the other dealer ($1300 more!).
I was very pleased with the staff at the Vancouver location. Mike, Austin (parts) and even the finance guy all felt like they were working for me. They will definitely have my business in the future and will be highly recommended to friends.
My advice: Do your research, find what you want and call Mike. I'm certain you will be pleased with his service.
When we arrived we were met by Salesman Devin, who was very eager too help us. We informed Devin we were looking for a smaller Quad too for a 12yr old. While my husband PL went too the Service dept too collect our CanAm 800, Devin showed me some options. We came across the 2020 Polaris Outlaw. After Devin throughly explained all of the benefits of it being a great bike he confirmed with me that it was for a child 12 or older, which I said it was, REPEATEDLY. When I decided too go ahead with the purchase i had my husband come over too confirm, at which time Devin was in the office with what I believe too be his Sales Manager, with the door closed. When Devin came out he was visibly UPSET and advised us his Manager felt he was COXING me into saying it was for a 12yr old just too get the sale. I went into to the Managers office where there were 2 other Salesmen as well and was told by the Sales Manger that Devin was just HAVING A TANTRUM. That was not a NECESSARY COMMENT too be made to a Customer about an Employee REGARDLESS. As Devin walked off too take a breather I felt my HONESTY about our conversation was being SCRUTINIZED, which I DID NOT APPRECIATE IT. At that point I was ready too cancel the Transaction, but decided too go forward with it because of Devins PROFESSIONALISM in explaining too me the benefits of the Polaris over other Quads. After completing what I thought too be UNNECESSARY pre-purchase paperwork it was then explained that there have been SECRET SHOPPERS going around and if in fact the Quad was for someone under 12yr ProCaliber could be liable for any injury, etc. Again like I said my Husband was there picking up OUR CANAM that was in for service and had been Purchased from ProCaliber 5YRS ago. I explained too the Sales Manger that we had a LONG HISTORY with ProCaliber and that we were in NO MEANS SECRET SHOPPERS!!! I continued with the Appropriate paperwork to CONFIRM the Quad was for a 12yr old almost 13yr old by giving her Name an DOB I was still looked upon as a SECRET SHOPPER. Also Devin was told in the beginning as were the 3 guys in the office that this was a CASH BUY, and knew our Purchase history with Pro-Caliber and had told the Sales Manager of it as well. While finishing Pre-Lim paperwork I was offered a FREE HELMET for the confusion. I accepted and then was taken too the Helmet room to get it, all the while being talked too about SECRET SHOPPERS coming in and making PHONEY PURCHASES therefore leaving Pro-Caliber Liable. Again, I informed the Salesmen, who was actually the BMW salesman of our MANY PURCHASES with Pro-Caliber. I was NOT IMPRESSED with ANYONE other then Devin. While the paperwork was sent for Finalization Devin re-approached myself an my Husband and Apologized for having too walk away from the situation, which we both GREATLY APPRECIATED. In my eyes as the Consumer Devin did EVERYTHING RIGHT in accordance with properly confirming multiple times that the Quad would be for a Child over 12yrs old. I although DID NOT APPRECIATE the SCRUTINY I was put under by the Sales Manager, and the other two Salesman in his Office at the time. Being in a Customer Service based industry myself I DID NOT find it APPROPRIATE for the Sales Manager too express to ME the Consumer his thoughts on how Devin may have been acting, when his Integrity was also being questioned. As previously stated when we came into the Showroom it was CLEAR that we were looking too outfit a 12YR OLD with an APPROPRIATE QUAD. We have been Customers with Pro-Caliber for over 10yrs and this is the WORST EXPERIENCE we ve had, by NOT FAULT OF DEVINS. Needless too say it too another HOUR to complete the final Paperwork of a CASH BUY, which I found too be INEXCUSABLE, as we had advised them we had a previous engagement too get too. Devin also kindly offered too deliver the Quad the following day too our House since we had my Husbands Quad that had JUST BEEN SERVICED in our Truck already. I as the Consumer understand the Liability too Pro-Caliber for bogus Purchases but this was by NO MEANS one of them. CL
My wife and I were on 500 mile ride and we were in needs of some parts. We stopped in and were immediately greeted by one of the Employees, Josh Settell. He went out of his way to help us. Even though we do not live in the Vancouver I will be making a point to stop in every time I am on the road.
Took awhile for someone too ask me if I needed help. But once helped, the purchasing process went quick! Walked in and withen 3 hrs I was out financed with my new 2020 quad
Super friendly laid back place. Bought a bike last week and they treated me like a good pal when I came in just today to get new gloves. Definitely talk to Matt if you want a knowledgeable friendly guy to sell you a bike.
Outstanding customer service from first phone call to the 850 being delivered! Mark was great! I would recommend Pro Caliber to anybody looking for a Polaris product.
Not needing to test drive or see in person the bike I made an offer on, (thanks to research and the nice Pro Caliber website), I made an online offer for a motorcycle. Pro Caliber countered reasonably and I went in to buy the bike. Everyone was nice, from the sales guy Michael (who followed me home in his truck while I rode my other motorcycle home and brought me back to store so I could ride my new bike home), to the closer guy and its nice that the parts and maintenance guys come out to introduce themselves. The GM also called to make sure I was satisfied. All nice gestures. I have bought 2 other motorcycles from them, I've had service done there and bought parts and accessories there also. Pro Caliber in Vancouver is such a gorgeous store and its huge. Seriously, everyone, whether an enthusiast or not should visit this incredibly awesome huge gem in Clark County. Why not get yourself a motorcycle and have some fun?
I've been to this place several times as it is the closest parts store to where i live and sat on several bikes each time but nobody came out to talk to me about buying one, i also purchased a motorcycle chain and told the guy that i don't have tools to cut the chain or crimp the masterlink so i would need a quick release one. he told me they came with a quick release style masterlink and that service would be able to cut my chain. i went home and measured the chain length and discovered it came with a crimp style master. when i returned the other person i talked to told me service couldn't cut my chain and when i talked them into it they charged me another ten dollars... i was very displeased. I've never met someone who works in the parts department that was so ignorant about his job. this place needs to hire people who are enthusiastic about motorcycles and generally want to help peolple.
