Craig really worked with me getting me an amazing price and telling me all the info i needed for a first time buyer. The KLR 650 he sold me is amazing.

They refused to service my 2000 Suzuki. They told me it is because it is a Suzuki and too old. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with them. I will avoid this shop as much as possible in the future and I recommend you do the same. Take your business to someone who appreciates it. Do give it to anyone who treats you like they don't need customers.

I've been shopping for an RT Can am Spyder for awhile. Having been to several places and not being able to find one within my price range I was about to give up. A friend of mine who owns a ST E5 suggested I look into Pro Cal in Vancouver. I went to their Web Site and found one and through the internet placed an offer on one. Shortly thereafter I was called my Matt Reynolds. He explained why they were unable to except my offer for that particular one, but that he would keep me in mind, knew what I was looking for, and if anything came in he'd Contact me. The day had not ended that he was sending pictures of a beautiful one they had taken in on trade. Not only that, it was exactly to the penny that I offered and needed to be at. Service like that is unfortunately rare to find these days. His attention and dedication to meet my needs along with his great demeanor, professionalism and attitude is both unsurpassed and second to none which resulted in my purchasing a the bike of my dreams. I'd highly recommend everyone to make Pro Caliber in Vancouver their FIRST choice for review if ever in the market for a motorcycle. It may both save you a lot of time and energy not to mention money and if like me, you won't be disappointed.

I have never owned a motorcycle before and don t know a ton about them but enough to know I want one. And the people at procaliber were all awesome from finding the right bike that fit my needs to getting me a helmet they were on top of it. It was nice to not feel pressured into buying one. By when it came down to it even the financing is awesome and fit my needs. Definitely going to be getting all my biking needs here.

Ozz is one of the best guys to talk to about motorcycles. He knows his stuff and wants to help out anyone interested in riding. I've bought 3 bikes here 2 with Ozz. I would definitely recommend this shop.

The parts department used to be a good deal, the prices for oem parts has went up, customer service has went down and the shipping time has got longer. I m sad to say I will not be buying from procaliber again, Rocky Mountain s prices are better and shipping so much faster. I could not get a tracking # from them either, probably because it took two weeks to ship the parts.

Craig was super awesome in helping me find a bike suitable for my needs, and was really patient when trying to get new insurance squared away. A little bummed that as we pulled off the lot a headlight was out, but the experience was good enough to not care. Overall an amazing time, great bunch of people out there and will definitely go back for my next bike.

Horrible customer service. I have a 2008 skidoo. I bought a used gauge cluster and need to have the computer flashed to link to the cluster I bought. I called in on Tuesday to see if they would perform the work. They took my name and number and said they would call me back within the hour. I never heard from them so I made the exact call on Wednesday. Explaining to them that I never heard back from them the previous day. He never opoligized and proceeded to take my name and number and say he would call me back shortly. Now it s thursday and I have yet to hear from them. I call again and he puts me on hold and then tells me they are not willing to perform the work because I had bought a used part. Which is all fine but I would have appreciated a call back the first two days they said they would call me back. And in the end I never even received an apology for never calling me back. I knew the customer service wasn t known for being the best but wow. Sure wish I had more local businesses in the area so I didn t gave to go to this one!!

I bought my Kawasaki sport bike here. They were willing to deal and it was a good sale. Other then that this place is terrible. I don't know who is worse their parts department or their service department. I don't recommend anyone go here.

I walk in at exactly 5:30 pm today 02/21/2020 walked around for at least 15 minutes....no one came to help or ask if I had any questions only one guy sitting at his desk on the indian part said "hi...how you doing" but that was it....I'm in the market for a bike but I'll definitely not coming back here.....I wish I could give them half star

Had a great experience with Finance Manager Jason. Personable, and attentive, even supported the sales process by making himself available to show the bike, and discuss. Can't give 5 stars due to the quintessential salesman Craig. Decent guy but All about the sale..

Since post above....Its hard to criticize a group who within an hour responds and reaches out to remedy a guy's grievance. Although my intent was only to offer/support a local business some constructive criticism, Craig, and the team reached out to ensure the client felt heard, and were empathetic to my experience; hence 5 Stars. Much appreciated, and I'll definitely keep coming back. Thanks guys.

They were very helpful in finding me financing late in the day. The team there was kind enough to stay open late for me to sign the documents and complete the sale. The only issues I had were with the machine. The plug underneath the "hood" by the radiator wasn't plugged in and the center console was never secured. Lastly someone took the shock wrench out of the toolkit.

Got my fourth bike from these guys never an issue. Great service. Nice guys.

Awesome. This was the first time I went into look at bikes since the 90s. They all made me feel welcome and comfortable it wasn't awkward at all.
I can't wait to start riding again.

Absolutely horrendous. We called the day before to see if they had a spare key for our SeaDoo, and they said yes so we scheduled an appointment for 9am. We drove an hour and showed up on time to stand for half an hour at the service desk to only find out that they didn't have the key. The guy didn't even apologize. We wasted two hours of our time and gas money just to watch the mess unfold behind the service desk. I don't know about retail, but one things for sure; they were careless with our comcerns and didn't take the time to do the simplest job: inventory checking. If your up in the Gorge like us, just drive to Portland to SKS and save your time and money.

Rees was great at helping me evaluate all comparable options that I had previously not even considered and narrow it down to what suited my needs best. I have been into pro caliber multiple.times struggling to decide what bike was right for me. I've talked to Norm quite a few times and even started the process to buy a motorcycle last year, but it ultimately fell through since I couldn't afford it. I came back in almost a year later and Norm was right there, ready to provide great service. He answered all of my questions, he didnt push me towards anything and ultimately helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Great overall experience.

First of all the wife and I love our Indians!! Our salesman Michael Thyken was awesome! Easy going, no pressure, answered all of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable! I honestly feel that we got a great deal on both bikes (2018 Chieftain Limited and a 2017 Scout 60). The finance companies that Pro Caliber use beat out my own credit union by 3 points!! So If you want an American Legend go to Pro Caliber, see Michael and get an Indian!

I was recommended by a friend. (who was satisfied with their purchase) The customer service was outstanding. The person who assisted me was Owen. He took his time explaining things and answering any questions I had. Being a beginner rider and jumping on an R6, he went on a ride with me to make sure I was good and comfortable and everything was fine. To me, this was the best part of the whole experience. Thank you again really excited with my purchase.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing a FZ1 from Matt Reynolds. He is informative, no-pressure, and enjoyable to work with. The bike we purchased is for my husband, but I had questions and was treated as if I was the one buying the bike - which as a gal that has been treated as the tag-along-know-nothing wife at another company (but isn't) I found very refreshing. They even set up delivery to our home! Financing was fast, easy, and better than what we expected. We'll be going to see Matt again when we're ready for the next bike.

Next, we worked with Miles Mueller. We had a bit of discussion regarding parts when service is due, and moved quickly to look at gear. He gave an excellent overview of the different options we have - my husband wants synthetic and I want leather, so we pulled Miles in different directions. He was very knowledgeable about all the products, and gave us a great introduction to helmets and helped narrow down what would be best for our application. We wanted to take a bit of time to go over what we had learned, so he sent us home with a list of brands to research and an invitation to come back in and work with him to try on what we're interested in and ask more questions. He is our go-to parts/gear guy now.

My husband and I will be back - we had a great experience with Matt and Miles.

Update: Pro caliber (Larry) is mailing me a new key and offered to install my roof at no charge as soon as I can bring it in. They apologized and owned there mistake and that is really all I wanted so that is why I am changing my 2 star review to 4 stars.

I recently purchased a side by side from Pro Caliber. When I first spoke with someone I made a offer that included that a roof be included and installed in the price and my offer was accepted. Once I came in to sign I was told that that was not a option and it would not be included. I ended up having to purchase the roof and install it myself. Then when I came down to pick up the side by side it wasn't cleaned out, the windshield they installed was not put in right and now the seal is messed up. The tires were so low they wouldn't even register on a tire gauge. To top it off they lost the second key to it so now I only have 1 key. The one thing I will say is I did get a good deal on it and I love driving it. It would be nice if they treated you like a customer after the sale as well. It felt like they didn't really care much after you signed the paperwork. I was told over a month ago they would have a second key for me and still nobody has reached out to me. I would think when you spend over 20,000 on a toy you would get the same outcome like buying a new car i.e. cleaned out/washed, window installed right,two keys and the correct tire pressure. It would have been nice if they honored the roof being included and installed because its still in the box because I haven't had the time to get in put on.

Came up here because they had the last 2 klx 140g's in stock anywhere, overall good experience.

Had a great experience working with Jeff he was very helpful and worked with me to get my business with you . It s nice to work with someone who will work with you and understand what type of quad that would be best for me instead of trying to sell me something more than I need. For that I love my new quad it does everything I need it to do great purchase.

Well that's good so every f****** motorcycle known to man but still they can't get any parts for my Yamaha even a brick handle how difficult is it if you're going to sell all kinds of motorcycles

I called and asked for a spark plug wire they told me it was there and they had a bunch of them in stock. So I drove an hour and a half to get there and they only carry bulk wire with no ends on them and if I wanted the factory replacement I would have to order the entire coil assembly. And it would take a week to get there.

My Sales Rep. Michael Mcguire was very focused on getting me the information and setting up a fair deal for my R1200rt. I took the long way home and broke the engine in at varying speeds. The bike is a really great ride and a great deal from Pro Caliber. Thanks Mike!

I had done my research on a Yamaha Viking and shopped around some before approaching the dealer. I knew what price to pay based on the market. They were good to work with, quickly looking at my offer and working out details. They made the purchase process painless and helped me load it up.

I decided to take a visit to Pro Caliber Motorsports to browse their selection and get an idea of their inventory and prices but did not really have any intentions on purchasing today. When I arrived I had the pleasure of dealing with Justin Huff and he made my experience at Pro Caliber 1 to remember. I did not feel rushed or talked into a bike, we just conversated about the different bikes they had in stock and which ones fit my idea of the perfect bike for me. At the end of our conversation i felt very confident in which bike i had my eyes set on but I was not yet ready to make the purchase. When dealing with dealerships i normally feel as if the salesman are just sharks trying to make a sale but I did not feel this at all during my visit today. As i was walking away to my vehicle after deciding not to make a purchase I was so impressed with Justins level of customer service I wanted to purchase a bike from him just because I had a great feeling he would make sure everything was takin care of in my favor and work a great deal on the bike for me. At the end of the day i left with a great deal on a used(barely) 2012 Suzuki GSXR 750, some nice riding gear and a huge smile on my face! Thanks JUSTIN and PRO CALIBER MOTORSPORTS!! Bought my second Street bike from Pro Caliber and my experience was just as good as the first time. Mark took great care of me this time. Happy with my new ride.

Everytime my bike went there it came back missing a screw. First time was left front fender screw when they changed my tires...charged me $6.80 for the screw they lost. Second time left Fairing screw, agqin they wanted another $7 for the screw...see the pattern....no more

My wife and I went to Pro Calibers to look at the Indian Motorcycle lineup . I was introduced to Norm Buhler, who is one of the Indian sales staff. Norm was very informative about the product and helpful in answering questions for both my wife and I. The store is clean and the motorcycles and gear are well displayed. Even though we didn't purchase the Chieftain that we liked, we will definitely be back to get the bike of our dreams in the near future!

I worked with Matt Reynolds of Pro Caliber Vancouver on a 2020 Yamaha TW 200. I appreciated the level of professionalism and straightforward approach. Tried working with a couple of other more local dealers in Oregon before I contacted Pro Caliber and felt like It was a game of cat and mouse. I may be in the market for a second unit in the coming year and I'll give Matt and his team first shot.

This place has gone WAY downhill, they wont even mount a tire unless you buy their overpriced tires. Then they proceeded to make jokes about how they would sell me the same tire for $40 more than i paid. So when they ask where you got your tire, tell them you bought it from them previously.

Jeff was a super nice guy pretty down to earth non pushy salesman very straight forward didn't beat around the bush about the facts on the bike didn't pressure us on the biggest sale he let my husband pick the bike he was wanted within the comfort of our budget. This will be my husband's first bike and he is so excited. Justin (the Financial guy) and Jeff both worked with us and went the distance to make an amazing deal happen with a low interest rate we are very pleased. Jeremy and Jeff helped us with picking gear out while we waited for the Financial part they both were a big help my husband is 6 foot tall long torso so it's hard for him to find things that fit properly and and Jeremy really went the distance to find him a jacket that fit him properly and a helmet that fit our budget as well. Everyone did an amazing job and we thank you very much for warm welcome and making us feel welcome after you guys closed most people will rush you out if it's at the end of the day but these guys made us feel like we could stay there as long as we wanted and it was no big deal of course we wanted to let them go home as soon as we could lol we will be back. Thank you for amazing service Jeff Justin and Jeremy. :)

Balanced and Installed two new tires on my R1200RT. Bike was done in the two hours they said it would take. Coffee in the Riders lounge, comfortable seats, Motorsport Flat Screen TV, lots of new and used bikes to look at, clean restrooms, the two hours went by very quickly. Large establishment, easy to find. The service entrance is on the South side of their building, up a ramp, well marked. They had three service writers, but it appeared only two mechanics were working, which seemed odd.

Good selection of new bikes, low selection of used. Prices are mid-range. Sales team are a bit intrusive.

Great place to shop everyone are very good Dillon was very good.

I dont know if they even deserve one star!!
I took my seadoo gtx in for suspension fix couple months ago. And they told me that it will be all done and dusted by June 16th, 2016. The day came and i went to take my jetski they told me that their compressor broke for the last couple of days and that they could fix it! A week later i go to pick it up again, this time they are telling me that the Sea-Doo warranty still hasn't sent them the parts that were required.. I was told that i was going to be updated on this everyday and never have i ever did get a call from them.. Every time i when there for the past two months to pick up my jetski it was never fixed... I was told that they would discount some price off the Service which is original $300 down to $150.. But like always they broke their own promise and i walked out of there with $200 service fee.. They are really horrible and the customer service is bad... When it comes to buying from them you feel like this is the best place ever, but when the time comes to do maintenance, they are not the ones to go to.. I would try SK Northwest or some other place.. Im not recommending Pro Caliber to anyone at all!!! Those high reviews they have are fake (most of them),..

Pro Caliber of Vancouver was outstanding to work with. We did our entire transaction over multiple phone calls and they were responsive, professional, and they went out of their way to deliver my new bike to my home. I would highly recommend them even if you don't live in Vanvouver.

I was in the market for a 250 enduro. Jake took the time to help me with my indecisiveness between the bikes I was looking at. Didn t treat me like a tire kicker. He moved the bikes for me to make side by side comparison. I was able to test ride the one I was leaning more towards. Ultimately ride away happy with my 2017 Honda CRF250L.

I've found your parts department to be well stocked and quick to get items not in stock.
I can't comment on your service department as I do all my own maintenance and repair work.

Just got a new toy! Elijah was my sales guy and he was the best! Put up with me till the end. Believe me when I say this guy earned his pay dealing with me. This is our second purchase in just a few months at Pro Calibur and we will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Average dealership but they do have lot of inventory. Occasionally they have good prices but such events are rare. Prices trending UP and not much bargain to be had since carrying Indian and BMW motorcycles.

Very nice people! I always feel comfortable and welcome. Karen patiently waited for months until I was ready to buy my new BMW R1200 RT. The financing/paperwork was done in less than an hour. After the sale, Karen still takes the time to chat and ask about my bike every time I stop by the dealership (which is often!).

Too expensive and lack of service made this a unfortunate visit.

When I bought my motorcycle a year go I requested for gap insurance and they did not put gap insurance on my motorcycle so when my nephew got T boned on my motorcycle I had to pay extra I will not buy another motorcycle from pro caliber motorsports again
