Devon was great straight to the point and worked on our deal right away and pushed for it to be a very fast process! Constantly keeping us one step ahead to make everything flow very smooth and keeping us informed of where we where at and how soon we would be done! Very knowledgeable on product and answered every question we had!

Bad experience. I have been a customer off and on for years
Never cared for it much, everyone seems overworked and rarely very friendly. I guess the salesmen who want to sell you something are friendly according to some of the previous posts.
Took some tires in to be mounted only to be told by James Warne the service guy that because I didn't buy them at Procaliber he would not mount them. He directed me to Bent Lever who took them happily unlike the arrogant Procaliber where apparently my money isn't good enough. I will never go back to Procaliber. I will be writing Yamaha HQ to let them know of the customer UNFRIENDLY practices at Procaliber.

Some many motorcycles. We stopped here just to look at what is new and interesting. The staff can be had to find as they seem to be selling a lot of product from here. When helped, they answered all of our questions.

I'm from michigan, planned to purchase an ATV from Pro to take to alaska.I got there, paid Cash, got my paperwork, then they told me I could not have my title, that they'd have to send it to michigan!!When you pay your house or car off, you get the title, now i have to go to michigan, get my title, and take it to alaska....my partner bought an atv the same day in oregon, they handed him his title, Don't buy here......i won't anymore.

I had a really great experience at Pro Caliber! The customer service was excellent. I worked close with Karen Livingston, she was awesome!! And me being a first time buyer she made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the bike I was interested in. She was very supportive and with me through whole process. Karen really went the extra mile! As a whole the people there were very welcoming the ambiance was great and they really have your best interest in heart.I didn't feel that I was just a sale. I left there a happy customer and would recommend them to anyone!

Besides the time it took to walk out the door with a new toy all and all not a to painful day. Reese was above attentive even tho he was being pulled in 10 directions. From before we even got to the store on the phone that morning he took very good care of us. Friendly atmosphere helpful workers

After an incredibly disappointing and frustrating search for an open appointment in Portland, I contacted Pro Caliber to schedule my first service on my new motorcycle. From the start, the experience was heartening and good; the person was sympathetic, was able to slot me in almost immediately, was able to give me a good, accurate quote, and was friendly and personable. On the day of my appointment, it was easy to get there, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, and the work on my bike was completed even a little faster than originally stated. The quote was dead on for the price, and it was competitive with other service departments in the area (and since no one else had an appointment available within three weeks, I'm OK with that).

All in all, it was a great experience, and I'll be coming back again!

One week ago I went into Pro Caliber to purchase an Indian. My financing was completed and I was pre approved by my own lender. I decided on which bike I wanted and agreed on a price point at the time. Fast forward to this last weekend, I went in with the cashier's check and the price had magically gone up, albeit only a couple hundred bucks. This was disheartening to say the least and I immediately squashed the deal based on the dishonesty. The salesman, Norm, was quite awesome at delivering the message but I asked to have the sales manager personally deliver the message while I called other dealers. The sales manager kept me waiting for close to an hour and finally came out and made the deal back to our normal agreement. All in all I will not use their service department nor buy accessories there as if they're dishonest about deals what else is going on? I would like to say kudos to Norm and Michael for keeping their cool about it and a thumbs down to Larry and Matt for making me feel as if I was making a huge mistake purchasing from them. If they're had been another machine close Pro Caliber would've lost this deal.

We really thought Craig was a good salesman . Good deal on our motorcycle. Took a little long to put the battery. In. And then we rode it home but got a flat before we got home.

My experience buying a motorcycle from the folks at Pro Caliber, from Sales to Financing, was professional and friendly. Jason helped me find the bike best suited to fit my needs and was very helpful in answering my questions. Brian worked hard to save me money and find the best finance plan. I'm loving my bike and I have Pro Caliber to thank for it :)

They took my money again!!!

And sent me home in a new 2019 Can Am X3 X Rc Turbo R! As always, I got a great deal, didn't feel rushed, and I got more than I originally planned on getting for less that I planned on spending.

Pro Caliber Vancouver has and always will have a customer in me, and I tell everyone that is looking to at least try seeing how good of a deal you can get.

Thank you all at Pro Caliber, especially Justin and Larry!!

I love this new car!! Going to go read break-in instructions now for car and belts

Update 16 Nov 16

Upon arriving to trade in my '13 FJR and buy a new SxS, I saw the new 2017 YXZ1000R SS SE and have to have it! Matt, Jeff, Chris, Brian and the rest of the team did an outstanding job of making it happen and I am typing this out before leaving the parking lot with my new YXZ!!

Thanks again ProCaliber. You have a customer for life!!

Good Morning,

I came in on the 9th of April to see if your store had received the new 2013 FJR.

Have to tell you; Justin, Matt and Brian did a GREAT job of making that purchase happen.

During the middle of all of this purchase, my buddy was involved in an accident that caused him to put down his Moto Guzzi California, breaking his leg below the knee.

Justin volunteered to take me in his truck and help me pick up my buddies bike and take it back to his house. That kind of commitment to customer satisfaction, not to mention the wholehearted caring that that shows, guarantees me as a lifelong customer.

You have a very professional staff. While I have had a less than stellar previous experience at your store, this situation has confirmed that your store will be the only one I will come to again when I make a purchase.

I would like to thank you all for your help with my purchase, the speed of having the bike put together, and even the small token, of which I find was a great touch of customer service, of transferring my RAM mount from my old bike to the new one (traded in my 2010 FJR).

Everything about this transaction surpassed my expectations. You should be proud of the staff you have working in your sales department.

Thank you for your time. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

I am from the northeast and wanted to fly into Portland, pick up a brand new bike from them and ride back across the country. This was a ride that was on my bucket list for a while.

I called up the dealer and spoke with their salesman. He got back to me with pricing after 2 days, during which time I had to follow up with him to see if he was going to give me a price. After some negotiation, the salesman quoted me a price that I agreed to. I paid deposit over the phone and asked him few questions about the bike, itemized pricing and transaction. He told me he would get back to me after checking with his finance manager. After 2 days when I didn't hear back, I followed up and he sent me a crappy cellphone picture of a handwritten invoice. The total was $500 higher than what we agreed to. I asked few questions again and he said he'll get back to me. I followed up the conversation with an email and never got a reply back for 2 days. After a total of 6 days and nothing moving forward with the transaction, I emailed him about my dissatisfaction and asked him to cancel the deal. He texted me back and said "No problem my friend". He didn't even try to apologize for the sloppy work or to make things right.

After waiting for 6 days for answers and not being able to make the payment, it almost seemed that the dealership wasn't interested in selling me the bike. Or was not competent to handle an out of state deal. I have bought new bikes from out of state dealers many times and every time the deal closes with a simple phone conversation and I send a certified check that reaches in 2-3 days. The dealer sends me the paperwork and it's all complete within a week. But this transaction seemed like an ordeal that took forever.

Bad customer service! Try a different bike store or at least a different pro caliber. I ordered multiple parts through them and when I got them, they were not complete. I talked with the supervisor and he put me on hold for a long time then hung up the phone on me. I went back to pick up my other missing part and the stickers weren't even ordered yet , even though I paid for it. To get 1 sticker it took me over 4 weeks. They will totally ignore you when you have an issue. I regret even buying my brand new motorcycle from them. I will not spend my money in this store anymore

Great Service, because they have a Great Mechanic that knows his stuff on Indian Motorcycles, Great Service Managers, and the Parts Manager is On Top of All Parts Ordered or In Stock... They Had My Scout In and Out in 3 Hours and it Had a Lot of Stuff Done to It...

Very Impressive Crew for Indians and Service Work... Even Sales Helps Get Things in Line to Make Things Happen as Quick as Possible... I Expected to Have to Wait About 6 to 8 Hours... But They Are So On Top of Things they Got All I Needed to Have Done or Scheduled for, Plus an Add on Item (Mini Apes) Put on at the Last Minute Because Parts Had them In Stock Because they are on Top of Stuff...

Very Impressive Shop... I Could go about 30 Miles to a closer shop, but Pro Caliber Motorsports in Vancouver Washington is So Impressive 90 miles to get there is not a problem in my book... Especially when You Leave Very Satisfied and Knowing Everything Was Done Right.

I was curious about the new BMW GS and stopped by BMW Motorcycles of Vancouver. Not only was I impressed with the selection of BMW's, but the store as a whole was overwhelming. Not only do they have BMW, they have other brands all in the same location. The people there are great. I was welcomed by multiple salespeople and had a great conversation with Michael. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and I appreciated the time spent with him. Though I am not currently in the market, I did appreciate the no pressure approach of the whole store. I didn't feel like I was being stalked by salespeople! It is a great place and look forward to stopping by again. Maybe next time leave with something.

Just bought a 2018 RZR Turbo. Norm in sales and all the staff at Pro Caliber were very helpful in providing me with all the information I needed to help me purchase my new RZR Turbo. They provided me with the specific information with respect to the different models and options available. They also helped in answering any financing questions I had. Great Job!

Horrible service. 20+ Days after dropping off my jetski, they would not return my phone call. Left numerous messages, even to the Manager but no response. Finally decided to go up there and get my jetski, to find out that the part they were waiting for was back-order and it would take another Month to get, which is B.S I found carb rebuild kits all over the internet. I would have appreciated a phone call at least to notify me of this back-order status. Never going there again for my motorcycle nor watercraft service.

Well, it looks like ProCaliber has been working overtime to amass Shill Reviews. Notice how all the 5-star reviews say basically the same thing with very little in the way of specifics? Everyone I know, including myself, has had bad experiences with their so-called "service" or parts department. It's pretty sad that efforts they've made to artificially inflate their ratings weren't put into actually doing their job correctly to get honest reviews that show a true effort to be better. You cannot trust any of these dishonest, fake good reviews, they are clearly shills. Note to staff: if you're going to try to change public opinion, do it the RIGHT way, by providing competant service and knowledgable staff eager to properly help customers. Flooding your reviews with dozens upon dozens of fake good reviews isn't the way it's done. What little crediability you might have had by the occassional positive customer review--if any REAL ones actually do exist--just got thrown out the window with your over-the-top massive flood of shill reviews. You should be (but wont be) ashamed of yourselves!

I had an awesome experience buying a new Indian Scout Bobber from here. If I'm in the market again for a new bike I am definitely going to make the 3.5 hour trip out here again. It's totally worth it.

I've never been to a vehicle dealership that didn't try playing games with you on price. You simply have a conversation and if the deal is right for both you and the dealership then you've got the bike. When asked about add-ons like additional service plans and warranties, you only have to respond once. Unlike most dealerships that pressure and guilt you into buying the plans.

10/10 would recommend.

bad experience everytime I go, I called them and asked for a part and they told me they have it in for 40$ then I get there and wait 20 min untill someone finally decided to help me, then I find out that not only do they not have the part and it would take a couiple of weeks for them to get it but the price was 150$, so I just ordered it on ebay for 30$ and it arrived in a couple of days, would not recomend this place
