Purchased a seadoo jetski and employee Reece helped us through the entire process. He was very friendly and informative. Stayed in contact with us locking down the jetski and the trailer from start to finish. Truly one of our best buying experiences ever. Thank you ProCaliber for making this summer experience one to remember.

I just picked up my first bike from Pro Caliber and had a wonderful experience. The staff were kind and attentive even though they were obviously swamped with customers at the time. Karen on the sales team was very helpful in securing my first bike.

Fantastic, easy experience here. First contacted Justin Huff over the internet about the price on an FZ 07. Showed up the next day and bought it with no haggling on the price.

I was helped by Craig Bladow also and he was great too! I would definitely come back here for my future Yamaha needs!

Took my bike in for service. Was told it would be a week as the parts had to be ordered. A week went by and received a phone call stating they forgot to order the complete part. Another week went by and got another call stating the part ordered was the wrong part. Another week went by and another call with bad news. Now the two parts that were originally ordered didn t fix the problem. Now it s ANOTHER part at the tune of 300 bucks. 2 weeks later the job is finished. Never was there any apology for their inability to do the job right. Also no compensation for having the bike for a month in a job that was supposed to take a week.

June 29th 2019 response to John J reply of original review

John J,
I appreciate your level of honesty as it is the first instance in dealing with your company since I dropped my bike off on May 17th and was scheduled to be worked on May 24th. Although I did self diagnose, I acquired parts through YOUR Parts dept. based on THEIR recommendations. YOUR technician agreed that it is what appeared to be the problem but "once we got it in we'll be able to determine completely". Which you are indicating never occurred. FYI, at no time was a diagnosis offered outside of the original conversation. Clearly it appears since this often occurs when individuals self diagnose one would think a reputable company would offer that in advanced. My assumption, my failure, was based on that conversation one would occur. This is my mistake, I own that. Lesson learned never to trust your technicians when they say they will do something, because as you stated it didn't occur.

The technician identified correct parts were required, ordered those, and waited for arrival to install. He then attempted to install the purchased parts (ones Procaliber ordered), At no time did your technician or the service manager who I spoke with on several occasions even slightly hint at or offer a diagnostic. I can't argue with any of your time lines as they do seem in line with normal expectations (when parts are miss ordered) but clearly Procaliber's willingness to inconvenience a rider is more important than upfront customer service. I'll be sure to share this lesson with every rider I know.

It is clear based on your other responses to reviewers that Procaliber not only does not comprehend customer service; it and its employees have no sense of integrity when they have clearly made mistakes. A purposeful apology, a level of understanding of how frustrating this situation was would have gone a long way. Instead I was confronted with defensiveness, excuses, and shifting blame. Which just seems to continue. Please do not bother to respond unless you're willing to admit the fault that is yours with this situation.

Purchased a 2019 Ninja 650 ABS from these guys. Worked with Brian who was knowledgeable and not pushy at all.

Excellent experience, looking forward to them taking care of my new bike's service needs in the future.

I made an offer on the phone with Braden and he was able to talk to his sales manager and give me an answer very quickly. I really appreciate how laid back and how willing to answer any questions Braden was. I drove three hours down to pick up the bike the day after I called and it was a quick, painless process to get everything signed and done. They even had a ramp there to load bikes into trucks. I wasn't pushed to buy any extended warrenty stuff or anything like that, which was really nice. I know some other dealers try really hard to get people to buy that. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I feel like I got a pretty good deal on my bike. I would definitely recommend Procaliber to anyone that wants to buy a bike.

Miles has gone above and beyond with his customer service. Staying late and working on custom orders for us. And educating us to make sure our purchase is successful, safe, and we get the most out of our entertainment investment. Thank you Miles!

Great experience, great bike. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. The selection of bikes and gear was outstanding. Like many long time bikers in the area, I had last shopped here a decade ago, and didn t have a great experience. Decided to give them another shot, and glad that I did! The facility and staff are unrecognizable from a decade ago. Highly recommend!

Purchased a 2020 Can Am X3 X MR from Pro Caliber. I drove hours south because my local dealer wasn't willing to work out a deal. Rees at Pro Caliber was helpful, willing to negotiate and a pleasure to work with. I worked in the powersports industry for years myself, so it was nice dealing with a low pressure sales team. Give Rees a call and get out there riding!

I have shopped here for a while but after my accident I won't shop anywhere else. The service department took care of dealing with my insurance company. Miles in parts helped me find all new gear and put it on layaway til I got my insurance money. Thank u pro caliber!

Karen was great. They didnt have any 2017 Honda Groms built and ready to sell. I told karen I only had that day to come buy and pick one up. She got them to build one that day and had it finished by 11:30am, that was 5 hours sooner then I was told it would be done. I would highly recommended buying from Pro Caliber Motorsports. Great customer service!

I purchased a 2019 Maverick X3 DS on Christmas Eve and here s my horrible EXPERIENCE! The UTV was 23k and I was happy to pay for it, let s get that out of the way as it wasn t a pricing issue! The salesman didn t deliver the UTV as promised, it was dirty, tree limbs inside and had strayed a greasy film all over it and left it.
Once the paperwork was completed I was told they were sorry for delivering me a semi clean machine but they didn t have a lot person that day. REMIND you it was 23K UTV!!! I was handed a manual and said I d find all the info needed from Jeremy the salesman. I respectfully requested to be shown how to operate the machine but was given the its all in the manual !!! Wow, I m glad I read the manual cover to cover as I could of potentially ruined this brand new UTV!

The experience that we received at Pro Caliber was above & beyond to our expectations. We were treated great and after our purchase we were walked through every aspect of the quad & we felt totally satisfied with the sale.
Braden McClennen was our sales person and he was so helpful & knowledgable & and answered all of our questions & concerns with professionalism. Thank you Braden.

I had a concern about a repair that I had done the should have been covered by the extended warranty I bought. However, I was charged for the labor. Ben in service has amazing customer care skills and took care of me from start to finish. Matt Reynolds met me at the door and personally walked me back to service. He is the one that discovered that I actually have an extended warranty and that it should have been paid for him for the first time I brought it in. I can t say nothing you know about his customer care and willingness to work with me even though it is truly a service issue.Ultimately the team at Pro caliber took care of me and got me in store credit for the $200 that I had paid out of pocket that I should not have. Great work guys

I had a super easy experience buying a kids atv from Jake at Pro Caliber. He was quick to get back to me with the best price out of 2 other dealers, he was super professional and easy to work with. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be back in to look at adding to our atv collection.

I had a great experience at Pro Caliber. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Even though I sent an email after closing on Friday, they still had the bike I wanted to ride ready for me by the time I got there a little after 10am the next day.

Awesome experience. Jeff helped me out when I was ready to purchase my Yamaha R3. He did an amazing job explaining everything to me, and answered all my questions. It was great working with him, and he really did make it an easy and painless process. Highly recommend coming here if you are shopping for motorcycles. Super knowledgeable. Will definitely come back here for future bike purchases!

I was wanting to buy a new waverunner and get my old one fixed so me and my girlfriend can go ride and all that was wrong was a ground wire. I told the service department that it was just a ground wire and I was told they couldn't work on it cuz it was over 10yrs old. When asked why I was told cuz i don't want to. It sucks for the people who can't keep affording brand new waverunner every 10yrs. Especially on cheap easy fixes. Will not recomend anymore of my friends there anymore and will be taking my 8 grand somewhere else. Reminds me of the Longview store. And to top it off I have my father from NEW JERSEY on vacation working on it.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL TO THE PARTS DEPARTMENT, I get put on hold for about 30 minutes. I am on hold right now actually... Time says 31:58! Either they need to hire some more people to work the parts or I'm just going to stop buying from them. I am really tired of this. I have called at least a dozen times to order parts!

Thank you Matt!!!!! And sales staff for being friendly and informative about your selection of motorcycles and other products. Was easy to get what I wanted and no upselling as well as no pressure. Will definitely recommend your shop to friends and family as well as come back for repeat business.
Thanks again

Purchased a used BMW r1200rt from pro Caliber BMW On Nov 13. LIC plate and title reg was not taken to DMV till dec 9 got plates on dec 16. Only 1 star due to paper work being held up or not submitted. my trip permit was only 21 days so could not ride my new to me bike after trip permit expired. Dispointed in dealership handling of paperwork and dealership not knowing where my plates and registration are after several calls. Dealership was great at selling, but not with follow thru.

I gave 2 star review, DMV says your agent was issued plates in person at DMV service center on December 9 . Everyone knows DMV is slow, but it looks like to me you guys didn't turn paperwork in. I called salesman and your clerk that handles the plates and they did not have any info. So had to go to DMV myself. I called your dealership the day I got the plates in mail and your clerk said she still doesn't have any info about my plates Evan thou they came from your dealership.
So you did great at sales but follow threw not so good.

I bought my first motorcycle from them back in 2018 which was recently stolen. Went in to find a new ride and purchased a MT07. Jake is the only sales guy I will work with but that is not to say the others are bad. Jake helped me buy both of my bikes ! He s a good guy. The dealership was able to help me get good financing. Overall the dealership is very welcoming and they make you feel like family. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a motorcycle in the Portland/Vancouver area, this is the place to go. I worked with Ely, who specializes on BMW motorcycles, but was completely knowledgeable about all the bikes in the inventory. Over my several visits and trying to locate the right bike, Ely provided guidance and recommendations, based on my ability and desired use of the bike.

Once I was ready to make a purchase the process was as simple as could be. I will be returning when it is time for another motorcycle.

I just have to say the staff here at Pro Caliber are amazing! Mark was especially helpful and very knowledgeable on what i was looking for and covered all questions i had in regards to my purchase. I've got to say i was a little apprehensive at first about financing my first vehicle but the guys (and gals) here really worked with me. They go above and beyond expectations and I for one will deff be back. These people know their Sh#*!!

Worst shop ever. Went to test drive a new bike and when both of the floor models wouldn't start because the batteries were dead the sale representative said to just come back in a couple of days. This was 2 hours before the closing time. Really, just change the battery out, 15 minutes. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back three days later for the test drive. The bike was charged and ready to go, but oh no they told me they wouldn't let me test drive it if I wasn't going to be financing the bike. They didn't want to put miles on it in case someone else wanted to buy it. Idiots, if the bike fit it would've been sold. Never going back.

Never do any business with these guys, especially if you are coming long ways, they will scre you every way possible..

You know what?? no one ever mentioned that it was wrecked, when you say demo, that means its got some wear and tear, but not a wrecked sled with busted front looking the other way, and missing plastics and pieces, and then offer warranty on it. You guy are messed up, I will tell everyone to avoid you guys.

I purchased a 2012 Yamaha R1 with no miles from another dealership and got swindled, as there was frame damage I found once I got home from the 4 hour drive there. So after returning it and looking more I found the one I wanted right at Pro Caliber.

I worked with Matt and he was amazing in assisting me in getting all the paperwork and other necessities in order over the phone and by email, as their location is a 3.5 hr drive from my home. Matt said he inspected the bike and it looked fantastic, and he was spot on. Great condition, not a scratch and just as promised.

The whole experience is one of the best I have ever had and they just got themselves a lifelong buyer! I have no issues with driving for quality and great help.

The shop is a HUGE, so much inventory and the gear / parts area is larger than some dealerships in my area. Very pleased.

Matt is awesome!

Matt is awesome!

Flat out, not hiding any punches here. My name is Rob and I bought a 2001 Suzuki GSX-R used from Pro Caliber in June of 2010. I am impressed with the bike spite it's age and slight chunkiness compared to newer GSX-R models. I LOVE THAT BIKE! I went in today to take a look at a 2007 Yamaha FZ6 as I am looking into getting a FZ1 soon and wanted to know how the bike felt and have been told the only major difference is weight. I want to move into a touring sport bike because during the summer I take trips up to Bellingham (e.g. over 200 miles away) I wanted something a little more laid back for the long trip and now I am sold on getting a FZ1 (Well once I get all the projects out of the garage :). Every time I had a question Matt had an answer, I received honest answers from Matt, not just the answers you expect to hear from a vehicle salesman. For a big box store I am impressed on how laid back everyone is every time I come here. I talked with him about him taking pictures of a ZX-14 they just got in and were putting on their web site for sale. Matt said I should get it, I told him it would be too much bike for me and he respected that, which I was shocked by (Which is a good thing)! Again thanks Matt for making my visit a pleasant one today and I am jealous on whomever gets that nice ZX-14 in red. Keep up the good work!

Not enough back of house employees. Took 3 hours to pay cash for a bike to get out the door. Kept telling me it would be 20min for the paperwork about 5 times. Hire more paperpushers or limit how many people can come in the store. They also told me the bike was full of gas, got it home, and it was empty and the idle was not set correctly.

Ty in the parts Dept was very helpful. I was able to describe over the phone some odd parts, get a quote, pay and get a phone call when they arrived without ever leaving my home. This allowing me to continue on my quad project without interuption. Way to go Pro Caliber in hiring knowledgeable staff in the right departments.

The staff were great they were very helpful and made you feel at home. The first guy that helped me was very nice and helpful talking you threw the steps of purchasing the 2018 Honda metro scooter. I would go to him again for anything. I loved that he made me feel at home. I hate the fact when you go to aa dealer and they make you feel threatened and rushed. Not the case at pro caliber motersports at all. If i were the boss I would hold on to this guy for dear life he made me so relaxed and at home I could go on.

Overall I'm very happy with my experience. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional, attentive and friendly. They also participate in the Costco buying program and give discounts to both military and former military personnel. I purchased an Indian Scout Bobber ABS and am very happy with it. Highly recommended! My thanks to Gordon Lowe and the other gentlemen I worked with!

I used to hate pro caliber.
Once their customer service rep reached out to me and offered me a tour of the facility ad wanted to show me that they have changed mindsets.
Since then I've made a deal and I'm happy with their service and attitude.
