Made a little boys day today, Jake and staff at Pro Caliber. Thank you, from the LaParne family...
Shopped for PWC. The guys at Pro Caliber were awesome! Low pressure sales. The finance department did a stellar job at getting me the best rates possible. I started shopping on a Monday and couldn't make up my mind between Yamaha or Sea Doo. I made several return trips to the dealership to find them very understanding about my decision process. I did not pull the trigger on the purchase until Saturday. No pesky phone calls. My decision making process was respected 100%. See Craig Bladow, he will hook you up!
Eli was quick, knowledgeable, and willing to lead the way on a few test rides - even though it was pouring out. Fantastic service!
All the guys were friendly and honest, got a fair deal, and was taking good care of. The test drive was great, and I can tell they run the shop and work like a family.
When you order something from a business and they quote you a price it should be the same price when you pick it up. I really resent the fact that I'm getting charged more after waiting for days for a part to come in.
Great place to purchase any toy you want! Great customer service and very respectful people! I have purchased multiple bikes from here and will keep going back for more! Justin huff highly recommended he is a great guy and will help you get what you want!
From start to finish everyone was professional helpful and as enthusiastic as I was about buying they were that much enthused to help me buy the bike. It's been a dream of mine to own an Indian chieftain. If you have a chance to stop in pro caliber ask for Norm he's very informative and will do anything in his power to help you achieve your dreams I know my dreams came true thank you to everyone at pro caliber
Drove from Lacey to this dealership based off their yelp reviews and they did not dissappoint. Spoke to Jake the day of and he had my Indian Scout Bobber ready to pull off the lot on arrival. Financing through Pro Caliber was simple and quick, I was approved prior to leaving my house. Kelly in sales was very helpful in assisting with claiming my $500 promotion for Indian apparel. Overall great experience would do it again in the future.
THE BAD: These guys are busy, and appear short staffed. Which explains the number of very impatient reviews, and the impatient people in line at the store. And you know the type: The guy with a big jacked up truck who thinks he is the Prince of BikeLandia and you shouldn't make eye contact with him, he is very important and has better things to do than deal with the peasants behind the counter or other customers. That's the clientelle, and the staff put up with that routinely. Consider that when reading these reviews.
THE GOOD: They charge a flat rate for things like tire changes, and honor their word on the price, even for "problem" cases. Prices for gear and parts are generally MSRP, not marked up like Lamphere's.
THE OTHER: Haven't bought a whole vehicle there, just parts and some services, so I can't speak about dealing with the sales sharks.
It was quick and painless and Karen was an excellent salesman
Great experience buying my Can-am. Devin has excellent customer service, very happy with the in and out process didn t have to wait too long!!! Totally recommend Pro Caliber.
Came in with little knowledge of bikes and Craig hopped up and asked what he could help me with. He found just what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable staff! Will be coming back again!
Mike Thyken was an absolute pleasure to work with and i will gladly come back, not to mention refer him to anyone in the market for a recreational vehicle.
Bought a new Kawasaki H2 SX SE bike. Great experience all the way through!
They made sure i got the bike i wanted and i got the best price, Thanks guys!
Super awesome buying experience! Did finance app online, walked in, signed papers, and was out the door with my new bike in under an hour!
Great experience with all staff. Fast service. Knowledgeable staff. Gordon was awesome. Want another bike!! Thank you. Love my Indian scout (red, white, blue)...
Sales rep(s), to Finance rep, to Parts rep, they all rocked. From my perspective, they went above in beyond during the sales and pickup experience, and Mike even called to see how my ride home was. I hadn't bought a new bike since '92, so the *only* reason this isn't 5-star is that I believe the sales rep(s) should explain everything entailed in the pickup process. There were several, excellent, things I didn't expect to spend time on. I will sing the praises of Pro Caliber Vancouver to all I meet. :)
Was waiting for a call for kymco k pipe parts was never called
Came into look at Sea Doos. After 10 minutes an employee who was working on the computer finally acknowledged us. I'm glad the salesmen don't hound you but it would have been nice to be greeted sooner.
I purchased the Scout Bobber from Pro Caliber Vancouver, Wa. The service I received was amazing, quick and very friendly. Matt Reynolds not only helped me with my purchase but brought it to Central Oregon for me. Overall it was a great experience, and I highly recommend their experience and customer service. Thank you again for all of your efforts!
My husband has shopped Pro-Caliber for a couple years.
I was about to take my motorcycle safety course to get my endorsement and wanted to check out some street bikes (alas, petite legs and cant flat foot on a lot of bikes). The salesman was fantastic and let me sit on a couple bikes to see what worked. There was a 250 Ninja that caught my eye, however, we decided to check out all options (Craigslist, etc.) prior to committing. The salesman gave us his card and was invited us to come back if we wanted to check it out again. No serious pressure, which we appreciated.
Next, we checked out the apparel section and helmets. The sales staff was great to answer my questions about the different brands and fit. I really liked the fit of the Shoei RF-1200, but didn't like any of the colors. He quickly brought us to the counter to check out the catalog and let me know that they can order any helmet for the same price.
Even though we didn't buy anything that day, their customer service made quite an impression.
Last week, I was taking the safety course and the sky decided to open up and pour down some rainy love. Not fun when you have to stand outside practicing using the "friction zone" to move your bike back and forth a couple hundred times. During our lunch break, I high-tailed it down I205 to Pro-Cal and easily found some riding pants in a reasonable price range. So completely happy with them!
Happy Customer. Definitely.
Extremely Professional and thorough!!! They really do work hard to get you the right fit and the "Biggest Bang for the Buck"!!!
My sales associate Craig was extremely helpful in making the transaction very smooth and painless. Kudos Craig! Pro Caliber, after searching the entire State, has the best prices and the widest selection of power sports and accessories. I made the 3 hour drive to shop at Pro Caliber. You should too.
Prepare your financing on your own before walk in to this dealership. 5 star for my previous purchase, 3 star for my second purchase. I thank for Matt and Michael's help, but I don't think my bike was prep well when I picked up. I gave one more star back because of followup emails from the dealer.
I ve always had the best experience at procaliber. Best service ever... A++....guys gave me a killer deal on our new rzr 1000 couldn t be happier. Would highly recommend them to anyone
Very friendly staff and willing to negotiate a deal. We will be happy do business with them again.
Rude service man even after he just got high on the job....( was still heated when I wrote this, still facts but this is the result of the one service man I dealt with yesterday. Does not reflect the rest of this company from prior experiences or that day. Previouse experience and interactions eith other employees have been good. Should've made this more clear when posting this review.)
Bought a Raptor 700 about a year ago and the entire process from picking a bike to getting financed went really quick. Took the bike out riding the first time and noticed the back end was pulling a bit to the left. Thought maybe the tire pressure was off, but they had actually installed one of the rear tire with the valve stem facing in. Besides that, it was a great experience.
Jeff, the guy with the nicest beard in the shop was a big help and made my transaction go smooth as well as justin in sales thanks again, would not hesitate to do business with these guys.
Pro Caliber and salesman Mike Thyken provided a wonderful experience when we recently purchased our new Indian Roadmaster. There was no pressure, Mike emphasized that he didn't want us to settle for less than we wanted. He was very helpful in helping us throughout the process, and we did not make it easy on him. We love the motorcycle, and thoroughly enjoyed our buying experience!
It was a great experience. Very friendly, no pressure. Just what it should be. Jason and staff went the extra mile to make a great deal and experience for me.
Got what I went for. Was a little spendy but they had what I was after!
They went out of their way to make us a deal on a very nice bike!
My sales person Eli did a great job from start to finish. Trade check my trade in, did all the paper work, and explained everything on delivery of my new purchase. Great job!
Highly recommend Pro Calibur and all there staff.
Thanks
Richard Wright
Jeff was a very helpful salesperson. He was able to answer all our questions and we never felt pressured.
I have been looking for a new motorcycle. I checked out Pro Calber while on vacation. Rob was great to work with and very helpful. I am new to motorcycles and a woman, so I am used to being talked down to by sales guys. Rob was the opposite. He made me feel welcome. I didn't buy anything because I was flying home, but I appreciated Rob's expertise and attitude. Definitely ask for him, if you shop here.
Our sales rep Jake was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend asking for him if anyone plans on visiting Pro Caliber. Jake made buying a jet ski from Pro Caliber a much easier process. They have a great selection of motor sports and other toys which made it very efficient and pleasant. Don t hesitate to shop here you are in good hands.
If you want mechanics who are questionably qualified to work on your bike and don't mind waiting literally an hour to be talked down to by them then this is your place. There are plenty of great motorcycle shops and dealers In town, I suggest going to any one of those or risk being ripped off by this place. I've given them several tries thinking the experience was a fluke, but no. Each time I go in they tell me to hold on (that's if anyone even acknowledges me) and it always ends up being an hour+ ordeal to just pick up my parts or bike. Never again.
Pricey, you can find better deals if you shop around.
Great customer service! Mark McGill was very helpful with purchasing a new bike for my wife, he was able to work with me on the price and financing and made sure everything went fast because I had to get to work. Definitely a happy customer!
Yeah I bought a bike from pro caliber today working with Dillon and had a good experience they were very helpful not aggressive and I totally appreciate being able to feel like I wasn't pressured into buying anything, Rex.
Your sales associate, Karen Livingston, is friendly, very helpful, and passionate about motorcycles. She always has time to answer questions from customers. She also commutes to work on the hottest bike there (a BMW S1000RR).
All staff friendly, knowledgeable. AND patient. Helped me pick the right motorcycle and safety gear.
Had a great experience.
Bumping up to four stars. This time the parts guy was A+. Super helpful. Just can't give five stars to the service department.
I can t say enough great things about Pro Caliber and especially Drew Hackney that made my first bike buying experience a wonderful one. I was a little worried about shopping for a bike by myself, being an inexperienced female rider, but Drew was fantastic. He took a lot educating me about the different bikes, he wasn t pushy at all and he answered all of my questions (even the ridiculous ones) without looking like he was being tortured by an idiot. He even came in on his days off to make sure that everything went smoothly for the purchase and delivered the bike personally. I would recommend this establishment for both novice and experienced riders and if you are looking for someone who is honest, dependable and personable- then ask for Drew.
I went in only to get a Battery and left with a new ATV...plus the Battery. My salesman Jeff was patient and did not pressure me into buying anything. The selection of "Toys" is overwhelming and it gives you options from inexpensive to " the wife is going to kill me".
Norm made me feel relaxed and right at home. So, I bought an Indian.....
Didn't have any issues with them. Good customer service on parts section.
Parts department: They almost always have what I need in stock for servicing various brands and bikes. I have always been helped in a timely manner and have always gotten the right parts.
I bought a can am soyder and Jeff was my sales person,. Everyone went above and beyond to get me financing today. It was wonderful
I Drove away with one. I love it
Service techs are great - service counter personal need training in customer service. Never answer phone, rarely call back, and I always have to be the one to contact them for updates or to see if the bike is ready for pick up. On one of my service appointments, two days after leaving a bike for service, no word, I call them only to finally get a call back to late in the day to call them back to let me know that they have a quote but need authorization to proceed. How many days would they have let things go if I hadn't initiated the conversation? I expect customer service to serve the customers and not have to manage my own service appointment. If it wasn't for Shawn and Ryan I would definitely go elsewhere.
Unwilling to help a customer unless your buying a motorcycle
Pro Caliber Motorsports is by far one of the nicest motorcycle shops I've had the pleasure of doing business with. First off, unlike other shops which are closed half the week, they are open 7 days a week. Karen the BMW specialist, was very nice to work with. I was able to negotiate a great price for a 2019 BMW Bike and she arranged everything. From the moment I got to the shop, till the moment I left, the entire process was flawless. She had the bike upfront and cleaned up, showed me the in's and out's and handled the finance piece with Brian who had me in his office for no longer than 15 minutes. The entire process was a about an hour and 15 minutes and I was on the road. Ill be doing business with them again!
Fast easy and painless. Kendal is awesome knows a lot about bikes and riding.
Came into pro caliber today and met with Jason about a bike. He was very professional and helpful. Was a great experience!
The heavy set guy behind the parts counter with birth mark is rude as heck and no professionalism whatsoever. He has much to learn about customer centric service. Have someone else help you or beware.
Karen helped me with my purchase and she couldn't have been nicer. She answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. She even offered to come in on her day off if needed, to be there when I was ready to pick up my bike.
The dealer was easy to work with and very reasonable on trade value and purchase price. I'll do business here again.
Mark provided a great experience from phone discussion to in-store sales & delivery. Even as store was in process of closing, he took time to orient me with product features - two thumbs up!
Great bunch of guys! Or salesman, Craig, was a great guy, answered all my questions and got me through the buying process without a hitch, or the usual buyers headache. The bike we purchased was in excellent shape and ready for the road. Will be doing business with them again!
Not only was Jeff friendly and super helpful he has the best beard in the building!
Easy experience. They had what I wanted at a great deal. Financing was really aggressive too! Didn't feel like a typical sales experience either. Made me feel like I was buying from someone I've known for years.
One Team Best Future
I went in and traded my bike in on a new 2017 ZX10R. Got a good deal working with Craig and Brian (which are class acts by the way). A tech made an honest mistake of breaking a body panel made of chineseium and they ordered in a new piece pronto and let me install it myself on the showroom floor. Only thing missing from my experience was free beer.
Craig was a big help even though the bike I wanted wasn't available any longer. His help with my choose was a great experience and help. He also made sure the bike was shining before I left highly recommend
Pro Caliber Vancouver had exactly the unit we were looking for & the sales team made our 4 hr drive there worth it. All our paperwork was ready when we got there & it was a quick simple process. Great purchase experience!
Bought a new Indian Chief Vintage motorcycle here. Love the bike! Sales associates answered all my questions. I was impressed with their knowledge of the product. The Parts department went out of their way to help me find the parts I wanted, and offered me substantial discounts. I highly recommend this dealership. They stand by the customer.
No sure what the point of ordering parts from a local shop when it s been 5 days now and no ones called me .so much for buying local . Should have just ordered off line and shipped to house I would have had them by now ! What a joke I ve even called to check and still nothing
We had a easy and hassle free buying experience. Thanks Jake
If you want to be ripped off and waste money go to Pro Caliber Motorsports.
The parts department has a very small inventory and the hold music is extremely annoying.
Thanks again Pro Caliber Vancouver, second bike in 3 years and a great experience that I can alway expect. Special thanks to Craig, Jeff, and the finance king for all your help!
The sales department was nice and knowledgeable was an overall pleasurable experience.
Devin Dyer was very helpful getting our crew set up with their first bikes. We appreciate it.
Just picked up a brand new Can Am Outlander 1000 from these guys. Great service, knowledge staff and they made me comfortable while I had to wait
No hassles in and out in about an hour! They were Great to work with. Thanks again Pro Caliber
Go somewhere else. They have attitudes towards the customer. Sales and service. Im never going back
Jeff was so easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to up sale us at all. We deffenitly will go back!
A very positive experience. They gave me everything I asked for. Always like to shop local whenever I can and these guys rose to the occasion to earn my business.
My experience at pro caliber was very knowledgeable and enjoyed buying a new side-by-side Devon was very helpful
DO NOT COME HERE FOR THEIR OVER PRICED TIRES!!!! Found the same tires online for almost 40 dollars less on four websites and was told "wow that's a good deal". Refused to price match. Only reason they received my business is due to needing the tire asap on my bike given its my main form of transport. Will not be coming back here again unless I have to. Note in response to procalibers reply: there were over 5 online retailers that sell probably 10 times the tires they sell. I purchased a very popular tire that would not be sitting in storage for a period of time due to the sheer volume sold.
The staff there was awesome. I showed interest in a certain bike and Devin was able to help me get my purchase less than 2 hours.
Good selection, friendly staff, prices about equal to other places I checked, and they even stood by the quote when they accidentally quoted me a lower price than the sales guy was supposed to. Honesty! Cool new sales tactic!
An amazing dealership. Friendly and helpful. As the wife and I were driving through to Seattle we stoped in and found an amazing deal on a 2017 RR1000S. Thank you Karen and Justin.
The inventory they have is amazing
Hello! My name is Anthony! I recently purchased and 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 650 with ABS! I am enjoying the bike EVERY SECOND! When I walked in I looked at a couple of bikes and some sales men walked by. Didn't say much I mad direct eye contact with a couple and they continued to walk away and sat at their computers. So o walked over to the BMW motorrad section and I was immediately prompted by Karen! After discussing what i was looking for we decided that the ninja would be perfect! Because of the speedy service from Karen I really appreciated everything she had done for me that day! I highly recommend talking to Karen when more people check this place out! She always sits in the BMW section!
We bought a Yamaha SCR 950 motorcycle from Jeff. He was a pleasure to work with. He was experienced and knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Will highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a motorcycle or atv. Thanks, David and Londa Grenz
Miles Mueller, from the parts department, went absolutely above and beyond! Customer service was spectacular. He listened very well, was knowledgable, and solved all our problems intelligently and quickly. Pro Caliber will now be my first stop for all my sporty toys!
Very pleased with the help that they provided good place to go I recommend thank you
