I highly recommend Pro Caliber Motorsports in Vancouver. I was looking to buy a new Indian motorcycle for quite sometime and having looked around the country for an Indian dealer.. I chose Pro Caliber. From my first email and phone call to the final purchase... the guys at Pro Caliber were true pros, and were there all along the way to answer my questions and make the buying experience easy and enjoyable. I got a great deal on the exact bike I wanted and couldn t be more pleased with my purchase . A special thanks to Braden .. their great sales professional who was there for me from my first call until the day I signed the papers on my new bike. I can t say enough about Braden s knowledge and professionalism.. he was there to answer all my questions and guide me through the whole process until the day I rode out on my new Indian. When you go to Pro Caliber .. ask for Braden .. it will be a great experience. Kudos to the guys in the finance department as well ... I got a great deal and the buying process was easy and enjoyable.... Thanks Pro Caliber !
I followed covid-19 rules called a salesman at procaliber Friday around 1 pm told him what I wanted and he told to start the financing online. I did this called him back within 15 minutes and he told me he would finish and get back to me. He never did. I called the next and he told me he hadn't had to to get my request in because they were to busy. This means they were catering to individuals who should have called in like I did. I did not get my financing until the following Wednesday and was told again how busy they were and they had sold 100 plus units over the weekend which I should have picked up my two bike purchase on. Instead I had to wait a week for trying to do the responsible thing and follow the stay home orders . Thanks procaliber for living up to your slow- caliber nick name.
Went by Pro Caliber Vanc. last week. Could not get a straight answers in regards to prices from anyone. Was just floored with the horrible attitude and just lack of character from our sales rep. Sales techniques are questionable and I was very hesitant to purchase anything with such a horrendous first time experience. Reminded me of a used car dealership back in the day, was just pushed around.
All I know is that I just walked out of here with my 7k still in my pocket because I was ignored for the last half hour and all I wanted was a new wr.......All you had to do was help me.
Going to ptown tomorrow and I'll bet they help me.
Must be the long hair or the fact that I'm dirty from working a real job all day......don't know......but its too bad.
Great Experience purchasing my bike! Norm was awesome. The delivery to the Bend store was a bonus and made the decision to buy from Pro Caliber easy.
When they screw up a service, they take a verrrry long time to make it right. 1 week and waiting. I will post again about this. 3/27/18
My son is really happy and Seller man is very friendly
Bought my zx10r from here great place, the sales men could be a bit more truthful....honesty goes a long way guys
Jeff was extremely pleasant and helpful with my experience purchasing a bike for myself and my father. Everything went smoothly and he even introduced me to get some riding gear. Staff was extremely helpful and we had a great experience with our purchases. We will be making more purchases from this establishment in the future.
Why can't they hire compitant people in their parts department
Great customer service and new hard to beat prices! Very pleased with the purchase of my new KX250f! Would definitely reccomend.
Pretty awesome experience. Big thanks to Mike for getting me a good deal!
Mike helped me look at quads for my grandparents. He was a huge help
Bought a new BMW from Pro Caliber. My sales person was Karen Livingston. She was helpful, responsive, and worked a fair deal with me. I had a number of time sensitive issues so I could have the bike ready to go on a tour and she skillful got parts and service coordinated to make that happen. All in all a good experience and a dealer I would recommend.
Let me start by saying that before purchasing my motorcycle from Pro Caliber I visited about 4 other shops. I had a rough idea of what bike I was looking for but hadn't made up my mind 100% quite yet. That all changed when I visited Pro Caliber, the place is clean, and very welcoming. Right out the gate I was greeted by Jason and asked if I needed anything. I told him I was looking into buying a new bike. And let me tell you, I am quite happy that I decided to stop at Pro Caliber that day. Jason knew just about every answer I had and could have ever asked. Which is was I want to see in the salesmen helping me decide what to invest thousands of dollars into. He knew and walked me through everything on every bike I was curious about. I eventually decided on a 2013 ZX636. And the big thing for me is that I had found the same bike at another shop for nearly $1000 cheaper, but I had absolutely no hesitation or problem with paying a grand to receive the kind of customer satisfaction that Jason gave to me that day. And it didn't stop after I had decided. Through the entire purchase process Jason was right there along side with the rest of the team. I tell you, 10 minutes into this thing I had completely forgotten that he was a salesmen, I saw him as a friend helping a friend buy a bike. And that was what made me end up purchasing from Pro Caliber instead of any other location. And solely due to Jason I will be returning later this year to purchase my wife a bike through Jason. And referring all of my friends to this location as well. I don't plan on ever going anywhere else. If you are hesitant on where to go or don't know as much as you would like to, I highly recommend stopping by at this location and asking for Jason, (I'm sure the rest of the team is awesome but I dealt mostly with Jason and for all I care/know, he's the best). You won't regret it.
Fantastic customer service compared to other shops I've been. Worth the drive from Portland. Have bought 2 ATV's and felt well taken care of with a competitive price. Made the process painless and easy, fun to work with. Highly recommend for any toy they carry.
Through a code on the Polaris Slingshot. I had to find out what it was, turned out that if you leave the key turned for a few minutes it'll shut off the power steering to save power. Just gotta turn off the key & back on & it goes away. I also had a seat recall to be checked, it wasn't 1 of the failed units on the seat welds. Good group of folks, friendly & fast (mostly, except this day). Thanks guys and girls.
We had visited a couple of days before and followed up with additional phone questions. Our salesperson, Jeff, was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable about the quads, polite, not push, and let him know we would be there at 5pm to look at a specific one. He called 10min before to confirm, had the Kawasaki waiting for a test drive when we arrived, and answered all of our questions. He helped facilitate a smooth sale and followed up the next day to ask if we had any additional questions. It was a great buying experience and look forward to being a repeat customer.
Everybody dreads "Sales People" at dealerships. The guys at Pro Caliber are the exception to this rule. These guys take the time to get to know you and treats you like family. Anywhere else in town the sales people just look at you like a meal ticket. As soon as they hear the "just looking" they vaporize. These guys hung around to answer questions and offer suggestions. They definitely won my business. I would buy from them again. Stop shopping around... go see these guys and find out what it is like to be taken care of as a valued customer.
Such an awesome experience Jeff went above and beyond for me in buying my sons dirt bike. Even called me a couple days later made sure everything was going ok with the bike and their were no concerns. Defiantly will be back and doing business with Jeff and pro caliber thanks again guys!
Over the last few weeks, Pro Caliber has gone above and beyond for me! I was in the market for a Ryker. I understand the Ryker is in high demand, but the Portland and Hillsboro Can-Am dealerships acted like they couldn't be bothered. Couldn't reach anyone on the phone, none of my multiple e-mails were answered, and I even took time to go into one of the dealerships just to be basically ignored (after I was unable to schedule an appointment due to no call back). My time is extremely valuable and I did not want to make the drive to Vancouver from deep SW Portland. I'm glad I did! I called Pro Caliber on a Tuesday to verify inventory and was riding home on my new Ryker Wednesday afternoon. Great purchasing experience with great follow-up by Craig. About a week later after riding a few miles, I decided on what accessories I wanted. Again, after getting the run-around about what's in stock at the in-town dealer (another case of calling to verify availability and showing up a few hours later to "oh, sorry... we JUST sold it.) I absolutely hate when my time is wasted. I again drove to Pro Caliber and made it 20 minutes prior to closing. They were awesome in making sure I got everything I needed and were patient when I changed my mind on a few things. The parts department still provided a discount from my previous Ryker purchase and made some adjustments so I received manufacture rebate (thanks Ashton!). They have earned all of my business, worth the drive.
Salesmen were laid back, not pushy and knowledgable about their product
Amazing service! Made my purchase stress free and easy. No BS with these guys! Great prices! So worth the drive from anywhere to get something from them! Truly second to none other! Will be back for more in the near future! I highly recommend you check them out before going anywhere else. I even in courage you to compare prices with other dealers. Go ahead try it. Don t take my word for it!
Got valve shims in stock, no line and good customer service.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that they were just a great group of people you could just relax and visit with. Thank you for your help with my bike. I love riding it with my family!
Went to pro caliber yesterday 30 mins before closing bought my son a new ttr 50cc from Eli. We did not feel rush Eli did amazing job in showing us how to put the training wheels on the bike even offer to put them on for free. Paper work got done from Jason who also was really nice and explain all the paper work.Thank you Eli for a great experience at pro caliber.
My first purchase from Pro Caliber was a very pleasant experience. Jake (the sales representative) was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well; and most importantly I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesman.. I definitely recommend Pro Caliber.
Evan
A great experience. They were straight forward and easy to work with.
Great staff, very friendly to a first buyer and new rider.
I bought my son a yz50 they made sure we were satisfied in every way very professional and courteous I'll definitely be back.
I buy four machines there
So far so good, big smile on the sales man
But when is time to repair under warranty there are really suck I m very disappointed 2 weeks and they can t not fix my stupid wheel I m mad and that s not all when you people buy a machine make sure take a pics if you not pick it up on the same day because they remove accessories if they are upgraded
So mad right now. They lost a costumer.
Spoke with a sales man named Craig.
He was very curtious or me and knowledgeable about the bike I was looking at.
Some things came up and I wasn't able to make a purchase. But I will go back to him when I am ready to buy.
Thank you for the fantastic experiance!
Had the best experience with Travis the sales manager and Mike McGuire
sales consultant extraordinaire. The process was so smooth and easy.
They treat you like family out there. In addition, Shawn in service is tops.
Knows more about Spyders than Can Am and is so willing to help. This is my second Spyder purchase from them and have serviced all 4 we have owned there. 30 miles to this dealership but wouldn't go anywhere else even thought there is another dealership 4 miles from my home.
Feels like its owned by a car dealer...called ahead to make sure a bike was in stock (it was). Only to find out upon arriving it was not assembled or on the floor. Bountiful selection and nicely merchandised otherwise.
Our experience at pro caliber has been very positive. Everytime we go in, everyone says hi and are very friendly. They are all knowledgeable in their products, which there is a ton of! We like that they have lots of options for bikes, water crafts and other vehicles. The parts employees and accessorie employees are always helpful and know just where to find what we need.
They are our go to and should be yours as well.
The selection of Motorcycles and ATV's is amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great place!
Amazing selection. If you haven't been in lately, you will be blown away.
Will never take our quads there again. I should've listened to our friends who warned me again this place. We have four quads and are about to buy another one. Took our Grizzly there that has 39 hours on it. The quad would not start so we used the wench on the quad to load it on our truck. Went to pick it up and it started up no problem but now the wench is broken. The only thing that was working isn't working and they say "It's been seized up for a while." I don't like being called a liar! We just used it to get it on the truck, how has it been seized up for a while? Just paid over $700.00 for a new carburetor and an inspection. Not giving them a penny more.
Lots of bike inventory. Fairly good selection of gear.
Was not impressed with BMW's service or professionalism. I made an appointment for 11:30 arrived 10 minutes early and stood at the service counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to help. Eventually one of the employees that was cleaning asked me if I needed help, they left to find someone another 5 minutes later, someone came out. They walked right past me as i stood at the counter, did something on the computer for 30-45 seconds, THEN asked "what do you need?" not "how can i help"? not "do you have an appointment?", or even a "good morning."
When i explained I have an appointment, not only did they seem surprised but an attitude of i am in the wrong place continued up until I mentioned the year and make of my bike, when a bit more professionalism was extended. Oddly during the input of my information, I was asked "are you ok?" wasn't really sure what to make of that since nothing had been said to me for a few minutes prior... almost felt like an olive branch for the previous lack of courtesy before. But this is just my impression. At the end of this exchange I let them know i would be waiting and had a seat.
Two hours later I went to get a status check on bike. Again i stood at the service counter for probably another 10-15 minutes time seems slower when no one is speaking to you yet constantly walking by... i had people come and drop off papers on the desk i was leaning on, others just ghost me as i stood watching them walk past me, and not a single BMW rep in sight. Eventually I went back to were i was waiting and called the front desk, and 5 minutes of being on hold and being transferred back to sales twice i hear that my bike is on it's final test ride and will be done shortly.
In my opinion that only good thing exceptional about my visit was meeting Shawn Smoak, the only person on the BMW team that was friendly and interested in my experience there, and honestly his web reviews were one of the reasons i made the investment on this bike. So Thanks again Shawn, i'd love to have you work on my bike again... but i don't think i'll be back to pro caliber BMW. 2 stars goes BMW on your behalf Mr Smoak.
Sidenote: the Indian guys are worth a shout out, they interacted with me, invited me to throw a leg over a few bikes, and were well staffed with 4-5 people on their service counter and a couple of sales guys that were friendly and chatted me up a bit. Shame, i was looking at a Chieftain prior to my BMW purchase, might have had a better experience at pro caliber if i did.
**update**
I reached out to Travis Richards and he informed me that he had spoken with staff and assured me that efforts are being made to correct such customer service issues. Which is a great start and I appreciate the effort! We (riders) are making a large investment in choosing to purchase a motorcycle and a little respect for the customer goes a long way in gaining trust not only in maintenance for our bikes but in feeling like an asset to your business and not just a body waiting at a counter. So Thank you Travis, and weather permitting i may take you up on that Chieftain test ride! Best!
It was a joy purchasing my new ATV from Jake! Outstanding customer service and Jake was so knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed. I ll definitely buy here and from Jake again!
The laziest parts department anywhere! If your not buying a new bike these guys could careless.
Good selection and great people!! Service was excellent and done in a timely manner.
I enjoyed the experience today at Pro Caliber. Eli was very knowledgeable and thorough and his PASSION for what he does absolutely showed. I also REALLY loved the experience with Justin- very engaging, not pushy and obviously cares for his clients.
I ordered a carb kit they said it Would be there in 2 to 3 days and I show up a week after I order it and they tell me They don't have it it's on back order. So now I'm not able to work on my bike this weekend they should have told me I would have ordered it off the Internet instead I'm highly disappointed in them
Excellent Customer Service and very knowledgable sales Representative, Jason Seekins put me at ease knowing he cares as much as I do on what I am looking for in a motorcycle!
They are nice and worked hard to get me on the bike I wanted. The dealers were fast to check to see if I needed assistance when I came into the shop. Only reason I didn't give 5 out of 5 was after buying the bike they gave me enough gas to go 20 mile not a full tank. I feel if you buy a vehicle a bike or car they can top off the tank.
This was the worst service EVER! If you have any other options go there instead! Other than getting the exact bike I was looking for at a good price. I had asked if they could get all the extras I'm talking over $3000.00 in parts and over $800.00 in labor ordered and installed on the bike in three weeks so I could fly up there to pick it up before summer was over and ride it home, this was the first of September 2018. The sales person said that shouldn't be an issue. Man was he wrong. They couldn't preform not even close. I'm not going to get into all the lame antics I went through. Let's just say my bike still wasn't done even when I finally had it picked up a week before Thanksgiving well after summer. by a trucking company out of my pocket. That wasn't cheap. (not by me riding it home) I received the bike the day before thanksgiving. At least they put the right bike on the truck. I filled out the survey from Honda Power sports that they sent me in October. I told them I still don't have it yet! ( A little salt for my wound) Even after telling them how bad it has been all I heard was crickets. If there is anyone reading this there was a couple of the guy's working on making this nightmare go away Matt in sales and Jack in parts but even they gave up in the end. So be sure you have your helmet on tight for this ride mine was definitely rough! If I knew it was going to be so bad from the start I probably would have walked away. Just so you know this bike is AWESOME!
Devin was extremely friendly and helpful during the purchasing process. Will be buying at pro caliber again
Let's just say I wish there were more places to order bike parts then pro caliber for my bike. Nothing pro happening at the parts department at this location. Disappointing at the least.
Great bike shop. Large, with a great selection and the best price on my rear bike tire .!!!
I went in to look at the bikes, and even though I didn t end up purchasing one I had a very memorable experience. Owen showed me around and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Owen! :)
I've been dealing with Pro Caliber since 2004, I've purchased many bikes from them and highly recommend them for their sales. In addition I have used them for my service on bikes, they are responsive, quick to get you in and get you back riding as soon as possible. Stop in and see them
This was my first experience buying a brand new motorcycle BMW R NineT Scrambler. The sales team were very friendly not pushy, if they didn't have an answer to my question they were prompt in finding the answer.
I was a little disappointed in their flexibility for options on the bike. The particular model I was looking at had some features already installed, most I would have wanted but in some cases I would have rather saved money on that particular option. They were willing to cut me a deal on the options that I wanted but I would still have to pay for the option already installed on the bike.
I would recommend this dealership due to the large variety of motocycles to look at and friendly staff. I will be bringing my business back for periodic services.
This place Rocks! How much do they rock? I drove 3 1/2 hours from Stanwood to seal the deal. And Jason Prasad is the man! I think I got help from just about everyone there from Justin Huff (General Sales Manager), Landon Merril (Business Manager), Brian Baker (Product Specialist) to Steve Schnitzer (General Manager). These guys will bend over backwards to help you out. After I had trouble getting my finances together for my first choice bike, at my request these guys found me another one that fit me, and my finances better. They even found financing for me, and I do have bad credit. I never once felt pressured by them, it was more like hangin' with the guys. and that's really what it is because these guys live motorcycles just like us. I will definitely be back. You're looking for a bike anyways, you might as well look at a store that has them all, and the knowledge, and experience to get it right for you. Ask for Jason, You won't be sorry. Thanks guys for all your help, Jason feel free to hit me and the boys up for a ride when you're up here.
Awesome service worked well on 2 atvs I bought Norman was a great salesperson and was patient with me as a customer, (picky) recommend them any day.
Eli and the finance manager went out of their way to make sure I was leaving with the right bike at the right price. They even worked with the insurance company to fix paperwork so I could leave with the bike same day.
On a side note the parts manager and his team is also top notch and fitted my up with all the appropriate riding gear at an affordable price. My favorite bike shop hands down!
Just bought my first side by side and the guys at pro caliber did a great job helping me pick the right one.
Beautiful store with lots of inventory. Sales staff is super friendly and non- pushy. Kendall answered all my questions and was super informative. I've purchased several bikes to include a peewee50. Looking at another quad if husband lets me.
I came to Pro Caliber to look at some motorcycles and see what's available. I'm new to bikes and wasn't sure what to look for. I was greeted by Jake who took the time to talk to me and explain the differences. And although i told him i wasn't going to buy anything right away he still took the time to help. I felt really good about everything leaving there and i will definitely be back to buy a bike. Pro Caliber has earned my business!
Jeff was awesome! He was helpful and very knowledgeable all all the bikes we looked at. Would recommend him to all of our friends and family members.
If in the area, this place has anything you could imagine in powersports. Great staff too.
Just purchased a used bike. Had a concern right away and took into the service department. They are taking care of the problem and taking care of me. Very pleased with the sales team and service department.
After standing in line behind the service counter today for about 10 minutes and not one person even acknowledged that I was standing there i walked out. At the very least someone should have said, I'll be right with you. I counted 6 people behind the counter and only 1 other person being helped. So I went down the road and got my 2 gallons of oil 2 oil filters and fork oil.
Richard(sales) and the Web Manger(forget his name) were awesomely deal with. The whole process was quick and I left knowing I got the best deal. This is the 3rd bike I have purchased in the last year from Pro Caliber. Thanks again!
I bought a Yamaha Scooter from Jason Seekins as my salesperson. He did an EXCELLENT job. PLEASE note this in your records. Thx!
horrible place.over priced. can order parts online for 50% what they want. will never buy parts there again.
The very helpful and friendly have been making sure I m ready and comfortable with the feel and prices of everything all the way from the gloves and gear to the bike itself. Every step of the way was about making sure I was good to go with the right set up not just some sale. I will be coming back regularly and look forward to my next visit.
Id rate 0 but not available
My brother brought his quad in on warranty, explained issues and concerns. They half assed half the work and now it is worse! They didnt listen. They didnt fix the problem he expressed. Multiple times he has had issues getting the work done right and every time...it still dont work. Now he is stuck in a loan for a quad he bought from them...and it dont work.
Craig was awesome! You could tell he really cared to make sure I got exactly what I needed for the best price. I would recommend him anytime!
Came in today looking to buy a bike and some gear. My husband and I walked the entire store looking and talking to each other. Not one single sales person approached us, not sure if anyone was working today. There were lots of people in offices or behind counters. We re new to riding and were really excited to get a bike and start out. Looks like they didn t want our money. Maybe I m new to this and have to ask to be helped. Buying a car was way easier, at least the sales people harass you. Even when walking in and out of the store there wasn t a single hi or have a great day . I read a review earlier where the lady went somewhere in Portland instead, looks like we ll be stopping by there now.
After two atrocious experiences at other powersports retailers I rediscovered Pro Caliber. Their sales team was inviting and professional. They will earn your business :)
I came in on a Sunday with money in my pocket for a new bike. After waiting for half an hour I finally got someone to talk to me just to have him tell me he was too busy to find me keys for a bike. Dont waste your time coming here. Poor service has ensured that I will happily drive farther to a smaller dealer to purchase my new bike.
Great team at Vancouver Pro Caliber. I always appreciate being treated like family. From Travis, Micheal, Gorden, Miles and now the new kid of sales Eli. Appreciate everything. Thats why I drive 2 and half hours to see you folks. Snowmobile and now a quad. Whats next? Thanks again Patrick
Had a great experience and they were very helpful and had very fair prices, I will buy from Procaliber again in the future and would advise anyone to check out Vancouver Procaliber before buying somewhere else you might be surprised how competitive they are. I would like to say a special thank you to Jennie and Justin for everything ( :
Craig at Procaliber was awesome. I explained what we were looking for as a family and he made it happen. By far the easiest and best experience I have had with a purchase of this size. Thank you very much
Awesome Staff , Jake gave me a killer deal on my first Cruiser.
The service was great. Owen took really good care of me.
Ok so this is the second bike I bought from Pro Caliber. The first experience was to be expected. Got a ok deal and I was on my way. This time around Pro Caliber went above and beyond. Me and my friend Ronald bought two bikes. Chris found awesome financing options for us both. And the real rock star was Mike Thyken. We ended up singing all the docs well past business hours. Both Chris and Mike were patient and willing to help. By the time we finished it was around 6:45pm. We both wanted to ride our bikes home, but we had cars at pro caliber. Mike stayed until 7:30pm so we could drop our cars off and make sure the bikes were there when we got back. It was awesome, and so above and beyond. I offer that level of Service to my clients and rarely receive that level of service in return. Not this time around. Keep up the great work. You have a awesome crew.
Great customer Service! Great Prices! Ask for Norm! He will take care of you!
Great company. Eli, my salesperson did everything that was necessary to get my trade, including delivering my new BMW 850. Thanks for a great experience
Fantastic group of people! I highly recommend Procaliber.
I've changed this review from two stars to five. I recently had a problem with a bike I purchased from them a few weeks ago. They quickly reached out to me regarding the issue and I'm very pleased with the way they handled it, so much so that last week I purchased another bike from them. I couldn't be happier with this shop and the many great employees I've had the pleasure of interacting with. As far as I'm concerned, this is the best shop around and I would definitely buy from them again.
