Went in twice. On second trip in I told them I was interested in buying two jet skis and trailer. I did not feel like they were interested in selling anything because I had to call salesperson and text several times with info on what I wanted. Each time he was going to call me back but never did. Finally went to SK Northwest in Portland and had the best experience. Walked out literally in an hour with two new skis and trailer.

Great atmosphere!!

Great atmosphere!!

I started by emailing Owen who is awesome! There was no pressure and he let me take my time as I can be a very picky and complicated customer. I had fun looking at all of the bikes and I found my dream bike the day after I came in and from there I was approved within the hour and next thing I knew I was riding my bike. Brian also was awesome as he made me feel excited and confident about my purchase. Brian and Owen got me a great deal, and made me feel very welcome, now I want more bikes!! All of the sales floor staff are friendly, and you can tell they too have a love for motorcycles. I would highly recommend everyone to go to Pro Caliber even just to look, as theres no pressure, and I mean kmon why not go look at the newest fastest things on two wheels.

On Sunday, I had a rear tire disintegrate on my BMW, I went to Pro Caliber and they were busy but stated they had a tech working. They worked me into the schedule and replaced my rear tire. Great customer service and even the General Manager came out and spoke with me. I will definitely give them a shot for service and other BMW needs. 5 stars.

COVID-19 Review: Clean & sparkling showroom, nice staff. This is especially important during the pandemic we are all experiencing. The perfect place in Vancouver to have yourself a gush over pretty motorcycles and quality related items.

We worked with Devin on a 2019 Kodiak, while there was an issue with the bike when we arrived Devin was able to get it fixed within minutes and we had the new bike and everything out the door fairly soon after. We could have purchased this bike local to where we live, but we are so glad we travelled a little further down the freeway to Vancouver. We were given top notch customer service from sales to service to finance. When we are ready to purchase again in the near future we know where we will be heading.

Had an awesome experience here buying my first dirt bike, a Yamaha TTR230. Daniel was amazing - took down my info when I first went in looking, called me a few days later when a bike came in, and made the whole process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend pro caliber and Daniel!

Worked with Jeff Hilker on the purchase of my MT07. Jeff was great to work with and exemplified great customer service. ProCaliber was also great to work with and very fair with their pricing. This was our second purchase and look forward to purchasing from Jeff and ProCaliber in the future.

Gordon is one of procalibers best salesmen!!! Not only did he find us the ride we want to spend all our time on but he made the finance process easy too. He is patient and friendly and we couldn t be happier.

Craig Bladow dialed everything in for my purchase. Highlighted important break-in information in my owners manual and tended to my every need. Parts department staff is friendly and helpful. Great to meet everyone, now if I had only remembered to grab a couple of oil filters. Guess that s a good reason to return. Thank you Pro Caliber.

I went into procaliber at least a dozen times before I decided which bike I was getting. The guys there were very helpful and insight on which bike would be best for me. Financing through them was a BREEZE! I was expecting to pay a lot but I got lucky and looking at a very reasonable rate. Love this place, highly recommend

Between the help with financing from Chris Hertz and the OUTSTANDING service Mike Thyken ensured we had by our side the entire visit, I would highly recommend shopping and purchasing at the Pro Caliber in Vancouver to any friend and family of mine!

Inreally want to highlight that Mike went above what's expected from a company that already has a good reputation for customer service and it truly felt sincere given the situation. Thanks Pro Cal for getting the job done right!

I own an '07 ninja 250. I wanted to install K&N pods and a jet kit but I knew nothing about carburetors. I wanted the job done right, so I let the professionals do it at Procaliber Motorsports in Vancouver, WA. After I got the bike back, in May 2008, it was obvious that it was not tuned correctly. It would die when full throttle was applied (which made pulling out in traffic a death wish) and surge, hesitate, and sputter at cruising speeds. I took it back in the next day and suggested that perhaps they didn't tune the bike correctly. Without even looking at the bike, they said quote: "Sometimes bikes don't run good when you put aftermarket parts on it". Contrary to popular belief, I thought aftermarket parts were intended to make your bike run BETTER. They promised me that they tune every bike to it's best performance with every jet kit they install. So instead of tuning my bike correctly like their guarantee promises, they talked me in to thinking that riding a poorly tuned bike is okay. So much for getting the job done right by letting the professionals do it.

I didn't want to deal with their service department anymore so I decided to teach myself how carburetors work and fix it myself. After days of studying how the different circuits of the carburetor work, trial and error, and tearing the carbs apart several times, I got the bike running great by adjusting the E-clip down two notches. Now it runs like a dream and I have proven that the service department was incorrect.

In September, I went back into the service department with my story asking for a partial refund, but they only guarantee their work for 30 days. Even though I went back in the next day to try and take advantage of their guarantee, they turned me away instead of backing their guarantee. I still want my partial refund because I had to re-do the job I paid them to do.

I went into pro Caliber the other day and a Employee named Owen was such a great help! He treated me like a human being instead of some type of salesman, had a great experience many laughs and was able to guide me to the right direction.

I just bought a new yz250f.... The bearded man was amazing. He deserves every star. As well as the new guy too. Thay both made me and my family feel welcome and comfortable. He was knowledgable about what I needed for my riding style and what I want to do.. I would highly recommend pro caliber Vancouver to any one.

Picked up a Indian Springfield Dark Horse. Both of the sales guys we talked with were awesome(Norm and Gordon). Paperwork took a little longer than we had planned, but Norm stuck around after close and made sure the accessories we wanted were on the bike and got us out the door on the bike we wanted. I hate buying vehicles, but would definitely come back here for another Indian.

I had a great experience with Jeff Hilker--especially as a novice biker not all too confident in my abilities. He pointed out which bikes would likely work best for my level and still allow me to somewhat keep up with my husband in his need for speed (ultimately purchased a 2014 HONDA CTX - 700N with a little over 2k miles on it). Jeff went out of his way to make sure the bike was a good fit and comfortable for me, especially since it was in the middle of a rather large Indian celebration weekend so much of the staff and energy at Pro Caliber was being directed elsewhere in the building.

The only reason I did not give this 5 stars was that it did take a LONG time (hours) to get the paperwork filled out and completed for purchase which I thought was odd since I was paying in full, in cash and so I thought it should not be as complicated compared to buying via financing. They did call me promptly a few days later to let me know the plates were in.

Everyone was very friendly, engaging, and helpful--from the service desks to the sales team.

Just purchased a 2018 BMW 1200 GSA from Vancouver location of Pro Calber. Could not be happier with the whole process. Michael Thyken my salesman was extremely helpful and accommodating. He worked very hard to get me a great deal. This is my second new bike I have bought from this dealership. Would highly recommend them to anybody.

Pro Caliber was kickass. They helped me find the bike I wanted, were super friendly and inclusive. After I picked the bike, they took care of everything getting me ready to go.

I'd definitely return for another and recommend you do the same.

Poor service, continuously ignored at the parts counter this is after I called to see if they had the part, and was left on hold for 15 minutes while the guy was "looking up the part". I understand summertime is a busy season but I have never experienced such poor service at any of the other dealers in town. They wonder why the internet is taking a chunk out of their business, management needs to look at their service.

I reached out to Pro Caliber remotely via their website and was promptly contacted by Craig. He worked with me by phone to provide a quote for the bike I was interested in and get everything ready for when I was able to visit their physical location in Vancouver. Upon arrival, Craig had everything ready to go which made the sale as seamless as a sale could be.

He was able to set me up with a brand new bike at an affordable price. All in all it was a very good experience and I m very happy with my purchase. Thanks Jake!

Excellent customer service Dustin was knowledgeable and able to answer almost all of my questions. Only reason for 4 stars is they dealership does not allow test rides on sport bikes. Aside from that it is a great place to buy a bike.

This is the nicest power sports shop in the Portland/Vancouver area. Worked with Matt Reynolds on a purchase, he and Pro Caliber are stand-up honest people. They have certainly won my loyalty and business. Can't say enough good things about them. I can not say the same for the competition in Portland. Worth the drive to Vancouver.

Also, they have a huge selection of not only vehicles but also accessories.

Love these guys! Just did a track day at the Ridge and needed help with my Arai helmet and some other gear. The guy there from Pro Caliber was super helpful and spent almost 30 minutes helping me fix my gear for free. Excellent service and really nice guys. Would highly recommend doing business with them

Tried calling 12+ times to see if they had a part for my bike, got the vm everytime. Drove 30 min to find out they dont carry it. Bought a part a couple weeks ago that they tried charging $20 more because of going in than their online price, they did end up charging me the online price after a bit of a fight. I wouldnt waste your time with them. You can find parts cheaper elsewhere and save a lot of time.

This dealership is more about quantity than quality you don t feel valued as a customer they make you feel like a number they get the sale and on to the next no negotiating a 10% discount on product doesn t even cover sales tax when you live in Oregon. If supplies where not so limited would of for sure gone somewhere else.

This is one of the best dealers I have ever been to! I was looking for that new kawi ZX-6R, the 9,999 deal. They had exactly the bike I wanted in trim and color. Brian worked his magic and found a good payment for myself. and a great interstate, even thou my credit was sub par (low-low 600) then I met Miles in Parts, Him along with other parts guys knew so much off top of there head. Was great knowing I was buying from guys who would ride! A great place to buy and have your bike/quad/side by side serviced!!

I bought a wave runner here and had the worst experience I have ever had. This place is a circus! No one there knows how to do there job. Customer service sucks. It took them 3 weeks to close the deal with me because they kept losing my paper work. No follow up at all from them as I had to initiate all communication about the deal. All they could do was apologize for how piss poor there service was. DO NOT GO HERE AND BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT! I would give them -5 stars if I could.

Will never go here again, came 600 miles one way to buy a sled, just to find out it was wrecked and wasn't repaired right, and also while it was waiting for me, extra 20 hours were put on it. I can't believe such place could do such horrible thing..

Pro Caliber has the largest selection of on & offroad vehicles. From the moment i walked into their showroom i felt welcome and was greeted by a curtious staff that helped me find exactly what i was looking for at a fair price. They have certainly earned my trust and business !

Avoid the service department at all costs. The buying experience is decent, but they've lost my business for good. The last two times I've had service on my Waverunner and my FJR1300ES they've straight out lied to my face. The Waverunner service I was promised the service to be completed by the weekend, which was the first hot weekend this year. I called on a Friday and asked the status and the guy on the phone told me it was done, but was on a tender to charge the battery, but I was good to go by the next morning. He even put me on hold to double check with the tech regarding my issues with the cruise control. The next day I show up and I'm informed they haven't even started the service, they didn't place the battery on a tender, and that my battery would need replaced.
Then I bought my FJR1300ES. With a little over a 1,000 miles on it, being under full factory warranty, and having the extended YES warranty, the check engine light came on. The diagnosis was a kick stand switch malfunctioned which caused the check engine light to come on. I later heard from Yamaha the reason was a known issue that causes the check engine light to come on when the ignition key isn't turned quick enough. The only real work completed was a diagnosis and a code reset which likely took no more than 5 minutes. Pro Caliber then tried to charge me $150.00 for the diagnosis and said it wasn't covered under the warranty. I called Yamaha and they indicated that it was covered, and that they would work with the dealer to take care of the issue. Instead of admitting the error, Pro Caliber lied again, and said they were taking care of it, when in fact Yamaha was taking care of it under the warranty. I suspect the diagnosis fees Yamaha pays Pro Caliber will be far less than the 150.00 they wanted to charge me for an alleged 1.5 hour job. This service department is a joke and they've lost all of my business for good.

Brayden was beyond amazing, I called to ask some questions about a bike and the financing and he was prompt and told me exactly what to do. He communicated and talked us through the whole process and when we met up with him at Pro Caliber nothing had changed he helped us out and was very patient with us, explained everything in detail and we walked out with a new bike in about an hour. Even signing papers the guy was awesome (sorry forgot his name). Very pleased! Thank you guys!

I had a Great buying experience with pro caliber. The overall process was easy and fast. I Was able to work out a good deal with Jake with out even having to come in. When I arrived I was checked on by multiple staff members but they weren't overly pushy like many sales people. Jake made sure that everything would work out with my trailer. The unit I bought was clean and ready to go when I arrived the next day. I worked with Brian in finance. It was easy and what I was expecting in monthly payment. He was able to find me a percentage I wasnt even expecting! The staff has a good knowledge of the units and are enthusiastic about the products they sell. I also worked with the parts department and they were attentive and hooked me up with the assesories that I wanted. I would not hesitate to buy from from pro caliber again and I will have my x3 serviced here in the future.

They also have a ton of inventory to browse (vehicles and assesories) and a really nice showroom.

It was a Great experience buying a motorcycle with Pro Caliber. The staff were professional, kind and quick with the buying process. Some things I would have appreciated would be some water and a place to sit while waiting. Overall it was a nice store.

Love pro caliber best customer service of all the bike shops and I've been to a lot of them from Bellevue to Portland and most have horrible customer service. I came from Puyallup (140 miles away) just to buy from them and I'd do it again!!
