Everyone we came in contact with was professional and courteous. Our salesman Mark McGill was super helpful and patient as we waded through the seemingly endless ATV options. He started by asking relevant questions about how we wanted to use the units and was very forthright about what would and wouldn't serve us well. And he made it fun! He could answer technical as well as practical questions that helped us narrow the field.
He and Justin Huff were great communicators every step of the way. When we finalized our purchase Mark took us to each department and introduced us to the managers to start us off on the right foot for building good relationships.
Start to finish, an excellent experience. And their inventory is massive. That also really helped us to compare between makers and models.

Awesome experience. I just bought a new dirt bike from Jake M and the whole process was super easy. He beat everybody on price and had the paperwork ready to go right away. The finance guy Brian was also great and gave his honest opinions when I needed it deciding options. I ll be back.

I recently purchased a Can-Am Commander 1000 XT from PCM, and the customer service and follow up was outstanding. I was in and out very quickly, but did not feel rushed or pressured. They have a huge selection of just about any toy you can think of, both used and new. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for a recreational vehicle.

I just wanted to post on here and tell everyone about my unique experience at Pro Caliber Motorsports in Vancouver, WA. Every time I have been in the store, the sales staff is wonderful. Always willing to help without the usual high pressure sales experience. The last trip, however, made me see exactly what kind of people they employ. I was greeted by, what I assumed was another salesman, and he was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. As it turns out, he was the Business Manager! Landon, thank you for dissolving the typical sit in the office manager impression that I normally get from a power-sport sales department, and to the rest of the sales staff, keep up the good work! When the time comes to finally make my purchase, Pro Caliber Vancouver will be the place I go!

Pro-Caliber? Now there's a contradiction in terms. I discovered a motorcyle I was interested in for sale at this fine establishment. Considering I live on the Canadian border, I called to check on its availability - the day prior to my trek, and towards the end of my six hour drive. I was told multiple times that it was for sale and ready for a test ride. Upon my arrival, and to my chagrin, I discovered that the motorcycle had a big "sold" sign on it. No words, or amount of reviews, can convey the complete ineptitude of this business. It was even gloated to me prior to my arrival that "we're the biggest motorcycle dealership in the Northwest." - indeed, the biggest waste of time. Appalled doesn't even begin to define it.
President Trump should expand his plans and erect a wall around this place, too.
was in there for about 20 minutes or so with the intentions of purchasing a seadoo. Could not find a sales rep and no one greeted me. I left without a single person talking to me.
Love going to look at bikes. Staff is friendly and usually don't harass too much.

The place is great good deals and everything I really just do not like the people there and they lie just so you spend more money there I mean I understand everyone needs to get more business in but lying isn't really the best way to do it all the sales people talk everything up just so you can buy it like for example this is my favorite one I went in to buy some chain lube for my quad the sales guy literally said it's the best product on Earth

Extreamly poor customer service. Rude service advisers. Would not recomened the orchards procaliber to anyone for service or a machine purchase. I bought a gsxr used from them. The salesman told me it had a full 150 point inspection. I didnt even get it home before the rear brakes started squeaking and it started overheating. Service advisor was incredibly rude and told me they were 2 weeks out before they could inspect the bike i just spent six thousand dollars on that was suppose to be road worthy when i bought it.

Apparently ProCaliber is working hard to reform their image from the past 5+ years. I went in to attend Yamaha Demo Days and ride several bikes I was interested in. I did not plan to buy from ProCaliber due to my previous interactions. However, I decided to at least see if they would at least be interested in earning my business. Wow. Complete turnaround of attitudes of the parts department and top to bottom customer service attention of the sales guy (Kendall). I hope this trend continues, as they are one of a handful of shops in the Vancouver area, and good customer service, will go a long way towards them becoming the "go to" shop/store. Was so happy with the level of customer service, I bought a new FJ-09 from them.
This store sold a motorcycle to my step dad, the first day he took the bike out, the bike started wobbling, he lost control, and he was killed.
The inspection of the bike identified the tires were 23 years old at the time.
I called the store and ask them to buy the bike back and they replied that they could not sell a motorcycle of that model.
My point, they sold a motorcycle with 23 year old tires and a man died.
Don t do business with douche bags.

This is based off how the experience with the salesman and parts people were. First off, Rees was awesome, made every effort to make this purchasing experience as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a sled to talk to him because even if he didn't know the answer, he would rush to find the answer. Cooper in the parts department was excellent as well. He was very knowledgeable with the new sleds, and was able to make it a better experience in regards to getting spare parts and appareal. If it weren't for those two men doing their jobs as best as they could, I would not have went through with this purchase because my experience with the sales manager Jerry was not as good as I had hoped.

Came in on Saturday with a few trades That my fiance and I didn't particularly like and ended up leaving with a brand new 2017 Yamaha R3 and I'm very pleased with my purchase! We Worked with MIKE THYKEN and he did a great job taking care of us, being flexible, patient and very personable. We had one issue that almost had us leaving without my new bike but these folks took care of us and We really appreciate the efforts of the crew at procaliber. We were introduced to others who we might work with in the future, and everyone was very professional, helpful and friendly.

Overall great experience! After an initial misunderstanding about taking my trade-ins (following a 2 hour drive), I was pretty bummed out. As a result - and with some great advocacy from my salesperson Jake - they gave me a terrific deal on 2 Waverunners, and more than made up for my displeasure! All in all, I appreciate them working with me to find a great solution and thus I d recommend them - and specifically encourage you to work with Jake to put your deal together.

Customer service is FAR below par here. I came in to purchase a bike that was listed on their website, and two of the salesman had the nerve to argue that the website price was for a different bike that already sold. IF I had been wrong, it still doesn't excuse that kind of sales attitude. I was in fact correct, and they eventually honored their price.
As with most salesman, they promised more than they were able to deliver. A new Battery was promised (but not written into the contract), and I recieved a free overnight charge instead.
When I came in to pick up the bike (after calling ahead to ensure it was all ready to go), I had to wait an hour while they:
1) Attempted to find our (rather rudely) who I was, and which bike I had bought
2) Where the bike actually was
3) Once found, they had to complete the battery install that had not happened yet (as they had pulled the battery to charge it)
I'm absolutely loving the bike I purchased, and I'm happy with the price I paid. However, I will not be going back to these guys for ANYTHING; and I recommend those who are looking to purchase and/or repair that they look elsewhere.

Both Matt and Zane went above and beyond our expectations. Matt was not your typical sales guy, never pushy and always available to answer questions. When i loaded my new RZR on the trailer I discovered a low tire. Zane was right there to take it off the trailer and put a new valve stem in it. He didn't have to do that but he was happy to help.

A month ago purchased a Xtreme battery, added the acid and trickle charged for 12 hrs. The battery worked perfect for 5 times on start-up, after that the cranking Amp where not sufficient to start the ATV. When investigating the problem started looking at the container the battery came from. Realized the bar code was a sticker, the original was covered over. The original number was also covered over on two other places on the box. Will be going in to Question, and wonder why different stickers are placed over a product since these are thing that safe guard consumers.

Wish I could give a zero star rating. This place has the worst customer service of any store I have been to. Trying to get help from a sales person is impossible.
The only reason I m giving this place three stars is because they have a huge selection and are convenient, being relatively closely located to where I live. I had my bike worked on a couple of years ago and had a couple of pretty decent experiences.
First off, my husband went in there a couple of weeks ago (crazily excited to be possibly purchasing a new motorcycle) to look at a Honda Gold wing and came home beside himself with disappointment. He reported to me that he waited around for over 30 minutes to get service while a collection of employees stood around having social hour, leaving him to walk out in frustration, never getting the opportunity to check out and possibly purchase the bike he had intended to buy that day.
I thought that was so strange but since they had worked on my bike before, I gave them a call to get on their schedule to have my bike serviced and the brakes looked at. The gentleman who answere the phone seemed very disinterested to talk to me and didn t pay attention while I had to spell my name for him three times. Once he finally found my bike in their system (which I had to suggest he do, as he never asked me to begin with) her explained to me with much attitude that it would take a long time for them to complete the service as they are no longer a Suzuki dealer. The level of attitude and contempt in his voice led me to ask if he didn t want to work on my bike. In between sighs, he stated that it wasn t that he didn t want to work on my bike but it would just take a really long time for them to get parts for it since they would have to order them and it would just be really difficult.
Considering I barely ride the bike and never in the rain, the time commitment wasn t an issue for me but his attitude most certainly was. I informed him I would be taking my bike elsewhere and ended the conversation.
This is really disappointing as Procaliber has a great selection and now I have to find another shop I trust. My husband and I are planning on buying a 2019 Honda Goldwing this year but we will not be buying it here.
They always seem to feel good get what I need or they have what I need in stock counter People's seem to be very knowledgeable

We bought two quads form Pro Caliber over the phone, we live 3 hours away. The salesmen we dealt with were great, quads were ready to go when we got there to pick them up and the financing paperwork went smoothly. We had no problems and would go back to Pro Caliber again.
