Overall great experience! After an initial misunderstanding about taking my trade-ins (following a 2 hour drive), I was pretty bummed out. As a result - and with some great advocacy from my salesperson Jake - they gave me a terrific deal on 2 Waverunners, and more than made up for my displeasure!
