I went there early for my daughter on a Saturday morning. I was delighted with the service of the team and my meeting in general. Since then, all the members of the family have registered and I remain completely satisfied. Yes, there were a few small failures during their change of system but having experienced this also at my work, I experienced much worse. Now their online patient portal and appointment scheduling work very well and I have no complaints.

I had a visit to this clinic right before Christmas. I've failed to find any "government" walk-in clinic in Brossard and was advised to call Privamed. I don't have a membership in this clinic but since the reason for the visit was not a chronical condition and didn't require a follow-up, they've agreed to give me an appointment on the same day. A receptionist charged money by phone from my credit card to secure an appointment and test. And the exam was supposed to be done by a nurse practitioner. All this info was provided upon a phone conversation. For my case, it was a perfect solution because I really needed a prescription of antibiotic what was confirmed in the exam and by test. NP gave me prescription and off I went. Overall it cost me about $80 if I am not mistaking. If you really need quick and good service, just call them and ask if they can take you. For my situation, it was a great relief and help. And I was very happy to find them at the moment I needed medical help the most.

Very expensive and with a large turnover of doctors. They don't take the time to read specialist reports. Go there as a last resort.

Thanks to the patients who took time to write reviews of their experiences with this clinic. I was looking into finding a private clinic since our public health care system has failed to provide sufficient and efficient service to taxpayers. A word to the clinic staff; the unsatisfied reviews are not the only reason that you will loose clients, but certainly your responds to your patients unhappiness would be enough to scare away a new client.

Very disappointed with the service. I went on January 30 because I had a sore throat fever. The diagnosis was viral, nothing to do, it will happen alone.I paid the $ 125 reassuring me that it was nothing serious. This morning 3 days later I have a runny nose, hurt my lungs so I call for another RV because it does not pass, and I have to pay another $ 125 to consult. I was better served by the private clinic Curaprime, I went back in the same week once for the same situation and they did not charge for the 2nd consultation. They are more focused on making money than our well being.

Probably it was a good clinic in 2016 - I have been with them since 2013 - but this is no longer the case. Since 2017 this boat has only been sinking. The change in the computer system - badly managed - has affected patients enormously. Their portal does not work either and they know it (and since the spring 2017). If you have a serious or chronic illness, this is not the right place. They just think about cash, not patients. My doctor asked me to see one of his colleagues for a particular procedure - because he / she was unable to do it - so I took an appointment and his colleague after five minutes m just said: "Why does he / she send you to see me? It's a bad diagnosis" and the appointment was over but they still charged me with the appointment. Why don't they talk to each other before first? The doctor does not put the results of your blood tests on the portal without seeing you first. Even for a blood test just for cholesterol they charge you 80CAD for access. What works well on the other hand is 1. the speed to get the rv and 2. the waiting time. But the clinic needs love and better management in order to become what it was before.

Good if you do not want to waste your time on the public. Quick appointments. Not all the doctors in the clinic are so attentive, but it's better than the public. (Mine is very nice anyway) A little expensive in my opinion. We pay to save time. Online appointment appointment appreciated. They help us find appointments with specialists.

At the entrance the lady was very kind and smiling. The doctor was remarkably kind, delicate in listening, efficient he knows how to relax the atmosphere, this doctor is Dr. Alipour for my part I have never seen such a doctor and I hope that he will always be the one to take care of me if possible in the future. This clinic is ok if you have a sore throat, but if you have anything more serious I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Administrative processes don't work and doctor doesn't answer the requests. Service is poor. It is a shame that I already paid the annual fee.

Charged me for a year membership when I only wanted to make a single appointment, when I called them to try and cancel it but they claimed there's nothing they could do and it's in the fine print Shame because the doctor was helpful but I'm paying around $400 for a 1hour visit. Total ripoff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The doctor was at a loss to do basic diagnosis for my wife and at one point said I don't know your wife, if you think something is wrong then go to emergency. He also didn't have the software to read an X-ray and said he'll have to contact the radiologist, because reading an X-ray is not my job. We got a blood test done and 72 hours later are still waiting on the doctor to review and share the results. It was horrifying to be across a medical professional so incompetent and unprofessional, I have seen all kinds of doctors and this is the worst I have seen.

My beautiful mother is an emergency in Privamed thinking to receive a service worthy of a private clique, result she still waiting for the results after 3 months! Veronique the manager offers a mediocre service.

My doctor decided to join this clinic. Maybe it's better for her administration but not for clients. I used to be able to take my next annual checkup as I paid for the previous one. Not anymore. I cannot take it until the doctor's scheduled is entered in the system which is only one month ahead. Same for any other appointment. No improvement there. And nowhere it is written when you access the system. It would be an easy thing to add a notice on the appointment screen or a 'crawler' at the bottom of screen that you cannot access a doctor's schedule more than a month ahead. Now with Covid19, you cannot take an appointment online at all, you have to call. Again it is nowhere to be seen.What is the purpose of all this website for the client if it cannot facilitate the clients' interaction with the doctor and clinic? No this website is probably very good for the doctor and administrative personnel. I love my doctor but for the first time in over 30 years I am thinking of changing practicioner. They should take Biron Labs & Imagix as an example of 5-star clients'services.

My doctor at Privamed is at the Boucherville clinic but the 2 times I had to consult at the Brossard clinic (including once on Saturday), I found the same service and I was very satisfied with my visit.

Poor communication, very slow process in obtaining results compared to other private clinics in Montreal. I had to call twice a day to follow-up, initially I was informed that lab/blood tests will be available in 3 days.. Never happened... Hard to reach the doctor despite multiple notes left for him. Further, the doctor called me to inform me one critical test results were wrong and they need to redo, when I followed up they informed me that thr doctor did not leave a note for redoing the test.Not recommended clinic..

I have been paying an annual subscription to this place for two years. Always satisfied with the speed to have access to a doctor, except since their website restructuring ... I have the impression to call the government so much I spend time hearing classical music while I try to take appointment by phone !! Three days in a row with more than 7 minutes of waiting without answers. Having to travel to make an appointment when I highly doubt that the receptionists are overflowing is incomprehensible to me. Very disappointing.

I introduce myself for an ankle sprain, so I'm going to make radios. More than a WEEK LATER, they tell me it's broken. Tracking records more than mediocre.

Experienced doctors, with several branches I've been there myself for several years. Here they take the time to listen to you to find out what is wrong with very fast meetings.

The service is fast however you'll pay the administration fee and the fee for the visit and they don't diagnose you! I went in with pain in my bladder so paid almost 500 for fees and lab work and still don't know what's wrong! So no wait time but not a good service if you want to feel taken care of and have your issues resolved go to cardiogenics I switched because the privamed was closer, 500$ mistake and some of reception staff is rude! When my tests came back negative I asked so then what is wrong, the response "don't know come pay for another visit!"

Service wise impeccable and efficient. BUT they conviently forget to tell you that you have to pay for every analysis that is done. Was quite a shock to receive a bill from Biron, thankfully it was not high and i have insurance but it would be nice for them to mention it!!!

Where to start ? So many beautiful things to say. First, this clinic saved my life two years ago. I returned 1 year ago still the same good service. I returned last week still as good and the quality is present. Dr. Toledano is so competent and professional! I really recommend this clinic x1000000 it is really worth paying for this exceptional service and it also saves time. A big thank you

I highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Laurent Cossette. Very professional, empathic and extremely competent. He really takes the time to listen to our needs. He is clearly very passionate about medicine and it is obvious that for him it is not a job, but a vocation!

There was some misunderstanding in the beginning about the membership charge. But at least they made some efforts to fix it at the end.

First experience at a private clinic (2 visits). Reception service not very successful, for the price honestly I expected a beautiful smile but good. As for the doctor I consulted, not super competent or lack of experience. Clinic of Brossard not recommended.

I have seen two doctors in this clinic, both of which have been a great help. I find them caring. They take the time to listen and follow through.

I intentionally went to private medical care because I stopped trusting the public one. I got an appointment in no time, waited exactly 10 minutes, was treated very efficiently and no follow up appointment needed, problem was solved within 30 minutes. Yes, it was expensive, yes, the public health (un-health) system is miserable and I m for a change, And Yes, I might use the private only in extreme cases, BUT I am glad I have had the choice to get cure. After all, my health is priceless.

I recommend Dr. Nathan he is competent and attentive.

We had excellent service but for 1 year it's really not as good ... The website took 2 years to work again, we were charged for appointments online when we had no other choice ... As a doctor we adored Dr Chuuong but she left. Dr Maltais is very good, Dr Gervais excellent. We had dr Dulude, new recruit ... phew ... Not for the children! No psychology or skills with children .. after 3 min she asks me if my 4 year old child has ADHD (no he is 4 years old, has not taken a nap and does not know you ...) And she told him at 3 resume "listen to me hurry up because I have other patients" at $ 115 the consultation I almost wanted to tell her that I expected SHE to take her time with my child to examine him properly .

That company is a waste of time... After working with them for 3 weeks in order to have a process working between them and Bleu Cross for the paiement, I have been told at the end that it was not possible???? Why they didn't tell me that from the start instead of wasting VAC's time and mine ??

Long wait to get a medication for tonsillitis says to have the results of the culture before making a prescription even having all the symptoms, poor service in general, saved you on waiting time but the service not

I would highly recommend this clinic! I have been going there now for a few years and it is excellent every time! There have been times when I needed to see a doctor sameday for myself or my daughter and every time they get me in! I ve dealt with a few doctors there but my family doctor there is Dr. Maltais and he is excellent!

Ive come many times to Privamed for myself and my parents, and have so far walked away with good service by different doctors. A recent experience last week that resulted in an operation for my father is making me write a review (which I normally do not do). My father was complaining about stomach issues over the weekend, and luckily we got an early appt with Dr Cosette on Monday. He wanted to send my dad to the ER right away, but decided to get a scan done first to confirm his thoughts. After he got the results in the evening, he called my father and made sure he rushed immediately to the ER to have his appendix removed. Im glad that Dr. Cosette made sure my dad went for the scan, and then followed up in the evening, otherwise, had we waited, it would have been a bad situation. Luckily, my dad got operated on the next afternoon, and was home the same day!
