During the busiest periods, have become quickly cramped ... as much in the hot outdoor bath as the cloakroom ... that removes much to the experience more "ZEN" that one normally seeks in this kind of place ...

Impeccable service from beginning to end. Very quiet and clean place. My partner and I loved our 1h couple massage and took advantage of the outside baths as the snow fell on our heads. Magic day. We enjoyed our healthy meal which was delicious. And he sure we will return soon to relive the experience. We recommend it

A magical place with meticulous employees and very professional
I am only giving it a 3 because of the location. It is very small and not very well kept. The staff does not clean up towels lying around everywhere and definitely over priced for what it is. My hotel in Toronto offered nicer facilities with steam room and all. They need to step up the game with Strom being so close and the new spa going up in Saint Bruno. If you want to look at traffic and the top of roof then this is the spot!
I was there in November, it was cold so at some point I asked for new towels and they told me that what they give you when you get there is what you have for the whole day. I've never seen a spa where they refused to change a wet towel before! Moreover, I wanted to buy some wine and I needed to pay right on spot. That was really annoying to have to get to the locker room back and forth to grab my wallet.

Just want to start by saying that Sylvain B gives one hell of a massage. Im always left high and dry by massage therapists never using enough pressure but Sylain was absolutely amazing! For him I give a 5 star review as before getting the massage i had lots of upper back and meck pain because of work and he completely destroyed that pain and i cant say how thankful I am. The reason why i give 4 stars is because the thermal experience was good but wasnt great. The pools were not hot enough and 1 of them the whole time was too cold or out of comission so everyone crowded to the same bath. Thermal experience deserved the 3 star because the thing I was looking forward to the most were the baths. All in all my massage therapist really deserves all the credit. I will be sure to request him when I go back!

Hello, today may 16 I had a massage duet. I bought a gift card in advance and there was an error on the bill. When I arrived I was asked for the difference. Usually in a business when there is a labeling error, the establishment must leave the goods at the indicated price. I did not appreciate the management of the supervisor. I was treated without any consideration and paid the difference, all in front of the person to whom the gift was intended. Very disappointed with the attitude !!

Skyspa Brossard Expectations was way too high but now only can regret. Went there with few friends but we thought our appointment for the spa was later in the afternoon. But according to them we were 10 mins without explaning us clearly they told us we are late and we have to go to spa right away. By the time we could understand the situation they made us waste another 20mins ; 30 mins in total.We didn t understand much so we went for spa, & there the massage lady told me that we cant have 1 hour spa we will have 30mins since we were late according to them but will have to pay for 1 hour. I was totally shocked didn t know what to say. Had massage when we had to go for payment we told them that we didn t know our massage was early in the morning. When We booked our appointment the person who booked for us was not clear enough. When we went to speak to an employee she didn t cooperate at all she told us that it was booked for early morning. She behaved like its our mistake. She didn t want to understand our situation at all. She didn t give us any rebate so basically we paid for 1 hour and received 30mins of massage paid 126.99$ cad for nothing . We were not 2/3 people! We were more than 7 people. Very very bad customer service if this is the way they will continue to serve , one day they will lose their clientele.

Was very disappointed in the fact that I had called a month in advance explaining that I wanted to make reservations for a bachlorette party consisting of 20 people, they told me I didn't need reservations and that we were welcome to go. When we all arrived the lady at the desk asked if we had a reservation I explained that I had called in advance and was told I didn't need one! She then proceeded to tell me yes you have to have one if you are over 12 people. This lady was very rude with me! Very rude hospitality And very disorganized with options Would not recomend this spa!!!!!
