I have had the pleasure of purchasing 3 vehicles from Stone Mountain Nissan in a 2 year period. Rosh Brownie my very competent sales manager made the process very seamless. He delivers a very detailed and clean car with a full tank of gas each time. He coordinates my service appointments on short notices, as I am always in a "Rush". He goes above and beyond to ensure my total satisfaction. His customer service skill is excellent.

I've been searching for a new Titan XD for months ...

I've been searching for a new Titan XD for months now and went in to see what Stone Mountain Nissan had to offer on their lot. I test drove a few models in their inventory but none of them really jumped out to me as "I had to have it." They were committed to working with me, however, to find exactly what I wanted and made sure I was 100% satisfied. We looked at a couple of different options, they helped me order the Truck of my dreams, and not only that but they gave me a deal that I couldn't say "no" to. All in all, my experience with Stone Mountain Nissan was top notch and all their staff was very helpful with walking me through the process of purchasing a new vehicle and making sure all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They will make sure you get the car/truck of your dreams at the absolute best price.

I walked in to the dealership with no intention of walking out with a car. But that wasnt the case, i meet a team of great individuals who worked effortlessly to make sure i got a deal that was most suitable and in my range. You cant miss Mike, hes the tallest salesman at the dealership mike was absolutely the best salesman ever hes not like any other dealers out there who only worries about their pockets. He made sure i got the best deal ever thanks to him.

I have been a faithful customer since I moved to Georgia in 2007. I primarily work with KG in the service department, who is an excellent service advisor. He is courteous, professional and honest. All work is done timely, professionally and with no errors. Earlier this year, when I decided to replace my 9-year old Maxima, I didn't even bother to look at another dealer. The sales department was just as great as service department. I would gladly recommend Stone Mountain Nissan for sales and service without hesitation!

Mike Eneh was great to work with! Easy going and not too pushy. I walked in not knowing what I wanted and Mike was patient and answered any questions and concerns I had. I was shown multiple cars until I found one that I really liked. Mike made my car buying experience amazing and comfortable. I walked out with my 2019 Nissan Altima and I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!! I came to this dealership to buy a new car in 2015. I had done my research and knew the price of the car, had given the model I wanted a test drive at a previous dealership, and simply wanted to know if I qualified for an interest rate special before buying the car. The salesman practically held me hostage for 3 HOURS by leaving to ask someone a question from someone else. This interaction included me test driving the car on the salesman s insistence, when that was completely unnecessary and unwanted. I didn t even find out if I qualified for the financing until the manager chased me down in the parking lot after I walked out when the salesman left me sitting at the desk alone for another 20 minutes. I still bought my car here because of the great price and interest rate, but it was the single worst buying experience of my life. I would have just bought the car in the first 30 minutes if that had been honest and timely instead of trying to stall me the whole evening.

Just wanted to express my gratitude for Stone Mountain Nissan's superb customer service. Eugene was very thorough in his presentation and explanation on my new Maxima. His professionalism and candid attitude was what closed the deal on the car. I had two other dealerships on my list to check out

The service department here is horrible. To get an appointment is almost impossible over the phone you have to go in person. The people there have the worse customer service. Today I took my car and Mike was very rude from the start. Very dissapointed with Nissan. We have purchased 2 cars from this dealer and I would never do it again. If you want a Nissan stay away from this dealer go to Gwinnett Nissan in Duluth.

So, I was looking at the Rogue this weekend and headed over to Stone Mountain Nissan due to catching their reviews. I test drove the Rogue and just didn't dig the seating. So I asked Brad if he still had deals on the 2016 Altima. Sat in it and was blown away for the zero gravity seats. ..He gave me an out to door price and I told him I'd most likely be back later ..I ran next door to the Hyundai place to check out the Sonata. I literally got in the car and couldn't stop thinking about the Altima. I ran back 10 minutes later to Brad and told him he had a deal. He gave me a price and I headed to the bank. When he came back, he said he had done the calculations wrong, but would still honor the price he quoted because he said " I am a man of my word"... Man, I understand why this dealership gets great reviews. If you want a straight up deal, go visit Brad!!!!!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. We took our ...

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. We took our car in to check an engine light. When they returned it to us they did so with a different key than we gave to them. We questioned our "Service Manager" repeatedly why the key was different and he wouldn't even acknowledge that it was different.

After reiterating our complaint with the someone different in the "Service Department", he immediately knew that it was a brand new key. He further discovered that they say they "lost" the key we gave them and made a new one. Our "Service Manager" knew all this at the time we picked up the vehicle and I guess thought it best to lie about it to our face and have us pay for the privilege.

At the present time, the Service Manager over Stone Mountain Nissan and their sister facility in Chamblee is making us wait to see what they are willing to do to make things right. His name is Joe P. It's really no surprise. We were told we'd get a call when the car was ready. We didn't. We were told it would be ready the same day. It wasn't. We were told that it must be the same key since they tag each one as it comes in. It wasn't. Finally, we were told we'd receive a call by noon today. We weren't.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. ANY COMPANY THAT REPEATEDLY FAILS TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON DELIVERING BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MULTIPLE MANAGERIAL LEVELS, AS WELL AS LIE TO YOUR FACE, DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.

Joe P was less than helpful. He did respond to the message I left him. A typical excuse was given that he was going to call but was in a meeting. Besides having poor customer service skills, he claims didn't even have the full story when he called me back. He says he needs to check on all this and get back to me tomorrow morning. How long does it take to call a satellite service center, speak to people who report to you, and call a customer back? 30 minutes? An hour? Evidently it's an overnight process with Stone Mountain Nissan.

Excellent service, and I'm just talking about the lady at the front desk (Lulonda?)! Man...she should be in sales because before I got to the salesperson I was pretty much sold!! Her knowledge and customer service exceeded what I expected - thank you so much!! You are a blessing to this dealership. Best of Luck (future salesperson)

I leased two vehicles at Stone Mountain Nissan on 5/12/2015. My customer experience was excellent. Not only did my sales consultant Tim work out all of the details for me over the phone, but when I arrived everything with the paperwork and vehicles was ready to go. There were no "surprises", the final price was as negotiated on the phone. In addition, Tim went above and beyond by personally driving the 2nd vehicle to my home on the other side of Atlanta so that I would not have to return to pick it up. Thanks Tim!

I went to Stone Mountain Nissan to look at a slightly used Maxima and was met by a sales rep named Tanzeel. He was attentive, helpful, professional and answered all my questions. I then met with the management team in sales, service, and finance, and couldn't have had a better experience. A short time later, I traded in my old Altima (for an amazingly fair trade) and left with my new car. By the time I was ready to drive away, the car was waiting for me and looking perfect. I will be a customer for life and highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a great car at a great price.

My sales rep Eugene was very helpful and courteous. I informed him on the phone before I drove over to the dealership that I didn't have time for the back and forth games dealerships like to play. He gave me a great deal with no haggling. I traded in my old car and they gave me a very good price. The office manager Jennifer was nice as well and gave me a prompt call back after leaving a message with some concerns I had. She cleared them right up! I am very happy with Stone Mountain Nissan and would buy another car from them.

I am sad To say that I have to give a low review to this location, my undercover came off due to already missing screws. How the screws came off is beyond me, I heard something dragging and noticed it hanging, it came off in route to Nissan. They gave me the screws and basically dismissed it. As I enquired about a price a random price came back as $40.00 to pop in screws. Let's be honest, 5 minutes to pull in the car and get under the front bumper, less than 4 minutes to push it in, but they'd rather me lay down and hope the car is high enough for my breasts to clear than to go the extra mile for a Nissan customer. I will go where I'm appreciated.

it was a bad experience, The car(Infiniti QX56) has problem with the ABS System The Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) trying to engage its like the car slipping but its not and the SLIP, VDC light on so i take it to the dealer to be honest they were nice but they let me wait 3 hours and half after that they came with list of part i should change its about 7 part but the 2 main parts i should change to fix the problem it cost 2,403$!!! and i am sure it cost around 600$ at a regular repairer then they charge me 99$ for just plug the car to the computer!!!!! thats too much

N we found a sweet n sour sauce from China in the air filter that they so call did a route check. Had to let them know women do know somethings about cars

I went to Stone Mountain Nissan a bit over a month ago to purchase my first car and the service was amazing. My sales person Tim was very patient, polite and he basically went out of his way to make sure that I was happy and satisfied. Even after the sale he checked in to make sure that we were still satisfied.

I highly recommend Stone Mountain Nissan. Great first car experience.

This has to be one of the most unorganized dealers...

This has to be one of the most unorganized dealerships I have ever been to. I arranged to return a leased vehicle through Uber/Xchange Leasing 2wks ago only to get here the day of return for them to keep passing the responsibility from one person to the other, and refusing to accept the vehicle, which in turn prevents me from wrapping up my affairs before departing for my destination. This is totally unacceptable, it started badly and it's ending badly!
Stone Mountain Nissan get your game face on, learn the policy's and procedures that Uber requires or quit!
Furthermore I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. F---
