This is a company that trains Emergency Medical Dispatching and other courses for 9-1-1 dispatchers and other centers dealing with emergency calls. They take their business very serious. I have taken the EMD course twice and it continues to get better. The trainer "Jerry" was very good. He was patient and made sure that everyone understood the material before he moved on and if not he had no problem taking the time to helping until I did understand the material. He also made scenario cases entertaining and valuable. I feel he gave me all the materials I need to help make me a better 9-1-1 dispatcher.
