Avoid the stomatology department, big bill while no care has been done, the stomatologist is spent checking the work of the trainee about 1minute 30. I have a cracked tooth for 2 years and I am told that it is nothing, that if it was serious it would be more painful, result two weeks after periodontal abscess. A human service, from the reception, to the nurses, has the availability of the doctors. The perfect image of the care that every sick person should receive during his stay in hospital, elsewhere we are very far from it. Thank you to all the intensive care team, the true vocation of caregivers.

Just called up the Psychiatry dept and was met with one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to on the phone. Really disgusting attitude. No help at all whatsoever. 'you have this one appointment in 3 weeks or not my problem' type response, and when I raised my voice like the way she was speaking to me she hung up the phone. This person should not have a job, especially answering phones in a department like this.

We know how to give a positive or negative opinion on the beauty of the building, are accessibility, its parking or on the infrastructure itself. But of course not an opinion on a particular doctor or nursing care that relies on the relationship ... And if it is the patient who gives his opinion while it is he who has a dog character and who is asocial?!? In other words, if you have a negative opinion especially to give, do not give it on the internet but make a complaint to the relevant departments of the hospital, see the Directorate who will take action accordingly ... 4 stars because people are perfect; o)

St luc is very good hospital. My husband under went emergency surgery, it was handled with super care and follow up. Also had my baby delivery over there, doctors and nurses are very friendly and caring. Highly recommend

The best tools, excellent doctors, a huge choice of specialties given the size of the place. Only (small) downside although we get used to it because it is badly needed, the almost permanent presence of interns / students during consultations, which prolongs the waiting time before this and the duration of the consultation itself (we are often consulted first by students and then by doctors). Otherwise always happy with the hospital. It is the most important.

Pitiful pediatric emergency. No organization. We went 6 times and each time, almost 8 hours of waiting! Flee this hospital. 2 times out of 6 the pediatrician gave a bad diagnosis and we had to return the next day! Ashamed! A control of public health is more than necessary. I have never seen this in any other hospital in Belgium.

Very big hospital, very busy, and surprisingly easy to get lost on a first visit but all the staff (and other patients/visitors!) were friendly and helpful. The majority of the medical staff are multi-lingual which is a huge help to Anglophones like myself who struggle with just basic French and Dutch and find it difficult to deal with medical terms and issues. Good facilities, and not too long hanging around in waiting rooms so all in all, not an unpleasant experience.

They sent me an invoice for over 1200 euros with fee such as hospital stay 700 euros when I never stayed there, instead of 2 wisdom teeth removal charge me for one and another surgery that never happened.. ignoring my emails, when I call I get no where biggest scam ever

Min: Het was me niet duidelijk hoe ik bij de spoedafdeling kon geraken. In het ziekenhuis wisten ze me niet direct te zeggen waar m'n zoon precies was. Erg onvriendelijke medewerker aan het onthaal. De dokters en verplegers die ik zag spraken alleen Frans.
