Priority Dispatch

Dont use this company unless you want you citizens to die from lack of help or care. While the managers bring in millions in pay and bonuses. If you notice all positive reviews are from employees trying to convince everyone the automated system is good.What they and the company fail to inform you that is if you dont answer the questions you won't get help dispatched. Never trust a company with fake reviews. Now they are being sued because it almost cost someone's life. Now what if the person calling cant talk how are they suppose to get help? What if they are deaf? What if they are mute? What if they are being held hostage? What is they are being strangled? You all deserve a nice warm spot in hell to put profits over life

A total embarrassment to public service. No common sense at all when trying to verbally communicate over the phone. How many people have already been harmed in anyway due to these dispatchers training and lack of intelligence. You will hear all about new or retraining for cya purposes but no criminal action and at the very least no termination regarding dispaters being negligible especially when several calls were made regarding the same home invasion and aggravated battery. What a disgrace!
