I do not know what the criteria for recruiting salespeople are, but humility, empathy, availability should not be part of the list.

Any watch seller has a polisher. I thought that buying from Printemps was the assurance of quality after-sales service. I would never buy anything here again.

I find it sad after reading the previous comments is always the same thing that comes back! The sales consultants I have had bad experiences myself.
No customer service response spring on the comments I wonder if they are studied and taken into account because the behavior of the sellers does not change. But a good advice you move downtown is very bad and your store has bad repurchase. What I really found amazing though is the service, the hostesses who certainly still know most of them advise, but who are snobbish, proud, unpleasant for the most part. And I find it a pity to equate luxury with the image that refers to these "sellers" pimbeche who believe in it because they work at Printemps. It's still embarrassing to have a saleswoman who shoots when you buy a Burberry scarf, that it is not even able to give us a box, a bag, which is not about to inquire at the other two Burberry stands when asked. Moreover, note that the saleswoman of the accessory stand gave me one such that there was and we can work at Printemps without taking himself for je-ne-sais-quoi! I strongly advise against the sellers of the Burberry booth - Ralph Lauren, Eden Park - Lacoste - The Kooples (part man only, I do not know the others) which have only very little respect towards the customers, and this n did not happen once because I go there regularly. Perhaps it is necessary to remind them that these nice ladies are salespersons in the service of the customer who can spend much more than them? But perhaps it is provocation, we must show 'we have'?
