I ask to have the dial of my watch polished, the 2 saleswomen look at me as if my request is incredible. One comes out of the hydroalcoholic gel and rubs some gel on my watch ... When I ask if there is no real "polisher", they explain to me that no and that we will have to look elsewhere.
Any watch seller has a polisher. I thought that buying from Printemps was the assurance of quality after-sales service. I would never buy anything here again.
