As a landlord I could not recommend the services of the RE/MAX girls enough. They made the ad look awesome and I was really impressed at how quickly they have found tenants.

The team at RE/MAX Revolution are very professional. They are a pleasure to deal with and have had no troubles what so ever with them. Would 100% recommend them for a sale or a rental!

Could not recommend any other agency to rent through. Stephanie and Rochelle are the most proactive property managers we have ever dealt with. I have also been to this office numerous times and i love the fresh vibes the plants give off.

We had a one year lease for a property in Waterford west
The property had a lot of defects and the then property manger did not act on fixing the accordingly about 6 months into the lease Stephanie came on board as our new property manager.
She communicated with us in a professional, friendly manner and put things in place to rectify the issues that we were facing.

The ladies at Remax in Shailer Park have been very easy to work with from the start through the execution of the rental property contract. Since moving in, they've done a great job fixing some minor issues we've experienced. We had a leak in the kitchen sink and the plumber arrived the next day. We are very pleased working with Remax.

The management issues like rent collection and maintenance I was having got so much easier for me.

We were in the slightly unique position of needing to relocate interstate from VIC during peak COVID mess. Unable to look at houses, we were basing our decisions purely on photos and the service we received from agents. Stephanie was the only agent who took the time to respond to our email detailing our situation and offer other properties that might be suitable for our family. She was responsive via email and over the phone and she put our minds to rest, helping us to organise somewhere to live within a week of our initial enquiry. She seemed to be genuinely empathetic of the stresses moving during a pandemic causes and remembered details about our family which made the experience more personal. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Kathy Baker from this office. I don't know why, but it felt as though Kathy was working for the buyer only, not the owner. I understand that there needs to be a balance and it takes an exceptional sales person to walk this thin line, sadly, it didn't feel as though Kathy was doing this. Everything appeared to me to be focused on the buyer, with the owners needs coming a dismal second. I also found Kathy quick to discount the price of the home. I WOULD CERTAINLY NEVER USE KATHY BAKER AGAIN.

I would like to officially say that REMAX/Revolution are the best Real Estate Agents I have ever dealt with.
In the past I have had to deal with numerous other Real Estate Agencies and let me tell you, they where the most incompetent buffoons that you could ever imagine, and then some.

Stephanie Lelliott is the person I mainly deal with and I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the way she conducts herself. I personally think she needs a medal and it is an absolute pleasure dealing with her professional and friendly attitude.

Natalia Blewett is 'hands down" an exceptional agent! We have engaged the services of Natalia to both sell (twice) and buy. She is dedicated to achieving the best outcome for her clients. I contacted remax to look through a rental in Loganholme I told them I find it hard to get a place because most agencies have open homes at the times I work. I nearly fell off my seat when Tegan told me she could meet me there the next day at 7am or any night or weekend. Finally an agent that helps renters!

In relation to the review by "Craig Williams" (who is not his real name by the way) above, this person was not the owner of the property to be sold, and was not involved in the decision making process regarding the home. The report provided was merely because he was told he wasnt to be involved as he wasnt an owner.
Kathy Baker is an exceptional agent, who went beyond her role to make this happen for me as quickly as I needed, and I would recommend her and this office again in the future.

Stephanie from Re/Max is fantastic. She found tenants for my investment property in no time. Felt she was willing and ready to take the extra step to provide that excellent customer experience from finding tenants, working with inspectors, getting insurance quotes to signing the contract. Was also willing to listen to my needs and concerns more so than others and understood the time pressure involved for owners. The contract signing, induction and process from the company was entirely digital and very efficient. I would be happy to wholeheartedly recommend them.
