Pullman ball room 4 and 5. Located on the 3rd floor. Main Washroom is meticulously clean but washroom at the end of ball rooms corridor is not well managed. It smells and not properly flushed on every cubicle. Shouldn't happen in five star hotel like pullman
Great stay. However, check out time is a bit tight @ 12 noon without compromise. Overall, superb experience.
it was a big room, and big toilet. But, the pillow was really bad for us. Its too low if i put one pillow, and too high if i put two pillows.
Now this is what I called 5star hotel, this is the 2nd time I stay here. The 1st time was a bit ......Off... But now they have level up the service.

It s less than 5 minutes walk to the Babylon Shopping Mall, and you can reach the famous Arrow Food Street in about 10 minutes. It is very convenient!!!
I have booked through one of the travel agents last month. but when I checked in at 16.30 the room was not ready even though the hotel checkout time was 12.00 pm and the shower sometimes even though it turned to the left and right the hot water came out. be careful, the hotel staff does not inform the tourist tax at the beginning, and will be charged when checking out
Very comfortable stay. But I would like you to improve in the area of vegan delicacy add more vegan item in your menu .
It does not rise to 5 stars and has much better housing.

I've stayed in this hotel back when it was still Prince Hotel. The stay is still very enjoyable with great training facilities.
One of the things that needed an upgrade would be the shower/bathroom. Water pressure wasn't strong enough to enjoy the multi shower functions and it was almost impossible to get the right temperature.
Great breakfast and lunch at the cafe. Chinese restaurant food wasn't good.

Our Stay in the Hotel were pleasant, Especially with your Hotel manager Mr. Kelvin, He was very helpful in assist us in arranging with all the rooms, as we have a total of 8 rooms in both hotel and service residence. However, the security in the vincinity was bad, and was robbed by a snatch thief just infront of the hotel car entrance, Yet the Hotel have no CCTV to monitor incoming vehicles to the Hotel.
Which i think is a set back.

Lunch buffet provided by my co. The dessert is quite nice. It have laksa, sushi, coffee, bread, salay and others provided. Services quite good.

Pullman hotels are very comfortable and satisfied. The toilets are neat and clean, equipped with bathup. As well as friendly service. Unfortunately, you have to walk a little to the star hill. It is located behind the pavilion plaza. Overall this hotel is nice and doesn't feel spooky at all. There are also many pillows given. I'm satisfied

Absolutely amazing. Staff are great and very helpful. Changed our room upon check-in because we didn t like the view of the first offered. Very welcoming and hospitable. Breakfast buffet was beautifully laid out with so much effort and great for the price paid with accommodation. In addition we had issues with WIFI. however because i needed the internet for work urgently they allowed us into the executive lounge to use the computer and connect to the internet. Absolutely a pleasure to stay with them! Looking forward to coming back one day.

Very good location. Spacious space for double room. Room interior was not pleasing but could be our unfortunate luck.

If I really have to nitpick, it may just be the very minor problems (I did say nitpick) of the rubber door stop that was affixed on the wall by your maintenance staff falling off , the wooden pane of the door being loose (every time I moved the hinge to lock the door, I was worried I might damage it further), and the chipped door (very small part) on the outside of the room. But please rest assured that none of those in any way affected my stay in a negative way (as I said, I was nitpicking). Thank you for the pleasant stay I enjoyed at your hotel.
Very busy hotel, but quick adapting staff. Upgraded us from a Superior to a Deluxe; excellent rooms. Very helpful and well trained staff always on call. Had an issue with a switch socket coming loose from the wall; maintenance was there to fix it in a matter of minutes. Breakfast from 6am to 10am; the early start was much appreciated. The food was excellent at breakfast; can't comment on other meals as we did not avail them. Also loved the fact they always had taxis at the ready, especially with the near incessant rain outside.
The rooms are old and dusty. The breakfast was not good enough for the 5 star hotel. It was the worst hotel in my trip abroad.

we had 2 nights at a 2 rooms apartment of about 1100s.f. its quite good except the hotel was still under renovation

At the city center, close to KL's biggest mall.
Got a room facing the twin tower, which is very nice, especially at night.
Room service, amenities and room size, cleanliness are all fine.
Just took a long time during check in and check out.
