Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur Review

I am here for 9 days and then extended for another 10 days
the stay is excellent. Clean suite, very helpful staff and great location.
a small glitch: there is no good variety for the breakfast

Very nice. Spacious bedrooms and soft mattresses. Spacious sitting room. The kitchen is complete so we can cook well. Clean bathroom. Our request is to provide prayer rugs for prayer.

Good location, comfortable service, reasonable price

Reached pullman yesterday at 2.30am in the morning. Check in was smooth and staff are very friendly. Not the first time I stayed at pullman, but the services is still top notch.

Pullman KLCC is a nice hotel located in near Pavilion but the problem was housekeeper forgot to change coffee cups, spoons and drinking glasses after I used. They cleaned one drinking glass, placed them in the bathroom, not counter bar. Used coffee cups, spoons and a drinking glass still at the same place after I used never change.

A huge dissapointment. The water is yellowish and dirty at day 2 and 3. I cant imagine they wash all dishes and sheet using this water. The room also dusty. The only thing i like just the JBL speaker (clock) and the design of the room (has sofa). Tv chanel also not good

The room is spacious with comfort bed. Food served at cafe & meeting venue was delicious. However the rate is quite expensive.

Pros: Excellent location and services, very comfortable and clean room
Cons: Breakfast is limited as only 10/F but not lobby restaurant. When check-out, I queue the accor priority desk, but the staff told me that the priority desk is for member check-in only. Is there any management team can clarify it?

very good service from check in until we check out. just love the employee on the second part of the bar is less friendly. because we hamya sit down to take the free welcome drink. then the attitude of employees is indifferent and seem rude. even after the glass was empty they immediately took the glass on the table as if we were evicting us out

Good location, Near pavilion...

Good hotel, location is good. Near by to KLCC, bukit bintang and pavilion too. All are walking distance from hotel. It's also close to KLCC Convention Center. Suria shopping mall. The down side is hotel checking in and check out are really slow....

Mmm... Pullman KLCC located at a fantastic location just a few steps away from shop till you drop .... RED at Pullman is indeed a remarkable look like everyday is chinese new year and she serves yummy dim sum worth mentioning are the chicken char siew ... prawn dumpling and char siew bun. l love the cigar lounge it is also very interesting indeed so classy .... audrey h...

I'm frankly to say I'm satisfied with all service given by the hotel during time I stay. Thanks you

Food is not really the quality we can expect from this place. Valet service extremely expensive

Nice Room n closely with big shopping mall Good for Holliday

Former prince hotel. Facilities very dated. Badly in need of refurbishment. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Mouldy smell. Chair was spolit. In room dining menu was not updated. Have a kids club which is great. Swimming pool was ok. Breakfast had limited choices.

This hotel is right opposite to Pavilion mall and a walking distance to Bukit Bintang. Few rooms in this hotel offers Twin Tower view from your bed and bath tub. Service is amazing sweet and food/water is amazingly expensive. They have huge spread in breakfast, continental and Chinese/Malaysian food is delicious, however they still need to master in Indian food. Lunch and dinner options are limited and nothing on the menu is much appealing. Each room comes with flat screen TV, mini bar, tea coffee maker, iron box, work station etc... In toiletries you will get shampoo, moisturizer, body wash, dental and shaving kit. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would love to visit again.
