We re pool newbies 100%. Neither me nor my husband had a pool growing up. We wanted to handle the upkeep of our new pool ourselves. Well, with kids and our busy life, we found that having someone maintain our pool is a great choice. In my opinion Prime Pool Service is: (1) consistent, (2) responsive, (3) thorough, (4) friendly, and (5) trustworthy (we have dogs in our backyard and the gate is ALWAYS shut and locked by them).

When we were initially considering pool companies, the owner came out and discussed all services with us. He encouraged us to research our options. He was confident in his company for sure. He even provided me with a blog to help us take care of our pool ourselves. Well, that didn t work out.
