Called Prime Pool Service because I found a leak on my pool sand filter. Cameron took my call, was very helpful in scheduling an appointment. He was able to get me in the very next day because of his concern that there was a leak. The next day he called to let me know he would be arriving soon, he arrived and diagnosed the problem right away. Turns out he did not have a special tool needed for my filter. He rescheduled me for the next business day. A couple of hours later he texted back saying that he had located the special tool and would be back on property within the hour. He showed up and fixed the leak. Great customer service. By the way this was all done in a time when pool companies have been especially busy. Thanks Prime Pool Service and Cameron.
