I know there are more important emergencies in life but, when it comes to swimming pools, having a pump motor not working is something that must be taken care of as soon as possible. I called several pool service companies and was given a tentative service date of 4 to 5 days out which meant I would have green pool water by then. When I called Prime Pool Service, they also said they were busy but, understood the urgency and would do everything possible to repair / replace quickly. Well, my pump was replaced the next day, with a motor that was more energy efficient with a better warranty for a minimal increase over using the same pump brand and rating. I should also mentioned that weather that day was cold and rainy. Much thanks to the entire staff for a job well done.
