Walking through an Into the Millennium Building is Extravagant and Beautiful the Security is awesome and Friendly.

I worked here exactly 1 year, from April 2002 to April 2003. I was home 7 total days that year. I turned down exactly 1 load. So, I stayed out, and, ran every load they told me to run, except 1. I drove the slow, fueled at places that were advantageous to paying less fuel tax, maintained my truck (even greased it myself), lumped all the loads that I was allowed to lump, and always made sure that my reefer fuel tanks were full. I did every thing they asked and preached to us to do.

I paid taxes on $17,000 the first 8 months that I was with them. It was an utter rip off, and there was no way that I'd ever make the balloon payment.

Maybe things have changed and one can make real $ there now. Who knows?

I was lied to for over a year about being put on a southeast regional route. Prime will tell you what you want to hear to keep you making them money, but they don't follow through. This company is set up to make the owner money on the backs of the driver slaves and they don't care if you stay or go because they have 125 new slaves come through every week. Good riddance!

Love the Springfield terminal. Has everything you need and more.

This place is a joke. Don t fall victim to the scam they play. They will promise you the pot of gold once you get to the end of the rainbow. Good luck finding it.

Really nice truck terminal! Lots of great facilities on site. Gym, basketball court, caffe, ect.

Great terminal, good food but work shops are slow, and not enough parking for prime members who work extremely hard only to drive around all day/night to find a park. Which is added to the stressful work of prime drivers. Rob Lowe doesn't care about his driver's or energy they put into their jobs. This man is a billionaire who can't afford a bigger parking lot? PLEASE. My team driver's Apu has gone out 6-7 times over the years since first started driving. All because the "mechanics" are beyond UNPROFESSIONAL and are TOO lazy to do the correct work. We've lost out on so much money being back and forth to the terminal. While Rob Lowe is somewhere on the beach sipping cocktails. Never trust a company whose changed their name over 15 times! Plus the contract is thicker than a stack of pancakes. Contracts are only 1-2 pages long. NOT 100 Hince (Rob Lowe is the owner of prime inc.)

Due to rude behavior of Driver, truck no 601572, trailer no 3000R, Parked at fuel terminal, did not move after being asked to.

Any Company has it's Problems. The ones that are on here saying the Company Sucks is Crazy. No one told you to lease a truck from them. Did they hold a gun to your head and say sign here. NO they didn't Stop complaining like a little kid. Just do your job and move on.

Prime Inc is the worst company ever they did my husband so wrong. i wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. My husband was in training and his trainer had to take a few weeks off. But he took so long that Prime fire my husband from training because his trainer was taking to long to get back to work.

Fitness room, great food, less expensive laundry, ton of parking, billiard tables. Oh yeah I drive for Prime, sooooo theres that.

Driver experience is awesome. Staff is attentive. Equipment is cycled on a 5 year basis with most new drivers getting new or lightly used trucks. Trucks are usually traded in after 3 years use.
Company Owner is a great guy with realistic expectations of all employees, and fair enforcement of policy. Goes to great lengths to protect drivers from abuse by the company and shipper/ receivers. Many amenities and features to keep drivers happy.
New driver training program with pay once hired. Will give small weekly loans to complete PRE-hire training to get CDL.
Lease Drivers completing a lease can order the next truck with some personalization features(color, bunk type, lighting, hatches, bunk doors, pinstriping, etc.)
They have purchasing options and paths to becoming an owner operator.
Company drivers are taken care of too.
Multiple terminals with commodities like bunk rooms, showers, gyms, indoor basketball court, theatre, cafeteria, free fitness coaches, meal plans, reduced cell phone rates, college tuition agreement, and a lot more. Initially hired Jan 2008 and had just been getting better.

Good, inexpensive food for drivers with options similar to huddle house plus steaks and an entree cafeteria option each day too. Well stocked store, gym, spa, salon, showers, game rooms, movie rooms, lounges. I just wish they had a coffee shop!

Haha what can I say about them. They will ruin your dac report if you try to leave and go somewhere else.

This company is sad, no one wants to help you at all. I tried to help out a driver thar was driving with a flat tire and not a single person in their office would pick up the phone

It's ok but there's not enough adults to watch all the kids

Got my CDL with Prime and leased with them before switching back to local to be home. Would not trade the experience for anything. Amazing experience. Professional staff and they will go out of their way to help you out.

There's a dispatcher name Scott Rawlins who's rude as ever to my husband being in the truck in the short time one day I usually stay all the time I've experienced the worst team work that man has conducted its the honest to God truth I've never written bad about no one he has no fingers but still the Prime company gave him a job their I wish more people would speak up about. How their being treated address are never right Please people steer away to more professional company sorry it had to come to this

I've been with Prime for over 2 years. Great company & great pay! They have never done me wrong.

Pretty good food, showers, laundry, theater... Everything a driver needs all in one place. Great place to do a reset.

I have been out of work for a while, as alot of people are at this time. Figured I would try my hand at trucking school. But according to their recruiter if you are unemployed they aren't willing to accept you to their school. If I had a job I wouldn't be looking into schooling for trucking. Seems ridiculous to me. Who ever heard of a school turning you down because you're unemployed. Don't waste your time filling out the apps for this place if you are serious about wanting a job. They don't answer their phones, or return calls in a timely manner, and they apparently aren't looking to help put people to work. They are listed on the gov. Workforce Investment Act page, but shouldn't be. Beware of Prime they will do nothing but waste your time.

This is a company only prime employees or operator's of prime can shop in store

This school has rude trainors and they send you home of you commit even small mistake.i recommend you don't even think of this school

Don t stop along your route. They find a problem with reefer when you have a dry load lol. Of course it won t get looked at for hours.

Great company to work for. Everyone has and was so helpful. In getting my wife and I started up. Meet a lot of people there. Made several new friends. And Jeff Murphy is the BEST fleet manager!!

I see more trucks nose in then with this company than anything else right now there's a Prime Trucking in North Platte Nebraska that's taking up two parking spots and it making a living hell to get backed into the third spot next to it don't they training these people right to back in spots not pulled in training now days suck that's Nationwide for some reason they don't like me putting the truck number up in a picture so I'm going to tell you to truck number is 660139 I tried 5 times do that and it keeps on deleting it !!!!! Makes you wonder what else they delete !!!!!!!

The people here don't tip their delivery drivers very well it sucks because they order a lot

who else gives you a ride, room, board and free school, then loans you living expenses, then pays you for orientation, then hand you the keys yo a means of making a good living? Prime will. They've never lied to me and have treated me with dignity and respect. I am making an excellent living. The only ones who can't make it at Prime are those who feel entitled before they put in any hard work! Pay no attention to negative reviews if your willing to work hard and run directly to Prime.

I've been with prime for over 9months husband got me into trucking he's been with prime for over 2yrs and we recently purchase our own truck thru prime ACE lease program... We cant complain everything has been great so far for.. we make good money and take vacations whenever we want...

I had a great time at Prime Inc their lease program was fantastic although considering the slowly tanking freight market their program is going to have to change to be more profitable I would like to give this company five stars but the two major factors that go into why I'm only giving four is because of the amount of damaged equipment done by all the steering-wheelholders who work here all the new trailers are damaged in some way and the only ones you can find that are reliable are the 2016-2017 sometimes '18 trailers reason number two the lack of hometime again I did lease with a friend of mine and it's great except for the extortionate truck payments and amounts taken from your settlements weekly often times I'd get less than a week off from a whole month and a half two months of being out on the road overall I'd say this is a fairly decent company but the lease is kind of a enter at your own risk.

Them lies told me them will help me get my cdl permit make I leave all way from New York it was a lie please don t go to this company them will leave you make fine your way home I m paying 360 to go back to New York, them send me to Dmv off my own I could of go to Dmv in New York if I did know this I didn t get leave my house stay on bus for 1day 16

Prime's terminal in Springfield MO is probably one of the best in the country. It is where US 65 and I-44 meet and is easy to access. Includes workout and full basketball gym, spa, company doctors office, company store, Northstar Grill with made to order steaks, theater, post office, bunk rooms, showers and more. This site also has trailer and tractor repair facilities, truck wash, detail shop, employee/driver long term parking, training and practice pad (huge). There are a lot of good trucking company's out there but for me, Prime was a great choice to begin my career.

I m well over my 30,000 training miles but was never swung through my home state to change over my license, so therefore I can t upgrade yet. These first 3-4 months with Prime has been frustrating, very unorganized company so far.

One of the best companies I've ever worked for!! Only downside is rarely going home but it's part of the industry. I had my share of rough times like the next but overall i made good money and stopping in sprimo was always like vacation until FM called

Been driving for prime almist 5yrs now...prime treats you like you are somebody i have no regrets coming to work for them...if you need something they are there for you

The Millennium is a very fun place to be, very social, good food, pool tables, gym, basketball court even have a post office in there.

After I wrote this review I got a exit review suvey on my phone so i guess I'm fired ?They treat there student drivers like they are in some kind of 3 world boot camp . They have no say in what goes on dispatch ignores them like they dont exist I drove without a license my paper copy had expired told them 3 weeks before that my hard copy was at home got totally ignored drove into Springfield with no license at 5 am got my license went too doctor too get my meds for high blood pressure I had been telling them I was out of and was back on truck 5pm the next day my check was reduced because of it . Trainers just worry about the miles you drive they dont teach anything they say they dont have time too teach backing what they really mean is that your not making them money when your backing so they dont help with it. No wonder 80% of your accidents are backing accidents the sim lab backing is terrible it makes people dizzy and disoriented get some old trailer set them up somewhere and let these guys practice if they bump them no harm better than paying for accidents at shippers and receivers, truck stops etc. I am currently waiting on a truck that wasn't part of the deal very discouraged with prime and the way they treat the new drivers if your not on that truck 24/7 your pay is cur they also cheat the clock alot I would drive too reciever get there at 5am after driving 10 too 11 hrs then no use in going ta sleep you are out untarping and taking securement off off the clock then you get unloaded 30 min later you are at shipper getting loaded and trapping and securing load agian by that time it's up in the afternoon you have had no sleep for almost 24hrs maybe get 2 ta 3 hours sleep and back too driving again very dangerous but if you say something you get yelled at . You are the trainers pay check and if your not putting miles straight down the road making them money . They dont care about how tired you are how much sleep you got all they care about is the miles you drive too make them $$$ i am waiting on a truck currently but dont know if I will get one wasn't part of the deal prime I'm un limbo about your company and the way student drivers are treated . Your program needs major improvements listen too what students are saying would be a good start. Your dispatchers /FM have God syndrome and some of your trainers also I emailed prime as I was instructed no response. DONT GO TOO THIS COMPANY TERRIBLE RUDE PEOPLE Worse experience of my life !!!!!!!

Prime bumping my trailer is not your que your in the spot, get out and look to see how much room you have I hope you put you closed trailer tail before you did that, then no courtesy to walk up and apologize. Smh

The service department is very organized, professional, friendly and always willing to help.

If could go lower then one star I would. My husband started there student driver program 3 months ago and it s been hell since day one! What makes it worse is he was in TNT phase and his trainer put him out of the truck in the middle of nowhere in Maryland. His trainer said he could do that if he wanted to.

This place is theowy amazing truck spot I've ever been in my daughter Carlee Reaves is a trainer / driver for rhem for almost 5 years now .she's very happy n has seen places she would of never seen...I love you Carlee brooke Reaves. ( Rugrat Suzie /
