They literally took my old job from 4 years ago, word over my own without hearing my side of the story and denied me the chance to prove myself and drive for them. I do not recommend them because of there lack of understanding and disrespect to someone who needs a job for his family. Julie gave me no chance to explain when i had a side of my story. Do not work for a company that has no compassion.
I'm on the logistics side and pull Prime freight I got a good truck and dispatcher. I'm satisfied with this company. They look out for their drivers and I really like the terminal in Springfield
Good money there is,something wrong with the people that give bad reviews they dont know the bis or are not good drives im a company driver make 800 to 1500 a week home every month
Good company, they need better traininers, the dispatchers dont care about the drivers. I asked for help many times and was ignore or told no. There trucks are in good conditions. The hotels are pretty good, the inhouse trainers are pretty good. Prime has a lot of sucessful drivers
Their lease operator program is a scam and its trash. They allow trainers who discriminate and mistreat people to keep there jobs.
Not very professional. Riding side by side blocking traffic. Trucks only allowed in 2 right lanes.
Great cafe for truckers that wake up starving for anything tasty!
Great for the first few weeks then 150 pay week then 100 then negative and still ran about 3000 miles a week they pride themselves on giving customers cheap transportation for the freight. Makes you haul for free. I've had leases before with other companies and never seen something this bad. Every time a driver would tell me they liked prime I asked if they ever worked anywhere else same answer NO. So they don't know any better
Great company. They have training to help you get a CDL.
Just got finished watching a Prime driver using a battery operated leaf blower to clean out trailer #110605 here at the Vince Lombardi service plaza. Left all the debris from broken pallets in the middle of the isle. Got great pictures of it. What a shame
My husband works here and they are very good to their workers.
Loving every day good or bad just roll with the punches and you will be fine...a good company to work with!!
One of the best trucking companies to get a cdl and a whole new career
Have worked here for 10 years and have not looked back.
I put in an application for my brother typed in the wrong date for one of his entries. A recruiter called him and when I say she was very rude. Not a good look for someone that s considering an opportunity with you all.
I work at the Campus Inn which Prime inc owns and they all are great people and they are completely employee oriented. I would recommend Prime inc to anyone.
Their success leasing is a scam. Not sure what these other individuals were given to smoke but every other driver I talked to before I left prime, had a horrible experience with their leasing program. This program is designed to have the driver pay for the truck and all expenses. They make it look as if the drivers were independent business owners but they are not. Every single deduction is taken out before the driver gets paid and there are many times when the driver ends the week on the red. If drivers were truly IBO's, they would get to pick their loads, were to go, and be billed for business expenses. Lease Drivers, you'all getting screwed over by prime. How many weeks have you gone home with less than $300 profit? If you add food expenses, you took home zero dollar. ... stop..stop..stop....or at least demand lower lease payments....how often do you get to go home? Mmmm. ....once a month?.... maybe...this company has no mercy on the lease drivers...best to you, lease drivers....
Recently I was nearly killed by a driver with Prime, INC. The driver cut my vehicle off the road for no reason. I was forced onto the shoulder and had an abandoned vehicle been present my lawyer or family would be writing this review.
I notified the Louisiana State Police and filed a report.
After contacting the company shortly after and voicing my concerns no one returned my phone call.
I contacted the company 5 days later and a man in the safety department said he was sorry .
I don t know who owns this company but I would not want the lady who answered our call, the driver of the truck, or the man who said he was sorry working for my company.
Thus far the OWNER of the company has not contacted me to offer anything...
What a disgrace !
Rude, unprofessional, acting like they own your business....Stay away guys....
I love this place, it employs me, feeds me, and everyone there seems to have the same goals!
Prime.Inc.is a great place to work if you are not lazy
This is one of the greatest Trucking companies in the industry. They care more about safety than any other company out there. I am a new driver and this is my first winter, which has been harsh in the north west. Our fleet manager Ken A. In flatbed will tell us safety is the priority and if the road is not safe to shut down. He also text us one day and told us to avoid 80 in Wyoming when our load was going in that direction because of the bad weather. If you are wanting to drive for a company that values their employees come to prime. You will make great money and they will look out for you too. The program is even called Prime Safe Drivers. Best Company Ever.
The best job I ever had... today is my last day... going to miss it
This is an amazing place to work at if your want to drive truck.
Not a friendly environment n a must stay a yard n I truly avoid it like the plague!!
i was a student for prime i had a tire blow out the rim and hub came off the trailer prime didnt liked it and i got fired for their bad equipment and bad trainers too not a very good company to learn from.
There is a unique, tough, brash culture within Prime but once you learn it and master it you ll be fine. If you allow the trials to make you a better professional you ll go along way! They allow you to get your foot in the door but you gotta kick that b!tch DOWN!
What can I say, continuing trying to make a bigger and better terminal for the drivers. Love our fleet manager.
Made no money and $20,000 in debit in a year working here.
In Albuquerque, New Mexico on July 15th 2019 at about 10:15 am I saw a prime truck driver display the most foul behavior. He almost ran into multiple cars and at least one off the road around the Wyoming exit on I40 traveling east...He then proceeded to wave happily and make joking jesters while he laughed about putting so many lives at risk! DISGUSTING! I will continue to leave one star reviews on all my accounts and so will the 3 others I had in my vehicle who were also witness until something has been done about this threat!! ANY COMPANY WHO DOES NOT INVESTIGATE AND TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO KEEP US SAFE SHOULD NOT STAY IN BUSINESS!! PLEASE RESPOND AND REMEMBER YOU ALL HAVE PEOPLE ON THE ROAD YOU CARE FOR...ANYONE BEING PAID TO DRIVE SHOULD BE SAFER THAN THE REST!
PS...to help in investigating his cab was Purple
If you are wanting to get into trucking then Prime is a great place to start...and stay. It's truly the best bunch of folks that ever been around.
An impressive facility, there are many amenities available for the staff. While we were just visiting, seeing everything for myself I am tempted to apply for work with Prime.
Not a very good company to work for. Trainers are Very unprofessional and they bully and talk down to there students. And the company won t do anything about it
