Absolutely horrible. Prolonging a closing of one of the Trust by continually saying signatures don t match. Got it notarized and still no good. They are bad for business. Got to get an attorney to step in and get this problem resolved. Will be asking the Courts to make them pay for our legal fees. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

This company used to be reputable until Raquelle Smith became manager. I still wonder why they don t drug test especially managers. You say one thing then she does another because she s so cracked out and makes false accusations, probably why her own father quit. Let s not forget fat Amy who messes up payroll and I have this in email how she messed up my paperwork with my start date so she tried to say that me getting denied for FMLA was unfair but little did she know I had proof showing my start date and also thanks to Heather M for correcting my check because Amy messed it up again. At this time, the state had told me to fight them and I should have done so at that time. People who come and go have done a great job at staying away and see why not to do business nor work for them.

I opened a MYGA with Sentinel around a year ago. Best 5 year earnings in the industry.

They don t care about the agents who give them business.

No one ever responded. 3 emails..interested in purchasing more annuities. No one even called.....

Horrible company that engages in fraud and misrepresentation. From their agent, on my application, on their welcome letter, and in the contract, fixed annuity rate was described as the "guaranteed interest rate", compounded daily. When I could see what they were actually paying and calculated the rate, it was obvious they were paying much less than the stated rate. Called to report this and no one in customer service could explain the discrepancy. After weeks, was finally able to talk with a manager and was told the interest rate quoted was actually the "effective annual rate". Nowhere is the actual interest rate they are using stated in the contract. Only in very fine print and in only one place is the term "effective annual rate" used, despite using the term "guaranteed interest rate" verbally and in writing 4 times. Over the term of this contract they will cheat me out of over $4000. Beware!

I have sold your annuities and life products. They are great and offer my clients superior value, which they truly appreciate!

They need to have better phone service and they make you wait so long & dont have Spanish speakers

My mother passed away in July of this year and they keep prolonging to pay out the claim that we are using for funeral costs and friends have told me they do this so claim will expire and don't have to payout

Fast, friendly, and efficient service. They were able to answer all of our questions and they sent everything we needed to complete a claim.

We are in the age of companies not allowing people to speak with people. Reps are being trained to either not assist, or make it difficult to get information by phone. this company is no exception. They don't care about the people that use their services.

HAVE YOUR TELEMARKETERS STOP CALLING ME! THEY WON'T STOP WHEN I ASK.
