Very disappointed. Ordered business cards online. Received a call saying I could pick up my order in 5 minutes. An hour later I drove there to pick it up and they said it would not be ready until 7 pm?! I was very confused but turned out they were ready after all. Proceeded to verify the order to see if everything was accurate and to my surprise my design was printed uber tiny in the middle of the business card? Where is the quality control? How could anyone look at that and say "yes I think my client will be very happy with this!" At any rate, after informing me I could not get a refund they said they would fix it. I was promised a proof by 6:45 pm. It is now 8:20 pm and still nothing in my inbox. Very unprofessional

Young ignorant fools wasted over $100 in gas running back in forth to this place for nothing at all everyone I went needed something new everybody told me something different even had a guy who warned me they messed up on his 5000 flyers and they had to give him half off horrible horrible horrible been a business owner over 10 plus years never had to deal with this type of childish immature unprofessional behavior

Prima is our go to printing company! They are always prompt when it comes to our print request and tend to over delivery on our needs.

Prima Atlanta has an amazing design team & great customer service. I love working with them. I can pitch a simple idea & they invariably take it to another level. I've used them for various print projects for my business (t-shirts/party invitations/thank you cards/flyers/etc), as well as for design & installation of a pool liner for a luxury apartment community in Midtown ATL. 23rd floor rooftop infinity pool overlooking Piedmont Park. It had to be fabulous... and of course it is. Highly recommend!

Didn't have order ready but they made sure I was comfortable while waiting and the order was correct.

kt was very helpful. Kt mad this process go very smooth, I hope every one at this company is as knowledgeable as she is. I think she should get a raise.

I love it here. It s nice to see such a diverse staff and it seems like everyone is embraced for being uniquely themselves. The printing world is a hectic and fast paced environment and I think Prima does a great job at keeping things running as smoothly as possible.

"Alex Averta" was soooo super helpful. My order was fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner. He helped me understand the process and took initiative to make sure I was well taken care of. Thank you Prima for hiring helpful, awesome folks like Alex.

I have ordered from Prima for different things. They were recommended by a friend. Only one order have I placed was correct. Ordered graduation cards and paid extra for envelopes...no envelopes. Ordered flyers and cut outs...not ready and had to catch a flight. Ordered stickers...not ready and had to catch a flight. Ordered Holiday cards...didn t print the correct quantity AND no envelopes. Their prices are decent but not worth the headache of having to constantly make sure everything is correct or even if I will get my order in time or the drive to pick up.

Every time an order is incorrect, I express my frustration and ask what can they do to ensure it s correct the next time. Still same results. Their customer service is good but it s a constant working from a deficit instead of being proactive. They have the opportunity to be great and really wish they would get it together.

I placed an online order. Though it was fast, quick and convenient, I messed up . Upon meeting with Alex to pickup my order, he made me feel like Queen of the day and quickly corrected my order for reprint and I swear by this place!!!! 3 years and they have NEVER let us down.

I spoke to a lady in sales this morning she was very rude and unprofessional. She would never be first line of contact for any reputable business. Customer service training needed

I cannot express how thankful I am that this place exists and how much I love them! They offer FREE next day printing and their prices are crazy inexpensive which is so cool because they actually generate really high quality work. I wont go anywhere else it just wouldn't make sense.

Having had my business cards ordered with an incorrect phone number which is my fault, KT gave me some very strong pointers on how to make the best of my order being that I need my business cards for Monday. She's very helpful, pleasant and professional. She even suggested other Prima Atlanta Printer Services that would definitely help to support my small business. If you need any assistance look for KT. She's the best!!!

I had my first experience with Prima today when I called them in a panic I needed 11 spiral bound 8.5 x 11 brochures made for me within an hour. I had previously called almost every printing company in Atlanta, including Staples, and no one could provide me with a one hour turn around time. When I called Prima, they quoted me a price that was 70% cheaper than any other place I called and they guaranteed me a one hour turn around time. I sent them the documents, and when I went in to pick up my order I was greeted with the friendliest and most polite staff ever. The brochures came out beautifully, and I saved almost $1,000. I print a lot, and I would highly recommend to everyone that needs printing to check out Prima. These guys truly do quality work. Although I'll be moving back to South Florida in a few months, I will continue using Prima as my printer. Thank you so much, Prima! Great work!

Prima took care of me when my file was the wrong size. They stopped production and informed me, so that I could make the necessary changes. Exceptional service and a great product!

I been using this company for long time, but a new front desk guy who taking care the order really unprofessional. Horrible service, i came in on a Friday August 31st to place an order. I was told it would be ready Saturday before closing. Which was great i had a flight to Europe Saturday night. Saturday around 1pm i received a phone call saying order won t be ready until Monday by noon, at a total inconvenience to me and a $500 fee to me i changed my flight to Monday at 6pm. Monday i show up at 2pm and they tell me order won t be ready until 5pm. At this point i ask for a refund Iam not going to change my flight and incur more fees. They said they would issue refund. I leave on my trip come back a week later no refund has been issued i go to there location this morning and ask about my refund they simply say they forgot and will do it now. Horrible service and lack of consideration for there customers

For the past six months or so I have enteracted with Prima on behalf of my daughter, the owner of Scarlett Events. Alex Averta is always my point of contact and he has been simply phenomenal. Alex is very professional at all times. The level of customer service we have received is excellent and the work product superior. If there is ever a glitch, Alex handles things in a professional, courteous, and expeditious manner. Prima gets 5 stars for outstanding service, excellent print quality, and innovative designs.

Insanely fast turnaround but have mis-cut almost every card I've sent them in the last few years. This is using the guides they provided too.

Would NEVER use this company again. This was my first time using them and probably my last if management does not fix this. Another graphic designer referred them although I have been completely happy with letting Overnight prints handle all of my print work. I just went to pick up my save the dates for my wedding and they are not ready or even in production. I decided to go with this company because I was told they could produce my work the next day. When I went to pick them up I was told, after placing my order a week ago, they haven't even started it yet. I placed my order Monday and was promised they would be ready next day. Then Thursday, and they weren't. Then I was told Friday. Here we are it's Saturday and I was promised they would be ready by 6. I explained I live over an hour away and I will not come if the job is not complete and they reassured me. ...I asked to speak to the manager who did not come to the phone let alone did not apologize. I could accept an honest mistake, what I cannot except is the manager or workers not taking ownership for the miscommunication or failure to deliver on their promises. I received not one apology or empathy. The manager has yet to call and give me clear direction of when I will receive my work. I have never used a print company this unprofessional. I have so many design friends and I will let everyone know of the horrible experience this company provides and clearly from the previous comments this is a common issue. I hope management makes this right.

The staff were polite and helpful but the 1st time I had my printing job done, there was an indentation on all of the copies of the poster. So I had it reprinted, and they rectified that issue, but the printing quality isn't the best, and there is too much of colors bleeding into other colors.

I have been remiss in reporting in a timely manner the extremely professional and brilliant job, Blake English, did for my daughter's wedding package. Everything from the invitations down to the program, were beautifully designed, coordinated and produced with extreme attention to detail. Blake is not only a gifted artist, but he fully committed to our project. I know of two occasions in which he stayed overtime to ensure that all that needed to happen behind the scenes came together in a timely and seamlessly manner. We truly enjoyed working with him and are truly grateful and appreciative for the overall job he and his Prima team (including Nick up front) did for us to create our dream wedding package a reality. Unprofessional after days of no reply to an order request I called in to be told that I can only speak with 1 person for assistance on a Friday Conveniently enough they re closed on weekends weekends so I will definitely take my business trying to support local businesses is very difficult when the internet is always open.

I have ordered from Prima multiple times. I enjoyed using them for smaller orders. The quality was good and the cards looked exactly as I ordered them. As my business grew I went from ordering 500 cards to 5000. Once I got to the higher quantities, the quality went out the window. It seems for larger quantities they do gang printing, and they say the color and lineup of the cards could be a little off. I received my cards and they have no similarities with the original order. The color is more orange than our original cards, even though it came from the same file, and the trims are not centered. The business cards are still usable, but the quality is not the same. It seems like the company would want to take care of their customers as they grow. I also noticed on the website that their orders could be short up to 10%. I'm not going to count my 5000 cards but it seems like they should be able to keep a tighter margin of error than that. Will be doing my next run of cards elsewhere.

I recently ordered 3 banners for a company conference/exhibit booth. Prima was very responsive and had our banners printed quickly! They were able to customize our order to our exact specifications as well. The quality was great - will definitely use them again!

I have been using Prima for over a year now and never really had any major issues with them until recently. I have sent several emails and I have not got a response at all. Clash graphics maybe a little higher in price, but I never had an issue with their customer service. I am very disappointed with Prima as a whole.

I placed an order for 250 flyers on a Thursday night and they were ready by 1PM the following day. The finished product looked nice. Great location. Good customer service. I will definitely do business with Prima again.

this was really poor business for me the first time I used the company I was informed that thy wouldn't print my flyers due to the logo of a company I was working with who owed them money. My company is desperate from this person so just because I'm doing business with a company they had issues with I couldn't get my flyers made. The issue was resolved but I now come a second time to do business with the same company and they wouldn't allow me to have my products .. I was appauled at the situation and I'm withdrawing my busoness there. I don't think it should matter who I do business with on order to get any products...never again.

This place is is awful I ve been calling all morning trying to make a payment so I can get my order ready on time nobody picks up. I walked in to the shop about 10 minutes ago there s 3 people sitting in the front counter ?????

I used many times for quick turnaround printing! They always inform me of low quality images before printing so I can attempt to make changes. Great quality and turnaround time for the price! I recommend bringing a buddy for after hours pickup, but aside from that, awesome location and company!

The customer service was phenomenal. They provide 100% customer focus, undivided attention with feed back for full understanding and clarification so there was no chance for miscommunication. Brianna was patient and unconditionally helpful. If there is a Best Customer Service Provider she gets it hands down. Excellent quality print flyers. Once had a delay beyond the time projected for project. However, they worked to solve the problem.

Amazing soul by the name of KT not only got me my Print, and shortened the wait on my Cards.
But she was amazing enough to give me a jump so i can get to work.

The worst customer service ever. From Jose guerea. All I wanted was the flyers I summited yesterday for today and not only Jose went back and fourth with me through email. He insisted on being correct. You should always satisfy your customers.

They are timely, do everything exactly to you spefications and their team is incredible. If you need high quality prints, you should definitely use them. Plus KT is amazing!!!

I needed some business cards printed rather quickly for an upcoming event. I wanted to work with a local business so I did a quick google search and came across Prima Flyers. They were simply a breath of fresh air from the point of contact to the easy & seamless process they have in place for online ordering. I also love that you receive notifications for each step in the process. I received my business cards promptly and they are beautiful! I am a graphic designer in Atlanta and have used Prima for over 10 years. Their speed, quality, and variety are some of the best in the area. I have all kinds of clients ranging from small business owners to Fortune 500 CEOs. Prima treats every project of mine like pros and offers solutions whenever I m in a jam. They have even been willing to hand deliver my orders when I am in a pinch and special touches to make my designs shine. In the rare times anything has been off with the printing they have corrected the order for me. I have taken tours over the years and each time I am more impressed with their capabilities. Thank you Prima for always helping me put my best foot forward on my own client projects.

What a joke! Costumer service is dismal at best. You have a better shot at hitting the lotto then receiving a call back. Email response is timely, but the lack of competency in the costumer service department is enough to make you cringe. Even tried going directly to the location only to be greeted by two women gossiping about other individuals. Extremely unprofessional, guess this is what you get when you go Prima. Sad to have wasted so much time and effort. Feel bad for the owner, your reps just lost you tens of thousands.

This place is essentially the Walmart of printing services. It s rare to go from start to finish without some kind of issue arising from them. At every opportunity to provide quality service they miss the mark. Their workers lack the skills necessary to engage with the public. Many times I ve tolerated dismissive comments and lack of knowledge regarding my order. I ve had delayed shipping and surplus charges to my credit card several times during the past 2 years. They simply cannot be trusted to complete a basic print job without being followed up behind. I most certainly would NOT depend on them if you are on any type of time frame. Jose, as others have mentioned, is the worst. He gives the rest of the Jose s in the world a bad name.

We decided to give them another chance and had a much better experience. We ve been keeping our business here for a couple years now, and are happy with the products we receive!

After 3 reprints and 4 trips to their location, we were still asked to pay a small upcharge in paper change which finally solved the issue of needing to repeatedly reprint.

We started with posters that looked very faded and the color was off. After admitting the calibration was wrong, they reprinted. The second batch had posters that turned out with different color tones on the same image and even one that had a scratch on it. Giving us a clearly discolored and damaged product twice was pretty unbelievable. Their machines clearly weren t printing correctly, and their next solution to fix the problem was to change the type of paper, and that did work, but they weren t willing to cover the small difference, or offer any sort of refund for the multiple reprints, over 150 miles we had to drive due to all the trips to their store, and the product being many days late.

The only thing saving them from one star was their kind and helpful front desk staff.

Prima is a great printing company. From beginning to end, they were very professional. I was able to have my daughter's headshots printed with them and the quality is top notch. Would definitely recommend them.

I got some promotional handouts made here about a week ago, which turned out amazing, so when I needed rack cards made of course I figured I'd use them again. I made the second design myself and they were extremely wonderful and patient with me getting everything re-sized properly so that it would look good. I am not only impressed with quality from Prima Flyers, but also the customer service. I'll definitely be using them for all of my printing needs!

I am a local Atlanta business owner who tries my best to support our local brick and mortars so I placed an online order with Prima for some rounded edge business cards I had designed. Once I was alerted that they were ready I came to pick them up but noticed there was a slight imperfection. I was a little unhappy because I really wanted to hand out these gorgeous new cards I had expertly crafted for my new business but couldn t because they had a minor glitch. What made me write this was not about the mistake which in all facets of our lives are bound to happen but the professionalism and speed in which it was corrected. Special thanks to Tre for his understanding and willingness to go the extra Mile in turn making me a happy and recurring Prima customer.

Prima has always been my go-to print shop because of their amazing service and quality. However, today they found a way to exceed even the highest expectations by going above and beyond to assist me in getting my posters ASAP without missing a step on the quality. I especially would like to thank K.T. And Mike for all their help today and for exceeding my highest expectations.
