I am a local Atlanta business owner who tries my best to support our local brick and mortars so I placed an online order with Prima for some rounded edge business cards I had designed. Once I was alerted that they were ready I came to pick them up but noticed there was a slight imperfection. I was a little unhappy because I really wanted to hand out these gorgeous new cards I had expertly crafted for my new business but couldn t because they had a minor glitch. What made me write this was not about the mistake which in all facets of our lives are bound to happen but the professionalism and speed in which it was corrected.
